Most of the times the offers which are running online are not available in this store and staff is not that polite

The guy Bikash is not good suggesting bad icecreams then not accepting to change it when its actually not tasty.

The ice cream is not fresh at all. And they only have around 10 flavors

Gotta love the variety of flavours 🍦 we love mint choc chip & love potion. Go along & try for yourselves! Try to stop using plastic spoons to test though- exchange for wood & lead the way to zero plastic!!! 🙌🏻

It seems so hard to smile for a customer who will barely stay 4 minutes, take his ice cream and leave, but no, you dont feel welcomed at all, thats 3rd or 4th visit, sometimes hesitate what yo chose and never been asked if I want to try, the opposite is that I get this look of come on hurry up, 🤦🏻‍♂️
