Handy little Japanese store similar in concept to the American Dollar store. Around the holidays, its one of the best places in Dubai to purchase holiday themed decor.

Sorry to give you a 1 star rating as this is one of my fav shops in UAE for the past years.The rating is based on the latest 4 visits to this shop, man... The manager you have there with the glasses / Indian I guess is just extremely rude, bossy, doesnt smile to even kids or babies, shouts at his staff constantly!! I have seen it in my eyes and had an argument with him twice for the past visits. One of them with visitors coming with me to see the country.Even that he told me exactly I am not talking to you, I am speaking to my staff as I am there manager, none of your concern as I was asking him why do you deal with them like animals!The staff are extremely polite, helpful with great welcoming smile as what we used to see in UAE. This guy is absolutely not matching any criteria not even trying to enhance the customers experience.Ya akhi take your staff and inform them what you want not infront of the customers. Smile to the people at least!!I hated this place by this guy and would not come to any branch of yours as I am sure that you dont evaluate your managers nor ask the staff for their evaluation to their superiors to see if he is a leader or a boss!Take a serious action or youll be losing customers JUST because of him ONLY!I left my stuff last time at the cashier and left. I dont want your products any more.Slavery place!
