As the name suggests its a lab where u create any flavor ice cream in front of u using liquid nitrogen. And just the sight of it makes me so happy.Absolutely loved this making and eating of ice cream. And specially dragon breathe was fun.Not only the kids but also all grown adults cannot resist this. I had cookies and cream where oreo cookies were turned into ice win front of me and chocolate ice cream made out of chocolate milkshake.

I would say that this place is worth visiting. I loved their pistachio shake. I never ever had tasted a better milkshake than this. Mark my word!!I tried lotus icecream and it was tasting fresh because its made in front of your eyes. I would never go back to prepackaged icecream anymore after having your freshly made icecreams. Recently been to Dubai Mall with my husband for EID Shopping & after the shopping we thought to have ice cream as in summers you really need something to refresh your mood. Came across to ICE LAB in food court & thought to try their chocolate ice cream & Lotus shake.The ice cream is freshly made right in front of u , using molecular gastronomy fresh ingredients and no preservatives. Decided to check out Ice Cream Lab seeing all the smoke and an attractive outlet but was let down 👎🏻💨.. The use of liquid nitrogen is the only thing to look forward to as they serve a basic vanilla/chocolate ice cream with toppings. I tried the Lotus and Lava Mud Choco Ice creams (AED 27/Medium size) that were very plain, nothing mind blowing..One thing to note is they’re inviting media who walk into their kitchen without gloves and touch the machines or do as they please while customers from outside feel uncomfortable! Good thing I had gotten my cup before someone started touching the machines for a ‘video’ and the management didn’t stop them, or else I would’ve returned my ice cream.. Not the kind of unhygienic practice expected from a place located in The Dubai Mall or anywhere for that matter.. Hence check if anyone’s fingernails have gone in yours before going here 😅👆🏻

This is hands down so far the best creamy and delicious fresh ice cream I have ever had.We enjoyed their Lotus milkshake which was creamy and full of flavors.They have various fresh ice cream flavours and we enjoyed our Lava Mud chocolate ice cream thoroughly.They also have immunity booster ice cream which is one of its kind.Then came the magical Dragon Breath cheese balls with the effect of a sheesha. A perfect blend of cheese with a smoky crunch.The staff was maintaining proper hygiene with masks and gloves on.Overall amazing experience and we are definitely going back to enjoy more flavors.

Each bite had a combination of clove, turmeric, mango, ginger, black paper, and cinnamon and they garnish it with ginger.Lotus was very impressive too. Situated in the food court of Dubai Mall, this store offers a unique and fun concept of making ice cream to order using liquid nitrogen. Theres limited but adequate flavours to choose from both in the ice cream base and added toppings to let most ice cream lovers choose a flavour they enjoy. The ice cream is served in a paper cup and you can pay a little extra for a small waffle to be added into your cup to give you the equivalent of an ice cream cone.Does it taste as good as Italian gelato? No, but is it more interesting to watch than your gelato store with a cloud of evaporating nitrogen? Yes.Aside from ice cream you can also get coffee and frozen yoghurt, but by far this seems to be a popular place for mainly the ice cream.Theres a few small tables at the front of the store, but the food court has more tables around especially if youre getting the ice cream to supplement a larger meal. Service is pretty ordinary, the main cashier can be a little abrupt/direct and the people making the ice cream somewhat emotionless. Its a shame as such a concept can do with more charismatic and happier staff.

A visual delight to behold your ice cream being prepared from scratch and within minutes its ready to be devoured. A bit chunky, rich dark dense with a delicate balance and was enough to take me to chocoholics paradise. An apt chocolatey delectable delight!!! We also had Salted Caramel shake , not overly sweet, very flavorful and a great sinful treat. Lastly, we tasted their newly launched dragon breath cheese balls. I am one of those person who loves to have icecream in winters...Was craving for Icecream, yet wanted to have something fresh and guilt free , so immediately rushed to Icecream Lab.We tried 2 Icecream flavours : Lotus Experiment ( best selling) , Lava Mud Chocolate Crunch. We also tried 2 shakes : Salt Lick Crunch ( best seller) and Pistachio.They use liquid nitrogen as medium to freeze the icecream base. They also have launched a new item called Dragon Breath which cheese balls mixed in liquid nitrogen and as you have it, smoke comes out..Though you need to have it immediately as its prepared. Icecreams were yummy, and it was a guilt free enjoyment.

Excellent customer service.Their ice-cream is one the best if not the best.Got delivered a wrong order but loved the yoghurt flavor. I enjoyed this ice-cream in US and wanted to try in Dubai. Unfortunately because of very rude customer service reps who didnt introduced themselves and called me lier I will never spend any single Durham with them.

Why is the smoke cold? EtcThey make guilt free immunity booster Icecreams, their icecreams are low in calories.I highly recommend icecream lab, so on your next visit to Dubai mall do go to icecream lab and enjoy this freezing cold icecreams.

Good quality of ice cream. They make ice cream lively. The prices are above average. Their service is just nice and quick. It is totally different experience of ice cream. Last night, my daughter accidentally saw the rainbow coloured popcorn at this shop, we went back to buy for her, the guy told us that its caramel flavoured mind that we asked for the coloured ones. He started to prepare and we noticed there was a tiny box where not more than 21 pieces were placed of these sooo called nitro popcorn. And that costs 21 Aed. Thats the worst I have ever seen. I have tried many nitrogen corns but the quantity was really less. Not going ever and ever... just a friendly reminder never buy their popcorn!!

Yumm ice cream. Thats made right in front of you. With nitrogen. Waffle is cone is super fresh too. And on most of the days they give out samples. You can try those too while you have your own scoop. Its in the food court of The Dubai Mall. So you can have a meal and dessert at the same place!!

Best ice cream that I’ve had so far in Dubai. Prices are a bit high as compared to other ice creams but still reasonable. Would highly recommend it to anyone who visits Dubai Mall. The ice cream tastes very light and fresh. Make sure to try the strawberry one, you won’t regret it.

I do love their ice cream. Theyre not too sweet and heavy, the texture of the ice cream is smooth. Also, they serve their ice cream with their freshly made waffles/crepes which makes it tastier because it is crispy. The salt lick crunch and the lava mud flavors are one of my favorites.

If you like ice cream give this one a go, the ice cream is made using nitrogen gas plus natural ingredients for choice of flavour.

Last weekend on Thursday evening, I had intense cravings for having ice creams. Suddenly an Instagram post of a food blogger came up where she mentioned about this ice cream shop in Dubai mall that sells yummy ice creams and dragon breath. Without a second thought, I rushed to Dubai mall, tried their blue velvet ice cream (5/5), mix fruit Bosco strawberry milkshake (5/5), and Dragon Breath (5/5). It is an excellent spot inside Dubai Mall to try some delicious ice creams.
