Id have given a 5-stars if they didnt have that unprofessional and who does really know how to take a blood sample nurse with dark skin and veil ! Really I dunno how shes doing the blood test leaving my arm with a big red spot,2 holes, And caused me to faint and walk allover the hospital on wheelchair !!!!!!Apart from all this she kept me waiting for like half an hour for her highness to come get this done for me !!!!Apart from this which is the positive side, Customer service is awesome, And anyone wearing white shirt (security guys) every time they surprise and amaze me in a different way !If only they fix that nurse issue or at least teach her how to respect customers and how to take blood samples !!!!!!!!

It was my second time to visit hospital here in dubai and Im very much grateful that one of the hospitals that was covered by our company insurance is this hospital.Usually, you have to wait for too long for an approval of the insurance company before you will be accommodated by the hospital.Im so glad that this hospital had some very dedicated receptionist staff like Elmer who helped us all the way through the process and even extended his duty hours just to make sure that our status from the insurance would be approved. Not only that, he also made sure that before he went home our request was approved and he took the time to wait for the result of the laboratory test and give to us before he left for work.Thanks also to Soliha,one of the receptionist who is also very accommodating with our needs and quickly update us with the status of the result from the doctor. This hospital is really good thanks to the dedicated staff. I will definitely recommend this hospital. 👌

Dr. Abdullah Durrani is the best doctor Ive ever met. He is very seasoned and experienced. He can easily diagnose a patient in seconds and can tell whats wrong. He is attentive , informative and highly supportive to his patients. And very dedicated to his craft. I highly recommend meeting Dr Abdullah if you looking for the best GP in town.

Too much delay.. Have to spent minimum 4 hrs in hospital for consulting..If crouded,1.Have to wait in the reception for atleast 1hr..then the security will call as per his intrest.. (No token system)2. Security will guide u to nurse for checking.. After checking again wait for half an hour.. Then receptionist will call u for registering..3. After registration again wait for 1hr.. Then nurse will call u to the doctor.. Luckly u dont have to wait near the doctor.. Hell quickly recommend u for blood test (compulsory)4. Half an hour wait at reception for billing.. Then laboratory.. Again 1hr wait for test results..5. With results u can see doctor.. After consulting wait at pharmacy for sometime, they will give a bulk quantity of medicines..If not crouded,Dont think that u can easily consult doctor without any delay.. If u r the first patient at hospital also u have to wait for all these above procedures.. If u go nd ask anyone, System fault / duty shift change maybe the reason for delaying..Often im visiting here with my colleagues, before everything was ok and waiting time was adjustable.. But now a days experiencing bad service.

I went for emergency, was not busy time. The blood test results, they say:one hour will be ready.... After 5 hours finally I got it...Extremely delay!!The doctor I. KHAN Send me home with medications and he found very low thiroids levels, he didt even told me, he just send me message of that, (because he was unhurry to go and have DINNER) so nurse send me to laboratory for a adittional blood test, not doctor, nurse or lab. Follow up at all.! Not a call. Not results on the system...After 5 days waiting for the results, still sick at home. Aster cedar laboratory, nurse and doctors, refuse to call me back, or inform me what happened with my blood test or anything.IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, THE NURSES DONT HAVE THE MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE TO PLACE A CATETER OR TAKE BLOOD. after a week my arms and one hand are black, blue and green and swollen...

Medical consultation is good no issues. But Administration is not good. As a patient in pain, I had to run around and do the internal administrative work for them including pushing papers from one person to another to get some papers stamped and registered for billing. Painful

Friday morning around 9:45am when we went to this hospital. And the moment we enter, we are asked to get a number. After, i noticed there are only 3 patients who are waiting, not that crowded so i think “MAYBE” the service here is fast. But, after 35min of waiting my token number is not yet called. I observed what is happening, 1 receptionist for billing and 1 receptionist for registration and so forth.There is no much queue but how come my number is not yet called. Is this the kind of service you treat a patient the moment they enter to a hospital!?? So it doesn’t matter if u are sick or having pain , u are not even bothered to ask what is the reason for visit. I chose this hospital because its near to my place , and its a “hospital” ??! .I will not recommend this place,no good customer service etc. the moment u will step in to the reception(no greetings,or what) Automatically, they will JUST say “emirates id”.DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK WHAT IS THE REASON FOR VISIT, DIDN’T ASK OR TELL THIS IS THE DOCTOR WE HAVE” THEY JUST SIMPLY ENTER AND WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING WHO IS THE DR,WHAT IS THE SPECIALITY”” DID THEY KNOW ALREADY MY COMPLAIN OF PAIN?? .SIMPLY ONLY KEYBOARD OR MOUSE CLICKING WHAT AM HEARING! Is this how a customer service work?? Anyway, this is my first and last to go to this hospital

Aster is truly blessed with an amazingly skillful Dr Hardikkumar Pawar, extremely knowledgeable and professional source of consultation which helped my cousin more than a medicines. My cousin was in a stage where he was abt to quit outdoor activities but its a miracle who has been blessed due to Dr. Hardikkumar Pawar with his exceptional consultation now he is back to continue with an active sports. We are really grateful to have such amazing resource in our reach. Lastly, the Hospital staff is also very proactive and eveready to assist with the hassle-free and fast services.

Expect big delay to get result of PCR Test. It took 22 Hours for me. Others will give you result within 6 - 12 hours including pure health

Twenty years ago I came for a hysterectomy at this hospital when it was just Cedars. The service was excellent.Today, I come for a Covid test and it was like being at the circus. Is this Since Aster added their name.Staff are pleasant enough, but I mean one member of staff processing the paperwork! When there are a lot of people.I think my best option is to bed down until 2021.Anyway I think you know that I am not happy.

24 hours service is good. Following the covid 19 precautions,

On 29- 10- 2020 around 10 am,I came to Cedars hospital for covid screening.But unfortunately I had to wait about 4.30 hours. There were only 7 to 8 patients before I come.When I asked about the cause of delay the reception staff shouted at me in a very rough manner telling that I will be called order wise and they are not sitting idle, I would be called later and not to disturb them any more. To be frank,she dont know how to behave to the customers. I do agree that the other staff members were very polite to me. When I discussed about this in our company many others told that they also had the same experience from this lady. Kindly not neglect our concern as a simple issue.
