Stay away from this furniture ‘ makers ‘,They do absolutely awful job.I placed an order for super simple console table, the final product looks nothing like my picture. They have delivered it to me twice & and twice I had to send it back for them to repaint it.I asked for my money back they refused.The third time delivery they finally managed to paint it without marks, but it looks cheep and ugly ( I paid 1200 dhs ) plus they use extremely toxic paint. It’s smelled so bad for months I had get rid of it.

Awesome quality of work. I ordered a sofa from them. It was delivered on time with all safety precautions in place. The quality of the sofa was amazing as well

Terrible company. Dont use them! Pick or find another!I chose one material for them to use, they then charged me and completed the project with a different material. They finally admitted it was there mistake, (after telling me repeatedly it was the same material when it was so obviously not) and then after admitting that it was a different material, they would not fix the problem. And wanted to charge me more money to fix their mistake!Now i have paid for a product i didnt even order, that is very cheap and poor quality, and they admit it was their mistake and dont fix it.This is the worst company to work with.

Terrible service provider. They do things so quick to get your advance payment, then they start outsourcing different people for different job (paint, carpet, furniture and etc.) from different companies. Once they find them, they blindly send them without even explaining to them what type of job needs to be done. You will need to explain everything to them from zero, irresponsible people, no planning, all they do is to get new clients and pass on the others to outsourced service providers without even knowing the status of the work and keep asking for money! It is hard to reach them by phone, they never call back.They use sweet words and a very bad habit to swear all the time.Our given scope of work: 950sq.f, wall paint job, carpets. Promised handover period- 8-10 days, actual handover- 1 month.

I had curtains installed across four rooms in a villa, and am very pleased with their work. They are professional and prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend :)

I paid AED 1,800 advance for 2 chairs in OCT 2020. They have not delivered the chairs as agreed in NOV and the issue remains unresolved till now FEB 2021. They continue to ignore my requests for a refund. I have filed a consumer complaint with Dubai Economic Department and hope they are shut down.

At Risala furniture, always ask for Kamran, he has been super quick and efficient. All the jobs I gave him were impeccable. I highly recommend his help.

Stay away from this shop.1.I had my bed custom made - floppy job and we have to live with the mess they made3. Custom made cabinet - the cabinet came with paint and wood chippedOnce they take the advance, you call the manager he doesnt answer calls. When you call the shop, they dont even know about your order. A bunch of unprofessionals who doesnt know what they are doing .

The only overly positive thing about this shop is that its a one-stop destination that has all your home needs from flooring, to wallpapers, to curtains.The wallpaper installation was great and is still intact 2 years later, but the vinyl flooring.. This was an absolute disaster. The flooring started to peal off the ground and the glue started to melt and expand and become exposed. My mancave had large windows so the heat was coming in during the summer, and I was told it wouldnt affect the floor, but by the second year the entire floor has almost peeled off.I had to completely remove the floor only to find the ceramic below infested with lice and bugs all around. It was the most disgusting and atrocious sight I had ever seen and spent hours cleaning the glue and bugs with paint thinner. Im no expert so Im not sure if this is a common problem with vinyl or their installation methods was bad. All of this happened the past week.A few months ago I paid them a visit to look at wallpapers and their salesman was unattentive, playing PubG on his phone and was rude when I asked for assistance.A complete no for me. Will never deal with this shop again. I suggest you look for more professional services.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I hardly believe these reviews are honest. They did a terrible, terrible job at my villa. They used two different kinds of plastic grass so after a short time it looks terrible. If you phone them they say they will phone back and they dont call back....ever, even after 10 calls.

Risala is a standout amongst the most great encounters I have ever had in acquiring an extensive, particular request. Deals staff was superb, considerate, affable and proficient; a genuine happiness to chat with each time we had any inquiries or changes to our furniture arrange.

Reviews below look clearly all the same.In my opinion, never again! No idea about furniture. Trying to tell some stories about the material coming from Spain or Italy or somewhere to make the client feel it’s worth.All three things I had ordered are wrong delivered. Curtain instead of rails they delivered a rod and fixed it on the wrong side so that wholes are left in the wall. The other curtain rod is hanging down since the rod is bad quality and not strong enough.The Rug delivered with 25% less density/thickness which is of course a big saving on a 100 meter roll for them. Cushions were supposed to be filled with feather/downs. I got them with a cheap foam which Is already flat after one month sitting on it (I’m 45kg!) it’s either you get a stone hard cushion or a flat one...Afterwards..... they said they don’t know what are feathers and can’t deliver. They had already confirmed on feathers on the date of order and payment though. My worst experience related to furniture.
