A good place to find kitchen supplies, paints, locks etc but bit pricey

A gallon of Jotun paint here is literally 40 bucks more than the previous place I visited. I had to buy as I had no choice as it was urgent for me. But I brought it with such a weak heart. Homesmiths shouldnt loot people by hiking the price by literally 50%more than regular price. I paid 120 for a gallon here which I got for 78 at another Jotun store.

They have an array of household items.Got stuff here way cheaper than some online stores.

I have visited this branch quite a few times as I live in DSO and have found the store quite nifty. Even though the prices a way bit on the higher side it balances out the time and effort saved to travel to a bigger mall or home store.Unfortunately I have rated this with a 3 just to bring to attention the inhospitable customer service of one staff named Gian.I visited the store ( at DSO) yesterday ( 25th July around 12 noon) in search of a suitable gift for my friend. As I walked around,I particularly liked 2 items ( a kitchen electronic equipment and the other a bread box)However, I was not able to find the price tag for the items. The staff named Gian was working nearby. I asked her if she could assist me. Instead she just stayed in her place,kept on working and informed me that the price tag was there and that I needed to searchIndeed I searched but with one hand ( my other hand was holding onto my purse,specs& umbrella). I did manage to get the price, hidden underneath the box.When I fancied the wooden bread box,this time I put my personal items down and opened,closed,turned the box around,upside down but in vain. Again Gian was working nearby and when I asked her if she knew the price for the box. I got the same reply this time added with surliness.It got me a bit irritated and I told her, Look here,Im asking you for help as theres no price here. Can you help me out? She kept on working and told me that the price tag was there. I insisted that it wasnt there and even took out the box from the shelf. There was another collegue of hers ( Arcadio) who walked up to help out. It was at this time that Gian replied with the price of thewooden bread box.I looked back at her and asked her ,why couldnt she just answer me in the first instance and that we are customers. We are there to very much buy the items and if we are asking for help then definitely customer care should be on every staffs priority list.Then the other staff named Arcadio took over from there as I honestly didnt want to deal with a person having a sour face and unfriendly manner.In comparison Arcadio was just the opposite: friendly, had a smile on his face, looked for a particular item for me and even assisted me in the gardening section. He also did my billing transaction and offered me suggestions for gift wrapping at a nearby store.I hope the Management will take up the issue with the concerned staff named Gian.

I have a very bad experience, I bought something that should be new, and I discovered that its used, even the employees there didnt cooperate.

You will get almost anything

Its a small shop but packed with a gazillion knick knacks that come in handy around the house.
