This branch of sephora is nice and compact.It is located near Paul bakery and Marks and Spencer store.The staff is OK & mostly customer opt for self service as its most of Custer are repeat.The assortment is also good in terms of perfume range .Over all if you are looking for genuine 💯 product of cosmetic and perfumes. SEPHORA is the place.

Samar is lovely. Ask for her when you come here. Polite, professional, friendly, very sincere and not over-powering. Will definitely come back here👌

Yesterday I went to sephora @ibn. I met a lovely lady her name INGRID. She was so patient with my needs and expectations. I’m really glad with my overall experience at the store. I got all my expected stuff I’m so satisfied. Hope I will see you soon xx

We were scammed by the worker of this shop. She said discount SEPHORA card was free, now I checked the receipt and I was changed 55 AED for this.One item was told to be 159 AED bet receipt showing 359 AED. Yes, we shouldve checked receipt at the moment of purchase but what is this? How trashy, I have a disgusting feeling now about your store and will never come back.

Perfume prices are super expensive. No deals here just rip off. Will not go again.

‪SEPHORA UAE has the worst customer service! My husband went in to purchase a Fenty Beauty highlighter and lipgloss which were kept on the shelves. 3 times he went to the store on separate days and each time they told him they can’t sell it to him because it’s not on the system.‬ Why put it on the shelves then? Not to mention, their unprofessional and rude behavior did not help. Why is it that Sephora employees are so rude? We are regular customers and this quality of service is absolutely off-putting. Definitely not shopping here again. No highlighter is worth this awful treatment!

Spend in shop more then 20 minutes and no one , except security, do not even says hello for me , the staff there dont bother themself to assist me. Its not busy time just staff was lazy and careless.

Terrible terrible service. I have been here three times and all three times its been a terrible service. The staff are so so cold, rude and a complete I dont care or I cant be bothered attitude. They keep fighting amongst themselves and totally ignore the customers. Never again.

We once bought an eyeliner here but when we arrived home the box contained a tube marked tester and was absolutely empty

Horrible horrible customer service.. i had bought a liptick last night where there were no try me lipsticks available and got the wrong one and this morning i went and asked for exchange or return they say they cant do it..i told i will buy a new one with full price they dont even care if you like it or no.. they dont need if customer is happy or no, they just want to sell the product.. this shows how cheap these guys are.. just the worst customer service sephora you guys should atleast hire decent people to have a decent service.. where i thought customer satisfaction is important but i dont see this here. I will not recommend anyone to go here. They wont care about you. Bad service

I like to buy makeup from Sephora, especially lipstick from Chanel Rawah, balsam and rosy lipstick from Givenchy, I have never seen better than it, but its disadvantage is that many foundation brands such as BB Cream from Guerlain are no longer available either in this branch or any branch of them, as well as Foundation Clinic Q is no longer available to them or at their branches, and I wonder why he did not come anymore.
