Ordered prawn tikka masala and garlic naan .. great taste with generous portion and superb ambience and great service

A light lunch•Dahi puri (filled with lentils topped with yoghurt, tamarind sauce, chili sauce, pomegranate) The best 🤩•Papdi chaat•Butter chicken and Plain naan•Mango lassiSo fresh and filling. Super easy to construct at home! Such good value, only 17 dhs for one serving of 6. Desserts and lassi is half price at the moment. Go and try it!

The most simple and standard dish is priced 40 dhs or more. And when you consult the Manager, he shouts and misbehaves. Indian food does not come with such disgrace. Its such a shame!

There are obviously plenty of Indian restaurants in the region. This one isnt the cheapest. Its not the most amazing space. It isnt particularly unique, BUT, it is legit. Really generous portions, relatively fair prices, fast, attentive, professional service, and the quality is top-notch. Im not Indian and will never live there, but, Ive eaten the food enough to know, this is as good as it gets. If its what youre craving, go. And why not? They have The Entertainer discount, as well as the Repeat App. It will be great food with a slightly less painful bill.

BHOUJAN : Located a Uptown Motor City , Dubai , this Indian restaurant serves some of the authentic Indian, Chinese and continental dishes. The ambience is lovely with elegant interiors, dining areas beautifully separated with curtains and seating arrangements with ample space makes you feel at some royal palace.Our recent visit was for a dinner and we had..~ Drinks :• Lemon mint : It was so refreshing.• Water melon juice: Refreshingly sweet, hydrating and a perfect drink for any season.• Mixed fruit cocktail : A refreshingly delicious and thirst quenching juice.• Mango Lassi : Selicious blend of mangoes and yoghurt with a touch of cardamom.It was very thick and creamy in texture~ Chaats :• Pani Puri : These pani puri shots make you crave one after the other and takes your taste bud on a journey to heaven.~ Soups :• Chicken munchow soup: Healthy and perfect for dreary days of winter. I just loved the hot, spicy and sour taste.• Cream of tomato soup: This mouth watering soup was bursting with rich flavour of tomato. It was gentle and soothing.~ Starters :• Family mix grill platter: Grilled lamb chops, tandoori prawns, lasooni fish tikka, chicken chutney wala and chicken tikka served on a sizzling platter. A must try.*Garlic naan: I bet you could not stop you from having this buttery, cheesy and garlicky bread.• Mutton Handi Biriyani : Cooked with onbone and boneless mutton pieces using premium quality basmati rice blended with chef’s aromatic herbs. The food here, in my opinion, is super overpriced for the quality and quantity.We ordered the Dhaba Chicken, 3 parathas and a Chicken Tikka. While the tikka was decent, the breads were shockingly tiny and priced at 7 dhs per piece. Also, the Greek salad hardly had 5-6 miniscule cubes of feta.I understand being affordably priced, but these appalling portion sizes dont justify it.

We decided out to venture in Motor City to find some Indian options and reached at the doors of Bhoujan for our weekend dinner.It has a very cozy vibe, and a great place for large gatherings with round wooden tables and comfy couch seating. They also have outdoor seating which is great for the winters.Drinks: We went for a mango lassi [AED 16] and lemon mint [AED 15]. The mango lassi is one of the classic choices and was truly enjoyed by our friend. It was creamy and thick in texture with the right amount of sweetness, could be considered a meal by itself. The lemon mint was fresh a bit overboard on the mint, but was refreshing and acted as a great palate cleanser.Grilled Chicken Salad [AED 30]: Fresh green salad tossed with yellow bell pepper, chunks of juicy chicken pieces with yellow bell peppers, and tomatoes.Tandoori Chicken Bombs [AED 36]: These were the highlight of our dinner, crisp fried balls stuffed with chicken, a total delight.Grilled Lamb Chops [AED 55]: These came sizzling our way, with tender meat but since we took a while eating them, they got chewy a bit too soon, so a tip is to eat them piping hot and you might enjoy the fall-off-the-bone texture that we missed out on.Chicken Spring Rolls [AED 24]: Light, flakey rolls stuffed with cabbage, carrots and chicken, a decent snack for starters.Chicken Biryani [AED 38]: If you’re having Indian food on the table, then without the biryani you feel something is missing. Flavorful rice with chunks of succulent chicken served in an earthen pot. The spices are not overpowering and really mild, so would suit any crowd.Mutton Hyderabadi [AED 49]: Usually, Hyderabad dishes are considered to be quite spicy, but in this case we found the gravy to be pretty mild. A green curry with tender pieces of mutton paired well with garlic naan.Chicken Schezwan Noodles [AED 35]: If you’re craving for something Into-chinese and on the spicier side, this would be your option. It was slightly oily but great to sort your cravings out.Ras Malai: Cannot complete our meal without our desserts, so had a piece of gas malai, but we have had better ones.Service:Even though it was a full-house, they made sure to attend and host us.Cash Outflow:The prices are decent, but if you feel it is out of your budget, there is Zomato Gold to ease those worries.

I ordered Chicken Korma (AED 42) and Chicken Tandoori (AED 33), it costs around 67 AED total without any discounts.The portion is small and it comes with no rice or bread. Im wondering then why does it cost this much?Value for money is low. I would certainly stay away from this restaurant on a normal day without any discounts. The taste is good overall and its well-packged for delivery.

Great food. The clay pot biryanis are well spiced and delicious. The curries are exquisite.Tip: Delivery takes some time. Be prepared to wait 40+ minutes if youre 5+ KM away from the restaurant.

We have tried few choices of roti n naan with chicken kadai n mutton rogan gosh and chicken biryani too. We enjoyed the food ...it wasnt too spicy either. However I thought the price is little high.

Bhoujan is our family favourite Indian takeaway. The food is fantastic, so tasty & great choice. Closest we’ve found to a Brit curry!The set meals are excellent, just the right amount of food.Staff are always very accommodating with special requests.

We got the butter chicken it was ok but seams to have changed from what they use to do. Not as nice other that that all was good. It is disappointing and would probably not order it again.

Great place for takeaway. I recommend just order the veg thali. 3 curries, rice, bread, starter, dessert. Bish bash bosh job done. Will feed one hungry man, or two ladies.

No frill , but functional Indian cuisine restaurant. It was empty barring one other Table being occupied. Our order was well cooked and not spicy as per our request. Staff was wearing PPE.Felt the price structure was a tad on the higher side, taking into account present circumstances. For example . one roti costing Dhs 4/- in this restaurant seemed a bit inflated.

Food is okay. It doesnt make you say wow. Staff is very friendly and ambience is good as well. A little tight if it is full.

Dropped in one evening for a light meal and ordered Chicken Soup and half of a Tandoori Chicken. Service was prompt and attentive. The food was tasty - the soup was filling and the tandoori chicken was succulent and not too spicy. This place can feel crowded just by the placement of tables in the space they have, and Id hazard a guess that it would feel really crowded with most tables occupied. But the staff hang on to your every word and make sure you have a good time and enjoy your meal. Id go back sometime to try other items on their menu.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in Dubai! Their Biryani is a must have! Staff are quite friendly. The place is small and can feel congested. But otherwise a great place!

I have ordered food and it was full of salt, I had to throw it unfortunately. It feels like they put one full packet of salt in the food rather than one spoon. It was my first and last order from this resturant never again.
