After a long gap I visited a good restaurant where I found a good treat to my taste buds! To start with the Chicken sweet corn soup my daughters favourite, we shared it one by two so that she wont fill her stomach just with that. To my surprise it was so good and fresh without the usual frozen taste which I had experienced in many other food outlets. Then came our other main dishes, it was all so tasty and only here I found the right mix of masalas and even the salt in right proportion. The dinning space is very spacious, seperate family area available and specially the ambience is noteworthy. The hospitality received from the staff is a good mention. Finally when we checked out we had our stomach full and were without any negative comments to spare. Kudos!👋...keep it up. One suggestion is when you try to approach the customer to built rapport, it should be when the meal time is almost half way through, not bit early when the main attention is to feed the hunger,😀😀.

The afternoon meals is very good and is served on a banana leaf. I liked the vegetarian meal and it costs only AED 12/-. Good service too.

We ordered 2 meals 1 chicken biriyani and 1 mutton biriyani. The meals was ok.. But the chicken and mutton biriyani was not good. We both have stomach problem after having it. I think the mutton and chicken are not fresh. Otherwise good service and all. But food was not that much good.

Went there with high expectations from all the radio stations ads airing these days. Clean ambience but food quality was highly disappointing. Me andy wife had biriyani. Both of us had stomach upsets aswell. My parents who had kerala meals said food was okay but my experience was terrible.During our visit saw some staff swearing other customers who were there at same time for requesting some things extra.Not recommended.

Yesterday I visited during 1:50 pm this resturant after insisting by my friend for lunch. As usual restaurant was busy due to onam eve food which is extended in this restaurant till December. Somehow me and friend got cabin to sit but unfortunately their was not AC in that area and color also was not giving any air. We both continued and told several time to restaurant guys to move color this side however we forced ourself to sit their as their was no place. Somehow we finished lunch and that time one old man came and started to shout on us and saying you have taken lots of time etc and after while going out he again started to shout why you guys stayed too long. My friend got embarrassed as he insisted me come this restaurant. I think they expect people to finish food and go but he got that we didnt go their to eat onam food. One my worst experience in term of hospitality and behaviour of owner of resturant.

Bought a parcel of Kalyana biriyani today as we had a good in dine experience regarding the taste and quantity but the take expert was really bad becoz the quantity was very less, price same as in dining whereas a nomad biriyani from other shops is available in a lesser price…. Totally disappointed with the take away experience 😭

We (3 people) visited Classic Family Restaurant today as we have seen a promotional video in social media on their special Kalyana Biriyani which they describe as a biriyani which is served during marriages in Malabar Area in Kerala.It is sad to say but the Biriyani(1 beaf & 2 mutton) was a below average one and was too cold (we even thought if it was of yesterday) when it is served.Despite of the cheap quality, the quantity were also less.And the most important thing I noticed there was, there are many staffs roaming inside, but none of them were greeting us ,not even with a simple smile.2.5 star for the biriyani0 star for the pathetic customer care

One of the best restaurant in town.Very tasty food and juices.Friendly staff and atmosphere.Public parking slots are available.Party hall can admit upto 200 people in row and upto 60 to 80 people on table.Very attractive pricing for party hall which charges only for food. The mic, projector and other facilities are available along with the food for free for the party hall bookings.Visit once and you will be a fan.

Very good place for lunch and dinner. Centrally located and well maintained. Very good service from the staff. However there is room for hygiene. Food is very tasty especially the complimentary soup and ala carte grill and kebabs. Price is very affordable. I recommend this place for both families, friends and official lunch and dinners. As per the paid food vloggers and restaurant team, the signature dish is biriyani. We visited today (26/07/21) and ordered two biriyanis (Beef and Chicken).No quality for the both biriyani and this is not worth it for cash. Dont cheat the customers. If you dont know about the biriyani, we can suggest where will get the best biriyani.Rating 5/2

We had porotta, Chappathi and beef curry and are completely satisfied with food, also the ambience, interiors, service and rest everything. The sad thing is the hand wash area is too small. Have to wait there for some time to wash your hands.

Vary spacious kerala restaurant , comfortable for dining. Good Service .Tried kerala meals on banana leaves, which is average . Fish fry was not a good idea , lost money in that . Tried brake fast , which again an average. Dosha is hard , side dishes are ok . Sambar is the only item which always tastes good . Kadala curry having an extra edge of garam masala , which makes it less tasty. Overall food is average. May be will visit again and try some special items .

This Restaurant is huge in size and has ample amount of seats. It has separate partitions for each family. The food is delicious and has lot of varieties. They got space for conducting Birthday parties and cater to the party needs. The staffs are good, prompt.

I tried the fish curry lunch on Friday and it was a good experience. They served the typical kerala sadya in banana leaf.

When a person is hunger as a human we all will help him through many ways. When ever we are approach any of the restaurant in GCC they will give a good service. But the classic restaurant one of the worst group to handle online service. I ordered one lunch today through online (called and booked)and in my hands there is no sufficient money to give, instead of that i promised them that i will pay the money by debit card... From there they replied me that at least for this cheap ratefor the food (12 AED) they cant be come with the swiping machine.... Is it is the way to behave towards a customer.? Very pathetic service wich you rendered.

Its a typical south Indian restaurant. They have a good variety of mojitos and juices. Nice ambience for family dining at normal rates. Not recommended for North Indian lovers.

Food was good (a bit too much of salt though), Ambience was good, Staffs serving were friendly. But one star for spoiling the initial mood by the Manager.. Very Hostile and needs to know how to behave with customers. We had informed prior with booking that wed be around for a small get-together. But he spoilt the initial vibe itself by stating that other customers would have to wait (Hey, so are we) and other bull rules. Also we requested them to adjust the AC as it was way too sultry inside, which was again refused. Thats not how higher management pratically works !! Wouldnt suggest this place👍🏻

Food was ok..not bad , we ordered the Beef pepper and Ghee Rice. It was good also the welcome drink was really good. My friend ordered Chicken green chilli curry , which was really amazing the beef was not that good ...!! I would rate the beef 5/10 and the chicken 8/10.

This place has a nice ambience. Separate cabins, party hall, very comfortable and spacious. We checked the review but not very good still we thought to try it out. Ordered for szechuan fried rice mix, beef biriyani and meals. Szechuan Fried rice was the best good quality and quantity. I would say every one has to try (must try). Biriyani is ok with nice amount of beef but biriyani flavour was missing. My husband told meals is very good Sambhar and moru is very nice.

The menu is typical of many of the larger restaurants in Kerala (India) and Dubai with a range of South Indian, Kerala, Chinese, Arabic and Chinese dishes. Service is good with sufficient parking up front. Had grilled fish and some other dishes. The grilled fish was excellent and I recommend it to those who eat fish. The restaurant too is recommended for a great meal and good ambience.

Chicken sweet corn soup was good. The gobi manchurian semi gravy was divine. We tried both chicken friedrice and veg chinese noodles. Chicken Friedrice is the more tastier one. One plate of main course rice item has a good portion size by itself. Spacious seating with humble staff.

Terrible experience.Poor customer service.On a Friday afternoon, Customers keep waiting without any clue when they would get a seat, without any form of courtesy. My senior father and myself had to wait for +30m long without any courtesy.If they focus on customer experience then that would add a lot to their growth. If not....

Yesterday I went and bought one parcel kalyana biriyani they called. it’s expensive than other restaurant s,When I open it’s two big pieces of chicken bones with100 grams meat. And after there is no space for rice, I think all together 200 grams rice, in that rice lot off broken small pieces of bones ,we cannot eat peacefully. In the chicken bones have masala color like black mud. It’s a terrible experience.We can’t compare with biriyani. It’s waste.

Just had a kalyana biriyani from classic after watching a restaurant review from hitfm, once i reach there there were somany like me waiting for this biriyani and after 50 minutes of long wait finally i got it , once i opened i noticed the chicken is not Leghorn which we expect or they mistakenly gave me another bag of broiler chicken, I tried to call them and no one pick . The biriyani is not upto to the passmark compared to the leading leghorn biriyani restaurant nearby.

Service is very poor. unfriendly staff and will never recommend ever to anyone.
