Good place for ice cream in Al Bawadi Mall at Al Ain

This one star is not for the product but for the customer service, this lady is one of the rudest that I have come across, this not a one off incident,i have been to this outlet many times & its been the same , doesnt smile or greet you, always grumpy and rude, doesnt have patience at all !! SORRY BUT YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ICE CREAM SHOP !

One time it was late at night, and we wanted to go with ice cream, and the we gone Mcdonalds and then we were last in line and one of the workers of Mcdonalds CUT THE LINE . They act like robots. But for baskin robbins they were closing, but then we were crying bcs our mum promised us, but then baskin robbins let the last order to us! mcdonalds act like robots baskin robbins dosent.

Normal baskin robbins flavours are as they are in all other baskin robbins parlours. Place is clean staff is very good friendly and cooperative. Serving time is very up to the mark. Baskin robbins tastes always fit so they will not disappoint you:D so if you are in outlet mall go give it a try:)
