Needing to get an item out of the fridge the fridges were blocked with milk crates.I had to stretch to get in, Im in my 70s stretching doesnt come too easy.No offer of help from the bod loading up the opposite doors with milk.Poor attitude, not what Id expect from this company

Centrally located within motor city, reasonable prices, friendly staff and wide range of products for a supermarket that size, although they could have more food options as thats the nearest supermarket for 3 major gyms of uae, and there’s simply no options for food in a reasonable price within the motor city area

It was small. I guess it is o.k. for a quick pick up of items but I prefer the hypermarkets. Way more selection.

Not so big Carrefour compared with what you can find in the shopping mall or mega mall. But you can at least satisfy all the daily and basic needs just by doing purchases here. You can find the long line of parking spaces in front of the shop which is again also very convenient.

Worst customer service ever..... i got an item wrong so i wanted to exchange, i kept calling for the longest time and Im in quarantine cant leave my house and every time they ask me again what was the item and that Ill have to wait until they check for availability!!! Like seriously what is so hard in exchanging something from a supermarket????Plus i called them when they already had a delivery for me like few days ago to get that thing exchanged with the delivery but still they didnt... Im not ordering ever again from this branch ..

Its an ok place with a variety of products.Its not the biggest, or the cleanest, or the tidiest, but if gets the job if youre on your back from work and need a few things.The staff are very friendly and helpful though, kudos to them!

I really like this branch. All the staff is very polite and helpful. l like a lot a cashier Chandini. I always try to go to the counter which she serves. She is very nice, gentle and always smiling to the customers.

Nice one to have a quick market shopping but its not that big with limited options

Ive been living in the area for three years. I love the supermarket because the staff look very happy, and that always makes my grocery shopping experience seem less of a chore. Thank you for providing us with groceries and lovely staff. They also take care of the cats around and are very loving. This Carrefour is my favorite.

Carrefour supermarkets are not as widely stocked as their hypermarkets. But still, all essentials are available at Carrefour Market, including ready meals and hot food.

The entrance/exit planning of the store is quite illogical and inconvenient, atleast for me..To top it off, you cant exit to the road side as the entrance doesnt allow you to exit the store. You have to walk from the side exit back to the front, which doesnt make sense and can be a pain (pun definitely intended).Also, generally, the cleanliness and order in the store can be improved. It doesnt seem to be the polished MAF-Carrefour standard that we have become accustomed to..

Medium sized supermarket where you get fruits vegetables and most common items here. As such for complete set of items it is best to visit a larger hypermarket.Proximity to Motorcity provides convenient store.Market is open till midnight.

Honestly, WORST SERVICE EVER !I think Carrefour should not have an online service, other than you get some rotten vegetables delivered to you, they forget about your order and dont deliver on time, I called 10 times customer service line, they barely answer, and when they did they didnt solve the problem of having my order delivered, its day 5 and I am still waiting for my order, and because of that i will not cancel my order, I WANT IT DELIVERED !This is so disrespectful, I am a loyal customer as many people are, but if you cant handle this situation than I dont think you should do it.

A convenient store near my house with all the necessary essentials and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. Only thing missing is the self checkout counter for faster checkouts.

I had very bad experience today. I had a 20%off voucher but the cashier lady didnt accept it since she said that she already proceeded with the payment. I asked her for refund. She refused. Will never go back there. Very disappointing.

Good Carrefour Market as any other Carrefour outlets. You will get almost everything for your daily requirements like groceries, vegetables, fruits, cosmetics, etc. Close to Sports City area which doesnt have this big market. Overall a good place for every-day shopping.

Besides Spinneys this is the go to grocery store in Motor City. It has good options. The fish department is right next to the entrance so the fishy smell is the first thing that greets you. Hoping this can be covered somehow or moved to a different location in the store.

Its not a hypermarket but its a smaller version of Carrefour but its popular in the neighbourhood of Motor city. You can find everything you need for your daily need but prices a little bit higher than Carrefour Hypermarket

This Carrefour is slightly larger than the small convenient stores one would typically find in a community. Its also smaller than the very big ones in super markets.Thus specific one in motor city is well situated as its a quick stop and shop. Its closer than having to drive to the larger Carrefour in either Miasem Mall or IBN battuta mall. Not great parking though.Its one of my favorite Carrefours. Giving it a rating if 3 just because I never rate Carrefour stores higher than that. Their stock is usually limited, each and every month items get moved and customer care arent always on the ball. We dont shop there because we want, we shop there because we dont have any other choice :-)
