Are the office hours incorrect? Google says they are open but they never answer the phone! Very unprofessional

Unprofessional staff!!!!He made reschedule my viewingBcz he had a personal issue, I was corporative and had to take a one hour break from work to schedule the viewing upon his comfort.And when I asked him for the address bcz I was taking a taxi!!! He didn’t reply and he mad me wait and at the end he told me I don’t have the address I can’t share it!!! What kind of real estate doesn’t have the address of the property!!! And than he told me take a taxi and come to mashrek station and give me a call!!?!! I’m trying to find a place to rent, I’m not working for you!!! How come you talk to customers like this!! Give me a call???????

Great Trip !We took their 3 nights package(Dubai Winter Escape) and enjoyed every bit of our journey to Dubai. Specially their hotel services, positive attitude towards customer and well-mannered staffs are really commendable....All the activities were well planned and comfortable to every member of the group. Hotel location was great, we explored Dubai local markets too.

The lodging remain was extremely charming and agreeable. The staff was extremely well mannered and supportive, the area was helpful for getting around and numerous exercises. If we somehow happened to head out to Dubai once more, we would remain there once more!Keep it up !!!
