Really happy to have those ice cream with lotus biscuit from Gelato Divino in festival city mall Dubai. Very tasty and other flavors are there for our choice. All staff members were very friendly and politely behaved.

It was a fair experience for me to try this place, I ordered crepes and waffles to try and to share with friends, I can say it was very delicious but unhealthy choice ( too much sugar)The staff were helpful but seemed to me exhausted.Prices: little bit higher than other places but accepted for the quality.Places: in the middle of the mall,no attractive view.

Rip off! 52 Dirham for 2 small kids cups. If I hadnt promised my kids, I wouldnt have buyed. Totally unfriendly and uncooperative lady at the front. I told here we would never come again. Thats not how you win customers.

Their ice creams are nice. But be careful of the billing. at the Festival City Branch. We asked for a cone ice cream for the kids. The lady gives them a cone each with two scoops. I asked her if the toppings cost extra and she said yes. While billing they billed us AED 30 each which is actually the price for the premium cone Gelato Divino which comes with 3 scoops and free topping. Made the payment and while the kids were having the ice cream I casually browsed through the menu and realized that the lady had charged us more. I got to the counter and ask her why. She is like we are not serving the one scoop and two scoop options here, but only 3 scoops. I was like but you gave us only two scoops without any topping and she is like but we will still bill you for this. After an argument she finally refunded the balance amount after charging for two scoops. Not sure if it was a mistake and she was trying to cover up or if they are actually cheating customers. Anyway beware.

Try unicorn... Teramisu... Ice cream.... And wonderful sets of cake... U must try tonino cremino cake its amazing... Eliza is amazing in dealing customers... It is realy a home for irresistible sets of cakes and ice cream....

Very bad service . Even do we ask them for how many times for our order but they ignore us and they are only watching there mobile. Very bad Service at all.Management doesnt care there customer at all.

Ice cream is melted when served. There excuse was the icecream is fresh. All of it is melted. Brownies inside the icecream taste like medicine.Wouldn’t recommend. Icecream is all sugar and no flavor.

Quality is super ,taste is yummy with lot of unique flavors but for prices its kind of expensive,u can try it once but not always.I ordered 3 flavors : ferrero chocolate,red velvet and kinder bueno all super delicious 👌

The Lady in festival city branch in front of centerpoint was so rude, and unprofesstional, and unpolite, she treated me in a very bad way, and she put ice cream in a cup instead of a cone even i told her in a cone, price of a scoop is super expensive its for 37 dhs for just a kid scoop.Will never go there again especially because of this toughness and rundess of this lady.
