Good option and pricingThey have adjacent food court with descent food with limited seating space. We tried biriyani and grill chicken

One of the Big Nesto Hypermarket in UAE and lots items at cheaper price you can buy anything over there just amazing. everything maintained and placed superbly lots space over there even it’s crowded and so many billing counters it help reduce shipping time.

The staff is rude and racist. They allow local delivery for Malbaris (Kerala) but not for anyone else.I confronted the manager and he said we dont allow it but behind your back they will still allow only for a particular group of people.Also I think according to them Kerala does not come in India so they have some food stuff labelled as Kerala.Very disappointed.

A very nice and perfect type of arrangement in all store’s.You will find in central corridor with promotional items and central gallery has dry fruits section with see through double hight roof.

Nice place for all in one shopping. Great location with ample number of basement parking. There is eating area which is added advantage cos most of the hypermarket they lack this facility. People can buy food have it in the same time here after paying at the seperate counter. This is the main reason I love to go here. Easy reachable. As usual like most of the location this place too is not adhered to covid rules and regulations. Its not that they dont have enough manpower its just they dont care about peoples life and security persons not bothered about it. People are wandering without mask not fully covering and taking selfie/pictures.

I like Nesto a lot and like its offers but today i saw something which I was really sad . I had bought an item seeing an offer , I took two and unfortunately during the billing did not recheck the price billed at the time of leaving . When I reached home I saw that I was wrongly billed ( no the offer price ) evening I dropped in to the customer service to make correction and get a refund . he called a subordinate ( a supervisor ) from the section and he informed me now its difficult and i should have informed that time now the price has changed , now its too late offer was only till 2 PM . I left it but went back to the same section I saw the offer price mentioned still there . I took a picture and went to the counter to show it .. there was discussion between supposedly two senior ppl and an attendant who came later , after few minutes the attendant came running to me separately and said sir its a mistake I made and requesting me not to take it forward and said if u want I can pay the difference from my pocket , I knew the difference amount is petty for me but could be big for him I was shocked that no one including his superiors were supporting him and had left him on his own to deal with the situation . I felt sorry and just left the store . I have been to many super markets and hypermarkets and many times mistakes were corrected or professionally handled with explanation of the mistake but never an simple attendant who had deal it on his own . this could be a one of incident , but I felt it was a embarrassing situation and could have handled in much better way .

One of best hypermarket from NESTO Chain with almost all sections with round the clock customer service and best offers across all sections. Weekend are always crowded but still managed safely with social distance with security staff.

Nesto muteena is very nice for shopping and all other stuff but as big as the hypermarket but the staff is not much professional and help full.You can find the staff who is willing to help but from other side maximum staff is just avoiding to not help you.Very best offer always in every section specially in garment.There is full free parking available all the time.Giving 2 ⭐ because they always keep busy left for bringing 🛒Area is very busy always you will find traffic.

Its great its the largest market of Dubai, I am in Dubai since 2018 I have not seen bigger and cheaper market Than Nest Supermarket. Here you will always find some offer, for the lower middle class people when they go for vacation its a great destination. Full marks for interior, cooperative staff, huge parking, cash counters.

It is really good and well maintained, this is my first visit but it seemed to b much bigger than what I expected with so much of collection for each item. I hope they maintain it the same always instead of just beginning. I m happy with this visit but only draw back is staff are not much aware about their stuff. When shed let at billing counter where I can get inaam cards, she has no idea where as she herself asked me if I have it which sounded little untrained

The place is good and big thats why it makes the customer get lost easily, let alone the busy people going back and forth. I suggest, they need to fix on organizing the section. Like they put some signages above (enough to see ofc) of which items are there in a specific section. This is good for the new customers easy to shop and navigate the place nevertheless how big the supermarket is. I will come back for a five star if theres an improvement.

I visit weekly 3 to 4 time Nesto Burj Nahar Mall to buy my grocery and sometime electronic item but today I’m very upset one of the customer service staff She don’t have any respect for customer this afternoon between 3:40pm to 4pm i go customer service and asking warranty invoice copy for my hand blender she said wait and she watching TikTok font of me i call her again please i have go make my warranty paper she still watching TikTok i call her 3rd time she come but her face is very angry???? I will say again i really very upset about this happen with me

This evening I went to shopping mall bought some drinks and fruits , and when I went to cash count to pay , the cashier didn’t gave me change because I m paying cash , it’s a very small amount but first I think she has to ask me not even without saying anything just ignore me make payment for next customer, this is not professional way , I can gave the change to her as tips that’s no problem but she has to ask if I want to give to her or not , not without asking just take it , this is not much professional way as cashier, small amount change no need give to customer or what , and I also living in burj Nahar building residence ,this is really not good work.Hope you guys can be avoid this kind of thing!!!
