Excellent if you’re looking for the “cocktail of ice creams”. They have some really nice signature creations where they mix up ice cream with eg biscuit/peanut butter etc to make a very tasty sweet ice-treat.You can also pick between having it on a cup with and without biscuit. The one missing star is because the show isn’t as good here, I’ve had much better show in other branches (by show I mean how they prepare the ice cream, by throwing it up in the air and making some tricks with it).

I often go to cold stone.The staffs are amazing and friendly. Last Monday I bought chocolate devotion for myself and my kid it was so delicious. A saleslady named Rita has very good attitude.She manage to give best customer service despite being alone in the store. I think the management should put an eye for the staff coverage as I always notice staffs facing overwhelming customers.

The ice cream is very good.However we came back 2 more times, Monday August 02, 2021 and Tuesday August 03, 2021 at 11:30 p.m.The saleswoman had everything tidied up and told us that it was closed and that the maximum time to come is 11:15 pm ... while it is scheduled to close at midnight.Another employee in a hurry to get home ...I dont think the owner of the establishment would be happy to learn that his establishment no longer accepts customers 45 minutes before it closes, so he could make some more money !

I really enjoyed the ice cream. So creamy and not to sweet. A nice variety of toppings :) The waffle is also very delicious and crispy.

I was there Thursday at 12-08-2021 in cold stone in Dubai mall and I try the coffee mixed with brownie flavour which was recommended by staff itwas really delicious and creamy ice cream I ever had before in Dubai mall also the service was excellent I was really satisfied with costumer service and the product I am really thankful to a lady name call Rita she is really good in costumer service and she is bit of funny and she know how to handle the costumer with there choices she sheems like a hardworking lady thank you so much Rita and cold stone for such a outstanding service.i will visit store again🙂☺️

How come such a reputable outlet treat customers with negligence ! I am a loyal customer & been ordering over & over. They delivered my last order spilled, ice cream was liquid , & they omitted one itemWhen i called again they said pls order again & we will deliver it upsizedImmediately, they closed the on line ordering & stopped answering my callsWhen you treat customers with such negligence & low credibility, i can assure you, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CUSTOMER BASE!

One of my favourite ice cream point in UAE.Apart from ice cream tried their Oreo milk shake. Must try such a wow taste... Also salted caramel ice cream also must try

The Red Velvet Cheesecake Milkshake was amazing and very much satisfying if you didnt have your lunch. Will be definitely trying again.

One of the most enjoyable little havens you can find in the mall.They produce a great service of mixing up your chosen ice cream (from a varied of great flavours) to have it spun, thrown and land on a iced tray for whatever toppings you would like to be mixed into your ice cream in front of you.They really do put on a show with their scoop skills and control of ice cream balls!Aside from the entertainment while being served, the flavours are a genuine surprise!You can’t go wrong, it’s like a must visit anytime I come to Dubai mall. Feel like ‘ah now I can handle shopping’.

A bit of an awkward placement in Dubai Mall on the 3rd floor with no seating but every bit as good as the Cold Stone we know and love. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great to grab and either pop into the Aquarium take along as you (window) shop in the Mall.

We tried their waffles which were gigantic but good. Good combo with glass. The downside was that they did not have seats. You had to go to the foodcourt to sit down.
