Called it earlier to arrange delivery. The person on the phone lied to me about the product and then arranged a delivery to a different apartment. I was waiting for 1,5 h until they clarify the address and bring my meds which ended up to be a wrong one.

So i have been ordering from this pharmacy from years as thy home deliver. However i had chosen to ignore the many times the sales person tries to missell you vitamins or gives you an expensive medicine instead of a cheaper alternative. However not this time, i enquired on whatsapp the price for whey protein chocolate 5lb and i was quoted by them 238 Aed. When i saw their website i saw the price as 173 Aed instead and asked them about the same. When i asked them about the same i was informed that the online website prices and store prices differ. I would have believed them but then i decided to check with the other life pharmacy which is located next to emirates tower metro station and they indeed confirmed and home delivered the same protein powder for Aed 173 instead of AED 238 as quoted by doha pharmacy. After this instance i learnt never to trust this pharmacy for any medicines and products and that they are only interested in making money out of you. I questioned and sent my invoice copy to doha pharmacy on whtsapp asking them their reason now considering i got the product at online price from other life pharmacy store but i never got a reply from them as expected. They have lost this customer for sure.

Went to the pharmacy early in the morning at 8am. Stock checking was going on. I was told they cannot sell medicines now. Why is 24/hours board is outside or why was the shop open if it is not open to serve the customer. Met Mr. Harsh there.

Small but does the job

Its a commercial supermarket for medicines that are high priced. Plus their persistent in store marketing to buy vitamins and other products is unwelcomed.

No one give respond on what’s app chat

I been there a couple of times coz my nearest pharmacy every staff is recommending different products I buy after that the item was really bad to use and the usage was very harmful but don’t know why he recommended me to buy that after that I given them back item to change or refund me to use my money to buy another good item but they refuse to return it finally i paid again and left without they atleast they can say something only business is must for them not customer not go again there waste of money

Very bad !! recommended drugs for patients.when I go back all look like buay .feel that Im pick a quarrel .talking with me .but can not watting. I retired medicine.scared not go next time

They always send you to the damp smelling upstairs section to look for what you need. With no one there to help, I eventually give up and leave. Not going there again.

Chain pharmacy in UAE, this branch has good staffs. Hardly you find parking. Easy access by metro.

I dont see the point of 24 hours open, they sell normal stuff and price isnt competitive. If you have common illness, just get from the convenience shop nearby.

Staff keep insisting you beyond your comfort level to buy stuff that is not relevant and something you wont ever need. Moreover, medicines which have cheaper brands will always be denied because the pharmacy wants to make extra money from you for selling you branded products.

Very bad service and fake offers. I lost my 200AED voucher and they refused to print me another copy although I remember the date and time and it should be recorded
