No matter where you go in the world the food taste the same at their locations. This is probably our 7th country where we had Saravana Bhavan and its superb! Highly recommended for vegetarian South Indian good options. Super quick service and super delicious preparations. Must try their dosas and mini meals.

Crowded but a wonderful veg restaurant..The prices are a bit high but worth the quality

The restaurant was clean, opened early. There is ample seating, both upstairs and downstairs. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. The service is good (minimal waiting time) and the food is delicious. We had the cheese dosa, idly and a plain vada - highly recommend the cheese dosa. There is an area for washing hands, this was essential for us. Overall an excellent Indian restaurant. Will definitely visit again.

We visited Saravana Bhavan thats located in Karama for Friday Brunch. It is one of the best for South Indian Delicacies and we actually relish on it.We ordered:Masala Dosa - Dosa was so crisp and tasty. The masala was exactly how we wanted. Sambhar was also mild and tasty. The best part is the chutneys they serve. They serve 3 kinds of chutneys. Orange one is my favourite.Idli & vada combo - idlis are very soft. Not to miss are their Vadas . Crispy, yummy and delicious. You just feel like eating more and more.Uttapam - kids favourite. They love the Uttapam that Saravana Bhawan serves. Again they serve this with 3 chutneys and sambhar.We also ordered Upma but forgot to take a picture of it.And at last not to miss is the coffee they serve at the restaurant. Its the best to end your meal with.

Same good old Sarvanaa Bhavan, great ambiance, same great taste and same loving hospitality as in India. Loved visiting this place, they took all precautions if social distancing and followed government norms regarding how you are being served, seating, etc., I would definitely visit this place again and will suggest my friends to go here too.

Saravanan bhavan is an indian veg restaurant at karama located adjacent to the park. Upstair sitting is available for families which is maintained in an upscale environment. Prices are reasonable with a masala dosa cost 12AED and Ghee roast at 15AED to give an indication. Staff is attentive. Good for families and bachelors as well.

Amazing vegetarian restaurant located deep in the heart of Karama. The restaurant has plenty of paid RTA parking located outside and theres easy access from there to the restaurantTheres a variety of food on offer from South to North Indian and everything in between. The brand itself is very famous boasting locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Europe, India, Asia, Australia and the US.We had the North Indian thali with chapati which came with gulab jamun, paneer, Chana masala, dhal, potato curry, yoghurt, rice and a spicy lentil sound, all for just 23aed. The thali is served on a banana leaf for that authentic Indian experiance. The food wasnt too spicy, catering for a wide range of palettes and was a big enough portion for 1 person.We were so full we didnt even have room for their amazing filter coffee (which Ive had before). That should notmally never be missed!This place is highly recommended and I cant wait to go back again!

Awesome and authentic Breakfast

Loved the ambiance and hospitality. The songs represent the hometown feeling and the food tastes so good and recalls home. Especially the idly wada, sambar wada, and the filter coffee at the end. Meals are also at good prices. Kudos for keeping and not compromising on the food quality.

Amazing experience! Delicious food, specially the chicken tikka masala and the prawn lobster seafood curry...those were fabulous. The beef curry and parotta combo was also good. Will visit soon or order online

Huge portions! Like HUGE! Prices are very very acceptable. This outlet is not a big one, but of you are visiting for lunch during the week you will most likely find a table right away. As I saw most of the orders were for taking out of the restaurant / delivery. I loved their dishes. Their mango lassi is great. Try any of the many different kinds of Dosa they have! Very polite staff! Recommended.

No doubt shravana bhawan has its own place in the heart of South Indian food dewllers. Yes the food is good so is the price. But hygiene.. I mean way to go in comparison to any other eateries of Saravana Bhavan stature in Dubai

Undoubtedly lost its touch. I was very fond of this place for the authentic South Indian food. I was in for a shock when I visited last week in the evening. I ordered veg Manchurian for a family of 2 adults & 2 small children. I never seen such a small portion in Dubai in my life. The portion was just 4 spoons full. The chapatis not cooked well. The service has snoozed down completely. The place has a face-lift done but the prices and the product supplied doesnt match. I can get a decent service & good food for the same price else where in Karama. They are so many good restaurants coming up in Karama which provides real value and taste for money.

What a disappointment. I come for the South Indian Thali, I get told there is none and I didnt feel at all welcomed in the restaurant. I ran out. Unlike the Al Barsha restaurant.

Tastes good but didn feel healthy, just one dosa coffee, felt heavy. Server admitted they add dalda in chapathi, not at all expected for this brand/price point. Al muteena branch worst hospitality, karama branch very friendly though. Good food but not repeat audience, competitions like aryaas woodland sangeetha score more in my point of view

Great south indian food, with abundant north indian options as well. Prices are affordable, yet the ambience gives a premium vibe. Parking is a headache on weekends (especially Friday), but its in close proximity to the karama central bus station (5-10 minute walk) with connected pedestrian walkways/cycle paths.

Best place for vegetarian option breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Its a very famous South indian restaurant. They started this restaurant in tamilnadu and then expanded world wide.If you are looking for Dosa, masala dosa, idli, sambar, poori, masala, pongal, vada this is the best place to go.This time I tried mysore masala dosa it was top notch. (It is spicy). As a South indian I like their Filter coffee. Be it any time I go there, ( regardless morning, afternoon, evening, night) I will not return without sipping their Filter coffee.

Being a South Indian restaurant, South Thali is always a go to option if u are hungry.. If u want to keep light, try Dosa, Idli, vada.. All these options are Very Tasty.. I wouldnt recommend North Indian here.
