Great Sephora branch!! Got my brows done at the benefit brow bar with Hanaan and they came out amazing!!

I walked there with my wife, we found a lot of staff on discount . We enjoyed the shopping ;-) .

Great architecture. I love how this place always has something new to offer - cuisine, entertainment, shopping, you name it! But wear comfortable shoes as you will walk around a lot (if you are the exploring type!)

I had wrong products sold to me at Sephora Dubai mall, so I visited city walk trying to return and get what’s right.The minute I entered and the staff asked me how can they be of help, and I told them I need something returned, they didn’t have a very happy face. They assisted me, helped me with my return but not in a nice way.The supervisor/manager was there but didn’t even bother asking why all the things were being returned, I would have been happy for someone to hear me out and maybe fix the issue rather than returning and just getting my money back!They had a don’t care attitude!

Lovely and helpful ladies who welcomed every customer with a genuine smile. Helped me find my new perfume ☺

Sephora is worst makeup store ever, over 2 years i had more than 500 point in my loyalty card , nobody told me that im qualified for 3 gifts !! Then when i kept asking and chasing them by email , they sent me a voucher, surprisingly when i redeemed , they gave me ( samples of products ) and all repeated in 3 times !!! Justifying this by they are out or gifts !! I don’t understand the use of gifts voucher for a customer who is buying worth 2000 AED per month , to get testers as a gift !!!Also there staff there not friendly at all and talking at all the times.Such a bad experience

I enjoyed the selection of makeup, especially lip gloss. Customer service is excellent!

Good variety of perfumes and make up

Horrid experience at the City Walk branch. Two men enter the shop ahead of me, had their temperature checked but were not informed to sanitize and wear gloves. Then when it comes to my turn, the security barks at me to sanitize and wear gloves.. Such prejudice!!It does not end there. The lipstick I purchase has been opened!!! Disgusting!!! I am never entering a Sephora ever again!!

If you want to walk in a store and feel racial discrimination, this is the store for you! Either security follows you around to see if youre stealing or the bunch of useless staff chatting, no greeting, look at you from head to feet as if you walked in a palace... your staff training is very poor & I AM FED UP of your brand, nomosephora! and Oh I did reach to customer care for the marina mall branch complain, never heard from them, this was 5+ years ago, well done!

The worst email customer service I have ever experienced. I received an email from Sephora that if I downloaded their application I would receive free shipping and a goody bag full of samples. Upon checking out, the cart had nothing added and was on the final page of asking for payment. I emailed Sephora and they made excuses for this including oh the product had finished and oh we’re sorry there seems to be a fault and we will make it right for you. THREE weeks passed and after numerous emails to them they called me three weeks later to say we will offer you free shipping! Are you kidding me? That does not make up for the products I was interested in and SUPPOSED to get had they really meant out to give what they had advertised in the email. Non existent customer service, they do not deserve my business and I’ll rightly be taking it somewhere else where loyalty is more valued, and lying to customers is frowned upon. Stay away!

The most important is the service that you may get in this branch of Sephora. You may not get the same service quality in other branches. Retail manager is so professional and make the customer as frequent and loyal client!

The staff is super helpful! Great shopping experience.

Everything is OK, many brands to choose from. However the parking is a big problem and too many staff too little to do. You have to keep telling them that youre only looking around. We see you guys and if we need help we ask you! Let us feel comfortable looking around. I left quickly because I wasnt comfortable replying to so many staff asking me if I wanted help.

Sephora is an amazing company but the staff here (in city walk sephora) is a little rudy. They dont respect us, I asked for a product tester and the sales woman said no. I was looking at the travel size items and i just opened a product to see what it is but she thought i tried it and forced me to buy. Thankfully the manager there was a good guy and explained to us politely. Otherwise, its overall a good company.

Terrible customer service and rude unprofessional staff, especially the floor incharge at the CityWalk location. I left without purchasing anything and went to Dubai mall instead.

Good selection, convenient location. They should sort out the sign outside though, definitely more of a distraction than texting whilst driving and not very mindful of the villas across the road.

Best sephora in whole dubai. As its no so crowded. The staff is very helpful. The collection is on par with other outlets. The best place for women and men for all their cosmetic requirements.

Im on vacation, and need to pick up a Sephora Matte Perfection Powder compact, and a few other items. The consultant couldnt find the powder, and after a few minutes- lied that the product had been discontinued, and tried to sell another brand.I was open to purchasing another brand, but they did not have a powder in my shade (a fairly average brown girl tone), in the entire store. Whats worse, was that the consultant pushed shades that were vastly incompatible with my complexion. Im still uncertain if she was colorblind, incompetent, or desperate for a sales commission.After I declined, and decided to check out the Fenty Beauty lip collection, they had the security guard FOLLOW ME AROUND THE STORE. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and so I left empty-handed several minutes later.If youre darker than olive tone, I would avoid this location, as they dont have variety for your shade (aside from the excellent, but singular Fenty Beauty). Additionally, they fluidly lie and will assume youre a shoplifter.
