Very hard working and cooperative staff. I must say this branch is quite busy and medicines delivery might get delayed due to only one delivery staff, rest of the services are perfect

Gteat place with great people, opens 24/7 and thats so good anytime needed its available, most of times they have everything yet sometimes they dont but they call to bring it and they can deliver it to your house if its within the same area, also they have othere branches near by and they call them to get it for you or to send you to them, staff are so helpful, they have discounted products specially on vitamins and othere supplements, place clean and professional

I ordered medicine on WhatsApp they confirm that and after 1hr 30mint they didnt deliver in same building they reading WhatsApp but not responding.very worst delivery service ever. irresponsible staff.

This people are playing, I had tooth pain the other day, I visit them I spent 85 AEDfor one medicine, and I still have the same pain level, nothing has changed, in other hand I visit a pharmacy in abu hail, poor pharmacy, I spend 37 for two medicine, and just like magic first day, all gone, feeling perfect,Am sales man, and I get it in first time, first hint, this people working as sales men, just selling what make money, distribut it, take it out there not care about people live, focus on what they make money for them, not focus on helping people, this job not to play with, u holding people lives in your hand, and still sale things not helping just spending, we didnt found our money in ground pick it up and spend it.No credibility، No limpidity, they create them self to take money and thats it, bad experience with those branch, not a qualified staffShame on five star pharmacy
