Sales person convinced us to buy a specific brand and type of washing machine that has 20 min drying cycle. Which was our main request. However after delivery to pur house we found out that this was not true. We are waiting 2 mobth already for Carrefour to rectify their misstake-as the sales person has lied to us about the features of the product. Still no resolution after 2 month . The worst customer service i experienced

Since 5 years i shopping from carrefour in century mall very good and all original things but there is one problems when i looking anything not found then ask helpers they r answers i dont no ask other gays so i ask other same answer

I had visited carrefour century mall on last Tuesday, their was offer on HP laptop. Later when I went for purchasing that HP laptop though there was offer written Laptop, they didnt give that price and asked me to pay AED 100 more than offer saying that lable below shows different price. I asked philipino lady who was there to check with manager and she refused to do so. Since I was in rush and had to buy that laptop so I had no option but to pay AED 100 extra for laptop. But honestly service level of carrefour has gone down and I would never purchase electronic items from carrefour .

Its good . But there is one place they can improve. Billing counter needs to he more efficient . The people are slow and therfore long waiting time
