I had some issue with my online shopping at the beginning, however, the customer service in Dubai mall sorted it out easily and properly.They also gave me my belated birthday gift as well. Thank you Sephora for the amazing customer service.

Worst online app and service. I tried to order an item online and on card authorisation page I didnt enter OTP and cancelled it, as I changed my mind. Still the order went through and my card got charged. App does not have an option to cancel the order and need to visit a store to return it, where 20 dhs of delivery charge is non refundable. I will never ever order again

Worst service in sephora city center they cheated me. I bought 4 perfumes And I asked the sales lady to give them to me all 100mm and when I got Home I came to know one of them was 50mm and when I back to the shop to exchange they refused and they said an excuse uglier than their mistake they said we didn’t have the 100mm and I asked why she didn’t inform me that you didn’t have it they said one more ugly excuse sorry miscommunicationsAnd then I left without any satisfactions

Racist Manger and Security. They accused me of stealing even though I paid for the goods. The security judged me by my skin color for being a thief. When I complained to the manger about the security attitude her reply was we had so many thefts on the past few days and we don’t know who is stealing and when I left I heard the manger praising the security for her rude and racist behavior. Worst Branch ever.

I went to sephora at mirdif city center.. Dimple assisted me there.. She was really helpful cheerful and reccomeded the best fragrances that matched my personality :)

Sales person was so rude! I left the shop without the purchase. She walked away when I was talking. Respect comes first!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The attitude of the staff makes shopping at Sephora very unpleasant. Ended up avoiding purchase from this branch because of such behaviour.

I love Sephora!I would live there! However, I hate it when they have gifts to give away that never accommodate to the persons complexion.Darker skinned customers ALWAYS miss out on products. Ok location seemed very busy and staff selected who they greeted and walked by others. I believe everyone should be treated the same. The eyelash lady was not that good, the corner of the eyelashes were not staying stuck down

Staff pushy, and extremely forcing customers to purchase items at Sephora MCC. They flock you around. In the store staff are in fact having a selling approach than marketing one. Unfortunate experience for many customers but due to the brand experience such interaction is put aside. Please let the customer come to you if they need your help. Let them shop in peace at Sephora!
