Ace on sheikh zayed road is decent size hard ware store, it is a not the biggest ACE store in Dubai but neither is the smallest, it has decent verity of products for both indoor and out door use and hardware, you can also get paint here. The paint section staff is very knowledgeable and will give u the right advice on the products u will use. If you going there for outdoor furniture, the verity is going be very small, so I would advice on rather going to the festival city branch, the one closer to IKEA.

They have pretty much anything you might need, and the staff is very nice and useful. I came with a very specific and weird requirement, and Ghouri showed me around, and helped me figure the best solution for my problem and helped get everything I needed

Ace has some variety of hardware items, but unfortunately not anywhere near professional stores like Home Depot or Leroy Merlin. More a showroom for easy to grab items than a place to get all what you need for apartment maintenance.

Yes, customer service is good, store has almost everything you could need for a house but that one-stop shop convenience factor comes at a cost... price!

Excellent selection of garden tools, planter boxes and seeds to help start your gardening journey. Price is relatively cheaper than other gardening shops. Always returning for my gardening purchases.

Decent hardware store with most things you would need, and including some items that you wouldnt expect. The AC is an issue in the store, especially as its not even so warm in November and its still uncomfortably hot in the store.The check out or cashier area is also strange. There are no conveyor belts, just desks. And the staff behind the desks dont have any room, they couldnt help pack the fragile items or even provide packing materials, just said a plastic bag was all they could offer.

I wanted to buy and cut to size, a piece of wood. Help was good at Sheikh Zayed Road branch. Ibn Battuta branch does not cut wood although they sell it. Free parking at the back of the Ace building. On street metered parking.

They have got a good range of product but things are a bit expensive. But I guess you could say you are paying the price for the convenience.

One stop shop for all your hardware needs. ACE is still the ace when it comes to variety of stock and quality of products.This branch has the weirdest layout though. Especially for checkout, there seems to be no order or conveyor type of system. I had a tough time getting my stuff across and carrying out some checks.They could make some improvements in that regard, and until then, I may just use their online services.

Cant talk much about ACE, everyone know it, but that specific location has a problem with the parking as the entrance and exit is very tight.

Over priced & not a great range of HARDWARE, this is more of a Homeware shop with a small selection of hardware items. If you want a better range of hardware items then go to any of the dozens of smaller shops dotted all of Al Quoz, and you will save money for your trouble!

I would like to say Thank You to Akhmal the dyson representative. I visited the shop for the desperate needs of Bissell spare part that I was looking for more than a week which was never had luck from Bissell official contacts. Bissell staff at ACE was helpful in assisting me however not for my urgency.I then had a casual conversation with Akhmal as Dyson could be my second option if Bissell was not repaired immediately.He spent with me almost an hour of knowledgeable humble sales talk and demonstration, by the end of conversation I was so convinced to buy Dyson not only because of the promoter and amazing products but also the aftercare and future trade option.I could see all bright side of *investing* Dyson vacuum machine thanks to him.I could not meet him on my purchasing day but hope someone convey my appreciation to him

This beanch of ACE hardwate is smaller than the one in festival city and there is less selection. Staff is very friendly.They have paint mixing booth, wood cutting area, plants and the other standart aisles.

The busiest Highway

Hyper market you find a diversity of things you need. Also has a team ready to assist you in locating your needs. The first day i came in to buy a 4 metre distribution cable was assisted by an African guy.

Its one of my favourite places to buy smart tools or bbq equipment. In the last 8 years I bought 3 bbq grills. 2 charcoal bbq grills with leds and of 2 different sizes and 1 gas bbq grill, medium size. I love Weber brand and I buy all bbq tools from this brand.

Ace hardware has alot of hardware material and tools, but also, gardening tools, plants, painting tools, outdoor furniture, and other random things such as plates and BBQs tools and candy.. Its very good, but the different locations have different products, the one near Ibn Battuta has more things in my opinion more detailed items but then again I havent looked through the whole store. All I can say is that they are different. Not everything is in both stores.

Yesterday I went to ACE to buy a tin of paint but at a price of AED 55 for a 1 litre tin of gloss paint base, it didnt seem quite right. I decided to Google paint shops on Maps and found a local trader in Al Quoz selling an equivalent tin of paint for AED 15. To boot, they had everything else: brushes, thinners etc at a very reasonable price. I couldnt believe it!

Its always nice to go there. However, sometimes specific items are over priced. Other than that, you can find interesting things there.

Always love to go here for hardware stuff...but lately I find that they are selling more household goods and gadgets than building stuff. That is not so good...I go there for hardware and I would love the see the variety back again that used to be there...that is why only 3 stars.

Those guys still have everithing for household. Tumbs up. Keep it up. They could work on the price of items little bit.Some items are 3x more expencive than on other places. But if you need all around house repairs and you need one stop shop, ace hardware is right option.

Two months fighting and still waiting for refund of broken vacuum cleaner. Repairing it second time, I was told by the store the supplier needs to repair within two weeks otherwise I am entitled for refund. It took you 3 weeks to repair! Now I am not getting refund as it’s “repairs” nor I have the item as I had to buy a new one. Very disappointing service as no one takes responsibility to actually redolve the issue and call back to customer. Not good customer experience or Al Futtaim.

I was looking for 1/2 liter paint for metal, no way minimum 1 liter and sand color not available. Pivot wheels bit 10 mm. No way. It looks lije Speedex and Ace are complementary. What the first does not have, the second has and viceversa. Annoying going back and forth.
