The stay went very well, we were pleasantly surprised on our arrival because the apartment is even more spacious than in the photos, there is everything you need to have a great stay. The apartment is very very clean and the view from the living room and the two bedrooms over the marina and the Ferris wheel is superb. The apartment has a great location on the marina and close to amenities and major points of interest in Dubai. We also had access to a private parking space, to the swimming pool with a superb view as well, to the gym, to the spa, finally to all the amenities of the building and it was really very pleasant. If you dont have a vehicle, no worries! there are taxis all the time downstairs. I really recommend this accommodation 100%, you can book with your eyes closed, you will not have any bad surprises with this host and this apartment which is sublime. But above all, how can we not talk about Rwaida and her team! nothing was too much trouble for us throughout our stay so that everything could run smoothly. Everything is very well organized whether it is for Check-in, Check-out or any other request you may have they are listening! there is nothing better for a peaceful stay in Dubai. I thank Rwaida again, a human, adorable person who cares about her guests and who makes it a priority for your stay to go very well, thank you again Rwaida for everything! your kindness and understanding and above all for supporting me and finding a solution for my incident at the end of my stay. We had a great stay at this apartment, it was spacious, well equipped, clean, and quite comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing! watching the dancing fountains and Burj Khalifa from the balcony was one of the major highlights. The apartment management (Marivic, Hassan and Bob) were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We really appreciated how they resolved the issue we had with a previous apartment and upgraded us to this apartment, which is a huge testament to their quality customer service and attentiveness. The most unprofessional company that I’ve ever dealt with!I viewed an apartment on Shoreline apartments in Palm Jumeriah and we agreed with an agent on 3 nights stay in one of the 2 bedroom apartment. Afterwards, I’ve received the confirmation message with the booking dates and the regarding rate on it. After several hours, the same agent sent me another whatsapp message which states that unfortunately they cannot receive me as a guest, simply because of another booking with a longer duration(1 month) compared to my stay... So if you’re looking for a safe and guaranteed holiday, stay away from this company!

They do settle their clients. Their accounts are not correct. Owner’s of these luxury apartments are cheated of what’s due to them, after trusting keys please. Not professional at all, beware.

I visited dubai several times for the last couples of years, i had to deal with several companies to assure my stay there. The last one was KEYS PLEASE which was a unique and best hospitality i have experienced. I would like to thank all the staff who were there for me all the way through from the second i arrived at the airport to the last day of my journey. Their kindness and polite employees starting from their supervisor who was waiting for me on my arrivel, to every one who supported me and have been in touch 24/7 with immediate resposne during my stay. It has been the worst renting experience of my life, and i have rented homes in Canada, London, and other parts of the middle east, and never have i experienced such greediness and such poor customer service. A bunch of greed to be honest

I should have relied on the negative reviews.I made a request for an apartment at the last minute, I was told that it was available and then 2 days before I was told that it was finally not available but that in the meantime he had another smaller one to offer me while the other one was free. Taken by the time I accepted. On arriving the state of the apartment was dirty, with residual hair everywhere of the previous occupants. Everything was aging in the apartment, very poorly equipped in the kitchen and plunged into darkness. Lights were mandatory even in daylight. The cleaning was finally carried out on our request. At nightfall we discovered an extremely noisy environment, close to the ground floor very noisy and noises of the construction works of the neighboring buildings. We suffered that during 3 nights. I of course reported all this to my contact Rwaida Morcel who turned a deaf ear for 3 days then at the end of the 4th day we decided to leave the apartment. A certain Mr. Rabih came for our departure, he was himself shocked by the state of the apartment, he took various pics. He asked me why I didnt report all this from the first day, I showed him the proof that I had and that Mrs Morcel had never answered me. Then he told us that the remaining days would be reimbursed later. Obviously we were never reimbursed and Mrs Morcel never deigned to admit her wrongdoing, she reproached me for not having taken photos of the state of the apartment (which her collaborator had done)... in short, run away!

Not good. On the pictures it looks beautifull but in real live its different. The square space doesnt messure with the booking, its a lot smaller. I found dust under the bed and on the floor, not sand but dust from not cleaning enough. The vieuw was like the pictures but otherwise there was nothing to do. You had to pay €24,00 per day per person for having a swim in the pool. You pay the same if you want to go to the beach. Prices are crazy

DEFINITELY NOT A SPAMIf there will be zero review, I would give them just that. Never respond to mails and even if you had paid for the rooms, no confirmation was given. You are leaving to wonder what is the check in process and key handover procedure on your own. If you do not care if your receive a response or not regarding your booking, try them, if you do care, never book with this agent.

I forgot my jacket (Burberry) on the table of the living room and after 1 hour I did call them to ask to give me back but says that was throwing to the garbage because “they found it on the floor” is IMPOSSIBLE it was on the floor ! I remember perfectly I put on the table This is a lie just to have an excuse for his lack professionalism and seriousness, cos he( the son of the owner) has received the key , he stay inside the apartment and I wait for the elevator for 2 minutes and he didn’t told me NOTHING ,even ask me ,the company MUST to ask for everything they found after leave the apartment , call or send a text , they don’t give back nothing of your stuff if you forget , they only say “sorry “ be very carefully with this company , not serious !!!

I stayed in a Keys Please apartment for 8 months. Excellent apartment and I everyone working for Keys are courteous, friendly and any issues I had was dealt with quick and without a problem.

Really pleased with the apartment it was clean and had everything you wanted, location was excellent for us and will use again.
