Maintains the baskin Robbins standards just like the other outlets. However, it is quite a cramped up place. Youll find it difficult to find a place to stand if there are four to five people in the outlet. Staff was friendly and efficient but there was only one person handling the shop which again leads back to the point - Dont visit when too crowded. Ice-creams as every other baskin Robbins ice-cream was yummy. 😁 Do check out the cake options as well.

Mannerless and disrespectful with customers.Yesterday I was there to have an ice-cream when I bought the ice-cream he gave me without the spoon when I asked him for the spoon he gave me very roudly by throwing the spoon on the desk.and also with the flavour he asked me in disrespectful manner. (In city centre Al ghubaiba)
