My friend and I got this beautiful luggage set for a really good price.We went to their location at dubai mall which had 2 of the set and had to go pick up the 3rd bag at Mall of the Emirates. It would be nice if they had the complete set for each bag in one location.

Great casual store that caters for everyone: from toddlers and small children to teenagers to grown-up men and women. The collection is very fashionable and affordable, especially if they have a sale going on. The quality is good and the clothes are relatively durable. The Shukran reward system is also good and can be used at affiliated shops like Home Center and max. Last but not least, the Emirates Mall has a lot of free parking slots. My family and I have been coming to Centerpoint for many years now and for sure will continue to do so.

Love the array of decor and accessories in this outlet. By far one of the maximum stocked up of all branches. Price range from low, medium to high is a plus point. They cater to mostly everyone, from anyone elderly to a youngster. Great feel to the place and parking isn’t an issue.

Ghosh makeup section is real rubbish there she give me product that doesn’t work on my face and was absolutely worst quality and refused to exchange it because I open it. Excuse me but since you don’t give demo of product because of corona how will I know if it work on my face unless I open and try it? Sephora and other makeup shops always return or exchange unwanted makeup! Will never shop there again and don’t recommend anyone to do so!

The worst customer service online!!! the agent doesnt have any info about in store offers and promotion. the agent told me you have to go to the store and ask. the heck! what is sense of having hotline if they provide only online sales quiries! and in store most of the staff are no customer service skills.

The worst experience in my whole life. The number that is advertised on the website has agents that are saying that they are not connected with the store at all. If you want to write on their website, there is a bag when you want to enter phone number, and customer service from online chat is just a bot that is saying same sentence for an hour and then just disconnect you. I bought a piece of furniture for my baby that store delivered and assembled and when I put my baby I noticed (thanks God on time), that wood is broken at 3 places. Since then I m trying to reach them to replace this dangerous product (that is under warranty btw) and still no luck. Unfortunately, I will have to take legal actions at the end of the journey because it is impossible to solve this problem.

There was a disrespectful short and stout looking female staff assigned at the female fitting rooms. She shouted rudely and loudly in a condescending tone, “HELLO!!! How many pieces?” instead of addressing me properly as “Madam”. No manners at all! The female cashiers were also unhelpful and unfriendly. The number of negative reviews and 1-star ratings that this store has speaks for itself! On hindsight, I was glad that I left the store without forking out a single cent there! In contrary to my bad experience at Centrepoint, I had my money well spent in another store which provided excellent service!

Disaster!!! Disaster!!!! DisasterNo social distancing, protocols neglected. Putting everyone in risk. Crowd management cant be more poor. Products in the shelf without barcode, so on a busy day you spend hrs not only dealing with crowd & getting right product, you also spend time standing next to cashier waiting for barcode. Worst is, its a last piece so code has to come from another centrepoint. To top it, I placed my credit card + shukran card on counter, cashier dropped it by mistake on floor & just denied having my cards. I understand its a mistake but very rude to deal with customer. Pathetic experience on this occassion. Tip - avoid this shop on weekends + public holidays.

No one maintains social distancing, especially at the cashier’s queue. That a real shame when you find a security guard standing without paying heed to the horrible crowd and not even thinking about preserving the order. Completely reckless.

Awful customer service. Had ordered online but received wrong item. Went to store paid for 2 items they said they would call when instore for collection. Day 7 and no call yet. Call customer service number printed on the store receipt, and the staff gave me a non working telephone number to reach the store. She also said she could do nothing more if the store number was not working. She even predicted the manager could do nothing to contact the MOE store. Absolutely useless and not trained to sort out issues... Just a namesake call center to sound pretty.

I hd a very good and helpful experience...There was a girl who wear pink mascara at NYX station, she was super cool and helped me a lot to find my lipsticks shades ...I recommend her to any girl who need someone to help in makeup shopping

Cashier:218770 who servicing me this evening around 06:11 Nov 07 2020 at centerpoint moe was not good he is not checking properly and punching correctly the items i bought.. i got to know when im home that he punch twice my item which is not much expensive but it is still money..i cannot go back again to the shop coz im so tired already.. i didnt see also his name...im really upset of his service. Im calling also the number of this shope but i connot go through coz having issue with the connection. So i cannot informed directly my feedback of his service...he is un attentive staff of yours.

Worst experience, the clothing area staff behavior is like they are doing a favour on costumers such a rude behavior in men section they are hiding there id card also there is blank in there ID no name nothing! thats y sharing here worst experience worst staff! Such a cheap behavior! That staff name is JERRY no respect at all stupid person i got his name by another staff which was a girl i complaint to there incharge also there about this such a worst behavior and experience!

Ive ordered several items through center point app.on 28th of November but didnt get them yets (6th of Dec). Thet sent me mesaages that they were not able to reach me several times while I didnt recieve any missed call from delibery guys and was so available in Dubai. Their call center didnt help me enough as they kept saying that it will be delivered in few day... But you know what?? Rhe item is not in my hand till now. I even asked to deliver items to MoE branch so I can pick up fron there but it is not even an option for them. (They cant do it). And fantstically I cant even get the refund because I can only do that after getting items. What shall I do? Just wait forever and waste my money??? Please tell me what to do if you ever care about your customer.

Regret their customer handling is very bad. I visited the MOE store on Thursday and selected 2 kids car seats. I did not buy it because car was not with me but I told the sales person that i would bring car next day. He did not tell me that seats were out of stock. Next day when I reached there, I was told that seat were out of stock and would be available next day. They took my number but never called me. I called service center number who gave me store manager mobile number. Store manager never picked my phone. I did not give up and send an email to customer service. I got a system generated response that my query would be responded within 24 hours that never happened. As a last resort I called store again who assured me calling back in 5 minutes. Needless to say that it is 5 hours now !!!

It should be no star at all. I’m af home section area. Centrepoint MOE. Last time i am there friday. Some staffs are not attending customer. even I’m calling May times. When i come to call the manager. Alsothe manager he is very rude. The way he talks. Pls if u want to let us comeback. Remove those kind of people in the shop. Not good. Low customer service. Thumbs down to the manager. With blue sleeves. And some staff.

The worst experience ever, I bought a school bag which costs 300 AED and got damaged after 3 days. While buying they mention one year warranty however now they don’t want to replace. Just went to centerpoint, they advertised Ramadan discounts 25% all over the place. I bought 4 items from discounted sections and I didnt get discount on any of them. Its so bad to promote non existing discount, but its even worse to use Ramadan for that. At the top of all when you come to cashier to pay they ask you loud in front of everyone to give some money for the charity. I said no and she asked again: nonthing? Maybe 5, 10, 15 dirhams?. Im not gonna go there again.

I dont know how such one of most biggest retail company such Landmark, have worst shopping experience in mall of Emirates, staff not sure if they aware of terms and conditions of company also they are not willing to help any customer, specially Mr Roane in shoe Mart outlet, may be worth retail agent I have ever meet in retail experience, also no one even care to get feedback to reed customer complain.
