One of the most hyped up dessert places and they truly stand up to their reputation. Lovely service and such nice staff that youd like to sit here forever. Try the pistachio lava cake and slushies.

This place is dessert heaven. The Nutella jar shakes are a treat to sweet tooths. The staff is very friendly. Id recommend the mini pan cakes with nutttela and lotus mix.

We were craving something sweet after dinner at home one evening and came across Freez on Zomato.We initially ordered a Nutella Crepe and a Kinder Kunafa. However, Freez called up a short while later to advise that the Kunafa wasn’t available. I ended up replacing it with a Kinder Waffle.Both were good. Unfortunately the Nutella and Kinder had spread across the box. The packaging left a lot to be desired. A little improvement needed there for delivery orders (see pictures)

Taste was good. The interior is great and the highlight is they are using ipad and we can choose our dishes from the photos in the ipad

Obviously good Icecreams...more importantly friendly staff. Even though we arrived at closing time, they still served us.

I just do not know why, but i have a feeling i was cheated. I visited here for the first time as i had a coupon for a mojito free with any dessert. Well the taste was good..yumm!!But the place was too dull hardly any customers. About being cheated, since it was an offer item, the size of the crepe seemed too small compared to box size and crepes from other joints.Overall tasty crepes but beware of the getting a cheat feel 😃

I just ordered a milkshake and the portion is so small, idk why they reduced there cup sizes DONT order milkshakes

Nice desserts with brilliant hospitality

I decided to try this place after several recommendations.Tried the Kinder Ice Cream.Its basically vanilla or similar testing scoop with melted Kinder chocolate sauce (or similar tasting) with a single bar of Kinder.Everything was going fine until I tried the Kinder bar which tasted nothing like Kinder. On bringing this to the attention of the staff, my concerns were brushed off saying, and Im not making this up, but it is our best-seller!Er, so?I asked them if they keep the bars exposed in fridge which they agreed. My guess is the bar I had was probably over exposed and hence the weird taste.Despite this unpleasant experience with the staff, I still recommend the brand.

The staff here either hate their jobs or do not know what it means to be in the hospitality industry. We felt completely unwelcomed. They talked among themselves in their own language as soon as we walked in which was quite rude. No greeting let alone a thank you or even a smile when we were done. The crepes were too thick and inedible flooded with sauce. This was the first and last time I will be visiting this joint. My family were visiting Dubai after a while and I wanted to give them a great time but this experience deserves the trash. I really dont appreciate or recommend this dread of a parlor. Are you serving happiness or depression?

I visited this place on a summer afternoon cos of its name Freez. The menu can be selected from an ipad. I expected to find variety of cold and freezing dishes and drinks. Apart from the usual milkshakes served in Nutella jars, I couldnt any cold/frozen variety in dishes. They have cakes, crepes and waffles in different flavours. The interior is not any different and the dine-in capacity is low. They have takeaways and home delivery option on various delivery apps.

Delicious desserts 🍨 🍮 🧁 at reasonable pricing. Located inside the gas station so parking is not a hassle as it’s usually empty. If your passing by Mamzar do stop by for a quick bite, you won’t regret it 👍🏻

Brownie Crepe has my heart!

Food is good however staff are not up to the mark. Probably they had a bad day, but its not an excuse to disrespect the customers.

Really enjoy this place every time I visit...but my last visit was disappointing as the quantity of each dish is became way smaller from the 1st time when I had it.... really seeing the portion did put me off...
