Highly recommended amazing ice cream and cold latte

Eating ice cream makes me happy. It’s a mouth-watering dessert for everyone. They many flavors.whenever I eat it I feel as if I have entered heaven.it is so relaxing so soothing experience to enjoy it that my whole body is lost in some other world. must try😊

Totally disappointed today. Got my order after 1.5 hours depsite saying 25 mins delivery, everything was melted mush. We live 5 minutes away from Atlantis. No apologies and not answering my calls.The delivery guy came with the icecream in plastic bag, not even proper cool bag.Tried calling them over 10 times however no answer.

One of my favourite ice cream brands. I love all the different flavour creations and mixins/toppings. Located at the entrance to the Atlantis Mall, so you can view the fish in the Aquarium too while you are there.

Excellent collection of ICE cream and milk shakes.

Icecream is to sweet.Dont take Covid rules seriously.

If you have gone al the way to the Atlantis Palm located at the tip of Palm Jumeirah, then Im sure you will stop by Cold Stone located on the ground floor right at the entrance- this is a sure thing if you have a kid/kids. We actually drove all the way to this one for dessert after our lunch at another place in Palm Jumeirah because it is worth it.My rating ( #eatwithirene ):Food: 10/10. There are a lot of flavors & you can ask them to mix many of them.Service: 9/10. Very cheerful & attentive. This place is always crowded with vacationers/ tourists so they are doing the best they can.Ambiance: 8/10. Its got a dessert cafe style.Pricing: 9/10. worth every penny & competitively priced.

Amazing Ice-cream. Team on site clearly love what they do and have fun doing it. So many options and my eyes were bigger than my stomach!

After a long walk can sit down and having the ice cream here. Unfortunately the ice cream is not so cold.

The whole family just love coming here for a treat after the water park. Great staff friendly and entertaining.

Its a very good ice cream parlour,where they will prepare ice-cream of customers choice.The process they mix and prepares is very nice.Amazing ice cream.we took strawberry cheesecake fantasy ice cream and that is yummy.workers or staff sometimes does very funny things, they serves ice-cream by throwing it from 10-12 feet distance and that will exactly fit in ice cream cup.. services provided by the store and staff are good.

AWESOME. The best ice creams Ive ever had. The ice creams are unique - more creamy. You can literally distinguish it from all other ice creams from different brands. Founders favourite is a must try ice cream - if you are new to cold stone, no matter what your taste is, go for Founders favourite.

Ice cream is good, but... Askah tried to make extra money for him self, charging us for items he didn’t provide and even for splash of whipped cream!!! It’s not about money, it’s about how you get treated!!! Very poor service. He even tried to do miscalculation in front of me, only after receiving the receipt he agreed about miscalculation.

Staff were very friendly and did an amazing display of throwing the Ive cream in the air and catching it and mixed it our vanilla cream ice cream with pistachios and roasted peanuts which tasted amazing! We forgot our iPad in the excitement and one staff member sat outside looking for us for over half hour to return it to us! I had to go in and thank the lady who served us as she remembered it was ours. Highly recommend the ice cream and experience!!!

Best icecream ever in Atlantis!

I went to Coldstone at Atlantis with my 9 year old nephew who came to visit me. The store manager completely changed our experience by including him in the throwing the ice cream ball in the air game.We left very happy!

Ice cream concept is great , also you can use entertainer for one but one free , the team inside they make always a nice atmosphere by playing with the ice cream like a ball , you have to go to see yourself

This is an amazing place, never seen an icecream parlour quite like it, staff very friendly, I will always have fond memories of this place, I wish there was one in the UK.

The staff member makes a bug difference we love the ice cream but the service is not standard, Evry individual can treat you differently. Which brings my star rating down

Peanut butter one is the bestAlso watching them throw your ice-cream around the shop and doing tricks is awesome. Even better then they miss and it hits the wall!

Gotta try it at least once. Most expensive icecream weve ever had but totally delicious. Dont choose anything too big as youre unlikely to finish it.

This is one of the best in Dubai.I tried the chocolate and m&m shake and it was well presented and taste wise good as well.

One of my favourite ice cream chains. You can choose from three sizes of cups, a lot of ice crams and many mix-ins. I know it from US, so I was really surprised it is also in UAE.

A very very beautiful experience, with their show c really a pleasure for the mouth and for the eyes, if you have children do not hesitate to try the experiment. I recommand it.

These people throw their ice cream and it literally flies around your ears. In the evening I was able to wipe some ice from the corner of my eye. Nevertheless, the ice cream was delicious and the seller did his best to steal that extra Dirham from you by selling you extra articles and deciding with show and cabaret himself that he could keep the change. If we are in the area again, we will certainly not come back here.

Great ice cream shop. Here you can put together your ice cream completely freely and then select the side dishes. This is then mixed together on the Cold Stone and then peppered with a show in the mug. I found the ice cream excellent and the other things around it ;-)

A new experience of eating ice cream. Really great, what a show to present your chosen ice cream. It is incredibly tasty, so is the iced coffee. You should not miss this, what you are in Dubai.

Very creamy ice cream, strange price structure: 20, 23, 25, for 1, 2 or 3 balls, they also try to sell you all kinds of extras rather intrusively. (toppings) for only 1 scoop you are so expensive.
