Looks cheaper bt they dnt sell good products . But fresh meat bt it was so smelly when cooking and it taste bitter . Lived in dubai for 5 years and i had this bad experience .wont never shop in this supermarket

Better shop elsewhere!! The Al Madina behind Al kahil Gate, there is a lady cashier who is very rude, her attitude is very bad. She treated me so bad in front of many people, I spoke to the manager about it but the manager was just protecting her and asking if I paid the thing on my hand.Do I look like a thief?!!!I have a business too but staff like this who dont respect customers even if they buy a candy are not good for the business.Disappointed!!

Worst service ever!!!!!!! Never again am I ordering. I ordered at 4 Pm and they said it will be delivered in 2 hours. I specifically needed sour cream for dinner and since 6 Pm their land line is switched off and I can’t reach them. Had to do some alterations with my dinner plans last minute due to their unprofessional service. First time tried them and never again am I placing any order with them. I would not even give their type of service 1 star....
