Not a big shop and not a bad experience

I made an order for cake through Talabat but i surprised the branch send me different cake without any permission from me & when i ask the guy from the branch how you send me different cake without my permission he switch off the line while im talking to him without any excuse

Very disappointing... We planned our babys 2nd birthday party with everything the best and cake services to its worst. No plates given no knife given. Waste of money

This place is my childhood favorite. No matter how many other expensive companies come this will always win the place in my heart. My personal favorite is world class chocolate with fudge on top and nuts! And boiiii is it AMAZING.

Too slow and only 1 guy working there so when he is on break there is nobody to sell.

In winter when you crave for an ice cream !!!! Check out new Donut Sundae either with single or double scoop. Its like hot donut and cold ice cream and toppings of your choice . I had caramel chocolate ribbons ice cream with chocolate as toppings and mix nuts.It was just like something so precious that I was craving for so long . Just too good to enjoy the sweetness you really craving for only at @baskinrobbinsme

Best Ice Cream

Very disappointing service provided by Mr. Adeel. He didnt even greet the us. Instead we greeted him which he didnt responded properly, he was like “what you want”. He was very rude and stubborn. To be frank we were craving for BR shakes and ended up buying Mcafe!My guest from US was also offended by his action. We have reported to the branch manager Mr. Dinesh, but he has very poor skills of leadership, inefficient!P.S. I expect a minimum quality of customer service.

I order double scoop ice cream from Baskin Robbins through #Uber eats and it was disappointing. Never order from these branches. They delivered wrong order and the potion was less. 🙄😲😖😠
