Food was good, perfect place to go to if you are missing home cooked veg food. Sweets are perfect. Needs work on the ambience.
Food was so pathetic .. not worth the bill we paid. All my guests were disgusted and we felt so embarrassed. The staff there did not even seen to be bothered about our complaints on the food. More interested on collecting the bills...
We got the opportunity to order 50 Thallis on 3rd of September for our company cricket tournament event held at Safeer Mall, Sharjah. We are glad to inform that, the food was superb delicious and it was delivered on time. The quantity was more than enough and it was packed and arranged in as box perfectly. We would like to thank the team of Chappan Bhog for their valuable efforts and we advise the other people to try their super delicious Thaali and enjoy. Excellent food, yummy items, well trained staffs are the main attributes of chapan bhog. Food delivery to the venue happened on time and the food was hot and fresh..excellent service from one of best veg restaurants in town... everyone must try it ...
The Indian Thali is my favourite. They have some awesome Chole Bhatura as well. A nice place for a quick grab...
Indian sweet with great taste...gulab jamun is my favorite thing to have..Everytime I visit...they do serve north i dian food with nice taste...
We had chats like Raj kachori, Ragda, bhel puri .its good and we had sweets as Malai chamcham and Anarkali, Rasmalai. Sweets were awesome
Have been going there for many many years but disappointed with food quality yesterday. Food with no flavour.... quality of food & service does not match reputation.
Yummy North Indian taste, kachori n dal makhani must try
For some reason they did not have cutlery and were serving in plastic plates. I believe its still under renovation as we could see some electrical wires still hanging from the ceiling. Food was OK ok and not upto mark. Need to improve from taste as well presentation wise.
Good foodNice AmbienceLittle high in price... Overall Very Good experience
One of the oldest authentic indian sweet shop. Over the years they have maintained the quality and service.
The 1 star is given for the location .... Food was pathetic ... Daal Makhni was stale and veg kolhapuri wasdry without gravy ... And when asked ... They said we make it like this only
The food was really not worth it.Nothing tasted well. The drink was a super fail. The people were unprofessional. What a waste of money!
Awesome chats n mouth watering sweets
Mouth-watering Indian Veg food. A must-try for all Veggie lovers. Nice clean ambience.
The food has delicious taste. I and my husband loved it very much.
Satisfied my chole bathure craving with the pindi chole and really soft, melt-in-your-mouth bathure (like they were so soft and fluffy!). Soooo good. The place is pretty well-kept, with social distancing well in place and is hygienic, with the sanitizer kept at your table. Serving staff is pretty friendly, but not the guy at the counter (seems lost in his own world or issues!). Got my order quickly and service was overall good.
Good improvement in both interior and service
Good location, we went on Tuesday afternoon for Lunch and could easily find a parking outside their restaurant.Opening of the restaurant is very nice, good seating capacity. At the entrance, you will find variety of Sweet Desserts which is attractive enough to build your appetiteWe were group of 4 members, we ordered Special Thali. Service was quick, almost within 10 minutes food was served. We convinced our Filipino colleagues to try Indian food today but they left alot of stuff which tells the story.May be our expectations were little high, food was average overall taste could have been much better. Moreover, they dont take Zomato Gold for Thali ordering so I would recommend you order dishes separately get this advantage.
Good but less staff always
It was a very bad experience to me and my husband to visit Chappan bhog round about 22.30 pm .Today we both have gone for dinner in Chhappan bhog. We have gone inside no body was there to guide so we have gone upstairs for dinner. Tables were occupied one was free so we sat on that for 20 minutes we waited no body came for attending us after that one of the waiter came to us he said very harshly to us . Atleast do proper marking on tables then no body will sit on that table or if by mistake some body sit then in decent way ur employees can say . We came back without having food. I was so excited to have dinner because our marriage anniversary was there but we felt so bad. Really very bad experience.
Loved the snacks especially mango lassi
Homely food. Their ground spices are unique & exquisite! Less oily. Value for money. Hospitality is wonderful too. Dont miss bindi chat. Out of the world!
Delicious Indian veg food - must try channa. We generally take their thali 🥘
Authentic North Indian food... Highly recommended

Chhappan Bhag is located in prime location in Karama near to Al adil karama and Kulcha King.Tried their achari paneer tikka and it was awesome!Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

BEST INDIAN VEGETARIAN DELICIOUS FOOD & snacks
Authentic bengali sweets alongwith veg foods dining, taste is good.Be careful Rotis are bit expensive, rest all is very reasonable value for money.
Great place. Must try the chole batura and bhel puri
My favourite place to get pani puri and samosas. Great food.
Dubai is a land of many Indians residents so finding Indian food will not be a difficult task.Went to this place after a hectic city tour and the place satisfied me to the fullestThe starters were nicely presented and it tasted good as well. The main food had that typical Desi touch so you will not miss you north Indian food!I liked the naan as it was freshly prepared!!The sweet was also good as usual. The staff was also very welcoming and their service was also very nice!Overall I really like this place and can recommend to anyone who wants to eat vegetarian food!
Tasty north Indian vegetarian with excellent service, well taken care of covid regulations

Very Good veg restaurant...nice service
It was a visit during a period when I was exploring many different Indian restaurants guided by my Indian work mates.I remember the food was delicious and generously served. The selection was on vegetarian side which was absolutely okay for me. But the highlight of this restaurant was definitely the desserts. Delicious and tempting to have more than allowed. My overall experience was very positive hence I recommend this place.
Its a vegetarian restaurant easy on the pocket and great on taste. Chhappan Bhog has risen to become an institution in the region and a household name for traditional and contemporary Indian sweets & savories, North and South Indian cuisines and mouth-watering Indian street food. A brand full of heritage and traditional values that believes in enhancing the joy of dining and gifting for every occasion.
Great food excellent service nice place to visit
Visited today, food average not worth of price.
Good sweets
Chhappan Bhog is a decent place of vegetarian food and nostalgia in Dubai. Good variety. Nice seating and on the main road. Helpful staff. Worth a visit. Lots of similar joints in the neighborhood.
Delicious food, great presentation. The waiters were busy, but the food was great.
Nice food , good ambience
Great vegetarian restaurant in the bur-Dubai area. The selection of food is elaborate. You can also order traditional Indian sweets at this place.Definitely try their Deluxe Thali and other Indian bread options. The staff is attentive and the service is quick. Recommended for a quick bite or leisure meal with family or friends.
Very good quality sweetsBeautiful presentation for Dewali
This place is a vegetarian and they have maintained very well. I always go here if fancying veg. Very helpful and friendly staff always welcomes you with smiley face. I would recommend this place if you are looking and best vegetarian restaurant.
Very disappointing experience. Food was below average.
Very good veg food
Delicious Indian desserts
Complete Veg Restaurant....
Very clean, hygenic and fresh food and sweets
Just now ordered chole bhatura, they actually sent puri as bhatura. This restaurant has started cheating with food quantity. Manager didnt responded properly. Overall a bad experience. I would suggest anyone not to opt this restaurant.
Great sweets n savouries
Good food joint for vegetarians. It has lots of options for chaat masala and sweet preparation. The taste of food is exactly same like India.
Nice restaurant for veg lover. Variety collection of sweets u can get. U can get snacks item every time.
My family and I were starving after spending the day at the Gold and Spice Souks and decided to stop by Chhappan Bhog as we’d sampled a couple of dishes a few nights ago. We were told that dinner was to begin at 7.30pm, but we could have chaat or light snacks. Given we were starving, snacks really wouldn’t do much for us and we really just wanted dinner. Some staff members and I believe the owner came to the entrance as we decided whether to stay or leave. With such a warm and polite attitude, they offered to make us whatever we’d want from their menu! Took us 2 minutes to get a table and max 10 minutes to be served with fresh and authentic Indian food. This restaurant and its staff comes highly recommended !
Not so good experience..just ok
Its Authentic and all pure and fresh food
It used to be a better eating joint. The quality of food has gone down. Earlier the food used to be much better as well as the sweets.
Best Sweets
Very nice, clean place. Absolutely Prime are. Not to forget good tasty pure veg food. Quite authentic preparations. I would recommend for India food lovers....
Authentic Indian. No frills restaurant that serves food for a great price.I ordered the special Thali. More food than I could finish, and I turned up there hungry.
Superb food when it comes to taste north indian food. Must try their deluxe thali. Paneer masla. Staff is very friendly speicly our host Mr. Jagbeer Parmar knows very well how to make your guests feel comfrtable. He is the best.
Not Good Food test.
Good Food great service, excellent ambiance
Pure vegetarian restaurant with average / reasonable prices. We tried Rajma Chawal, Chole Bhature, Dahi Bhalla and Dosa. Dahi Bhalla was great and Dosa was amazingly crispy. We visited at around 7 PM but their dinner menu was not available at that time. Plus, they ran out of Masala for their Dosa so we had to order the second Dosa without masala. So its bit unorganised maybe. But the good was great and ambience was also good. Overall a nice experience!
Excellent food and Indian sweets.
Nice food. Sweets are USP of this restaurant. I like vegetable biryani which was awesome.
Lovely food and ambiance... The staffs are very much polite and humble..
Very Good Food. Nice ambeince.
Tasty...nice food....good interiors
Tried out their Friday Thali. Fresh veg food with a good variety of items, great value for money.
Very disappointing sweets. They got good varieties in sweet but nothing taste good. If you are indian, u will definitely not like the taste. Gajar ka halwa is taste less. Feel like half cooked. No enough sweet. Complete money waist.
Clean, good and welcoming. Very nice Indian vegetarian thali..a must try. All the dishes are very good.
Taste food.
This is one of the best places to have vegetarian food in Dubai. Their special and deluxe thalis are a delight. Snacks options are also pretty good. Food is delicious and staff is very friendly.
Authentic. Worth every bite.
