Brand is good but the staff behavior was not welcoming and nice

Five stars because we could eat one new flavour which was totally sugar free. But need few more sugar free flavours.

Nice location in AlRiqqa street, staff need to smile, I visited the store and not that much busy, I ordered my favorite ice cream and I enjoyed it but only it was missing a smile and show how happy to serve your customers. I will try to visit them one more time and hope it’s getting better

I will give one star because this is the only option.very bad experienced in this place, such poor customer service ever!!!! This happened last night @ 9pm that african lady staff looked so miserable and uninterested. When i asked questions i was rudely spoke to and talking there language .I will never visit baskin and robins in rigga branch again.

I have been coming to this place frequently since last 5years. We visited the store 2020/10/28 around10pm. The staff lady was too rude and not polite at all. They didnt even care about the customers who was waiting to make a order. She treated us like we came to buy for free and we had to wait more than 15 minutes to give our order. Also she didnt give attention what we ordered and giving what she wanted. Her attitudes were disgusting. We are not expecting this type of customer service from BR. I will no longer visit this place again if these sales peoples behavior remains same.

I have been coming to this place frequently since past 3yrs as its close to my work.. Recently the staff changed and the new lady is too rude n too formal, shes not polite and the way she talks is as if shes giving ice creams for free and she has the right to behave like that.. Both my visits she made us wait n she had no patience wen customer is trying to choose the options n bcoz of mask her voice is not audible n if we ask again, she loses her patience... I will no longer visit this place again.. I really like the previous sales guy, he used to remember us even if we are wearing masks.. I wont visit this place anymore
