The place where you get passive rude behaviour. The management has to repair the malfunctioning robots standing in a row and still. SUCH A WASTE! Also the security was watching me as if I was there to shoplift. I came here planned to buy a perfume but purposefully bailed out.

Treated horribly by a male member of staff ( arabic speaking) who would not follow social distancing rules and kept his visiting friend too close to me while I was trying to pay : when I made this point to him, he shouted and wouldnt even apologise : he only prioritised his friend and kept chatting to her at all times even while working : he basically ruined my experience and first visit at a sephora shop ever . How would they employ rude careless staff like that ? So many people would love to find such a job - and is sephora happy that its customers are treated like that ? It seems also that manager was not around , because this guy seemed very relaxed about his rude attitude and kept shouting at me across the room as he couldnt care less about being reported. This episode took place on Sat 19th June 2021 evening time .

I can rate this place as BIG ZERO due to a very offensive staff members , I went inside to ask for a Calvin Klein perfume for men and the way the lady working at store spoke to me was indeed very offensive .. I will never recommend this kind of store to any one .. and I would suggest the manager to educate the staff members on how to response properly to clients ..

I was attended by Ms Kseine (sorry for spelling it wrong) from Ukraine at dcc sephora. She was just amazing. She gave a thorough insight on how to do a fine makeup. She was really patient and she tried all products on me to customize the makeup according to my skin tone which was amazing. Highly recommended.

Thought the ladies were attending the customers but they need to be more polite.I was given the broken piece of foundation which I checked after reaching hotel then again I have to travel to return it. Plz check the packaging right there before purchasing.Staffs were not that polite

Staff service is gd but product availability is poor.

I think I stepped here last year 2017 March.it was my first shopping at sephora.the makeup artist was an Indian boy.first I hesitated because of gender but later I realized how lucky Im to get a make up done by him.he is so professional. He did a tremedoues make over on me .it blew my mind and I got hooked up with sephora products.he helped me to choose the perfect colours to match my skin.keep up the good work.i wish I could personally thank him.
