Economical Chlled water bottles are not avaiable, we have no option to buy the normal bottle water from the rack.

Spinneys is always nice to shop at. While we may know them as a bigger store, this at Bin Sougat mall is relatively smaller. But you can expect some exclusive spinneys product choice. Always a good choice for variety of fresh fruits and bakery products. And good food at the hot food counter and cold salads, but limited variety. And yes, theirs check-out cashiers are always smiling and cheerful. Free basement parking is an added advantage.

I bought the Australian lamb rack yesterday morning for AED 148.80 in this store & was quite disappointed! When the staff offered to cut it up, I left him to it & told him Id be back shortly as I continued shopping. When I got back to the place where the meat was being cut, there was a strong rotten/ dead animal smell but didnt even consider that it was the meat that was about to be sold to me. The two staff present seemed to know it was the meat Id ordered & they were sneakering as they handed it to me. When I got home, I realized that the lamb rack was the rotten smell Id walked into at the supermarket! I ended up throwing it away & deodorizing my kitchen.Spinneys, this is very shameful! Considering how expensive your products are, you should ensure that everything is up to consumable standards & quality! This is unacceptable!!!
