Lovely villa, child friendly. The villa was spacious and the swimming pool was a very good size. The kids really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely look to come back.

Poorly maintained kitchen and bathrooms. The furnitures are totally different than the pictures. The only good thing was the pool and the Green garden.It is to expensive for this quality...We have found better villas at the same price.We will not come back.

My family and I stayed here last week. Lovely villa in a great scenic location, with a mall and super market nearby. Villa was clean and fresh. Pool was a great joy for the kids. Staff were attentive and communication was quick. Highly recommend Medlock Villas.

Great stay, lovely villa in a quite location not far from Al Barsha. Staff were friendly and the villa was just fine for our family of 5. Highly recommend for a quick getaway especially for the private swimming pool which my kids thoroughly enjoyed.

I feel sorry to complain about my first experience and will be the last one I just entered the villa which is supposed to be renewed and I found the following:1- Bad smell is all over the living room and in the study room which is converted bedroom from the washroom2-many cracks in floors doors etc3-I didn’t find the study room as shared4 - the pictures shared were very rosy compared to the actual.I am really not satisfied about my first try and I explained that for the staff that I wanted to cancel with no successThe staff were not cooperative at allI don’t ever recommend anyone to stay

The worst experience i have ever had with a Booking. I do not recommend these guys to my worst enemies. Horrible staff horrible communication and unacceptable attitude. They tried to charge us for their complaints for the past 3 years and we had only come in a day before. They forced us to get out of the villa with no explanation. Absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible and poorly maintained villa. Every day theres a problem with the villa. Sometimes the ACs not working, theres only hot water in the shower, etc. Its really bad and definitely not worth the 20,000 Dirhams we paid. We feel like Medlock Villas robbed us. Avoid Medlock Villas at all cost, its not worth coming here. Save your money for a better place.

1- the place at all not good,dirty a lot of insects.2- only 2 bathrooms on hole of the villa!!3- they didn’t return our deposit which is 2000 and they say that you make a noise but they write the music allow until 8:00pm and we stopped at 6:00pm how we make a noise!!And the fine is 1000aed only the other 1000 they take it and he said it’s the rule to take all the depositReally really it’s the worst village I visit it!!We didn’t loud the music the role is music until 8 pm and we switched of at 6 pmAnd about the car we just park to take the luggage and go it’s take 5min just then the neighbors complain immediately!!I call Emaar about the fine and they said they gave you the fine because during this month many time the neighbor complain so that’s why they gave you a fine it’s not for us it’s for you and it’s not my responsibility to take all my deposit!!Allah will take my right from you! If you didn’t retain my money

Great villa in a lovely location. The Springs is surrounded by stunning lakes and walk ways, a rare sight to see in Dubai. The area is a very safe gated community, highly recommended.Medlock Villas are the only licensed operators in this area for holiday homes, which gave me peace of mind when i stayed here recently.

Cant fault this place. Where do l start. Awesome location and brilliant views. Attractions are not far away either. Extremely helpful landlord and always available when needed. I would definately use this place again. Highly recommended.

I dont normally leave reviews but this is well deserved. The villa was spacious, clean and to top it off it had free WiFi. Having the pool was a bonus which my nephews really enjoyed.All the bedrooms were clean and the on suite bathroom in the Master bedroom was also clean.Location is very good, not too far from the airport which was nice after a long flight. Also not far from Emirates mall, Dubai mall and other tourist attractions.Very reasonablely priced if compared to a hotel, paying that little extra for a villa with a swimming pool was totally worth it. Garden was well looked after with chairs and table provided.The aircon system was easy to use and worked perfectly ( not possible to be in a place like dubai and have no aircon).Will definitely recommend and would book again.

As the borders closed in dubai me and family are stuck here we looked for villas to rent I find this company, as I alwasy do my research before booking I find out their company trade licence expired August 2019 and its illegal for them to take bookings since then, lucky we did not go ahead as uae laws also punish the booker aswell as the owner. Please be careful as you wont be covered under any insurance policies

Pool pictures on the booking was not for the right one. Checkin delayed for about one hour, friendly staff, but villa is quite used, not well cleaned. Kitchen has very view stuff, no soap, it was not that great as advertised.

Dirty. Really tired and worn out with a strange smell. Mainly due to poor maintenance. DO NOT BOOK. Host rude and uncooperative.

I have booked one of villa recently and I was really disappointed, it is smelly and a lot of flying insects and doors handles broken, I left property and I went to other hotel and they did not refund any money Also photo not matching reality

Wonderful stay

The villa is located in the Springs area and taxi drivers know the area well (so its easily accessible from any part of Dubai). Its in a compound and has a security gate and officers who control who comes into the area, which is very reassuring when travelling with family.We were greeted by Mr. Owais who is the premises manager. He helped us with our luggage (there were 8 of us) and explained how all the controls in the house worked. He also brought us water, fruits, fresh towels and other basic necessary items.The swimming pool was one of the main reasons we chose this villa and it didnt disappoint. The garden area was lovely and clean. We enjoyed a family BBQ (all equipment was provided) and spent many hours in the pool with our young baby.The Mall of the Emirates is about 6 minutes away by taxi, Dubai mall is approximately 20 minutes away, the airport is 30 minutes away and the Gold souk in Deira is about 35 to 40 minutes away. Its not easy to find a taxi from the main road but we got round this by using Uber on our phones. The villa provides free wifi, which is useful.There is a convenience store a few minutes away by taxi but we ended up going to the nearby Ibn Batuta mall (15 minutes away) and getting groceries from Geant (a supermarket).Mr. Owais visited us regularly and when our air conditioning went down, he got engineers in right away to fix the problem. Absolutely wonderful man.The rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen utensils were brilliant and we spent a couple of evenings having home cooked meals. A washing machine and dishwasher were also made available.There are three bathrooms in the house, two of which are fitted with baths/shower units.The villa is family friendly, clean and located in a very safe environment. We did spend a night in the middle of the city at a different hotel and found that staying at Medlock Villas was far better. A great family holiday and we look forward to staying here again next year.Thank you Mr. Owais and team.

Unfortunately, the services are at the top of the bad, and there is no responsible person who can take responsibility or solve any problem and cleanliness is almost non-existent in the place. It is necessary to reconsider those responsible for these bad services, for example, is there in the whole world the room service worker brings you a car and He tells you he cant get off the car because his foot hurts ?! Unfortunately, many do not deserve any amount, my experience is bad with them and I will never be ready to try the place again.

The villa is excellent. We had a great vacation. The price is right. The space of the villa is large. Clean. Excellent maintenance. The management is great. We recommend it to all friends
