Originally booked to stay for a month but extended for another two weeks due to the location and cleanliness of the unit. My host Tejal was very professional and prompt in responding to any request I had. Not to mention, she was available 24/7 for any assistance and very courteous. Juliet from the main office was also welcoming in reserving the unit for me initially and during the extended period. Kitchen was fully equipped and living room was very spacious. Overall, location was perfect, views were amazing, building is clean, well maintained and secured. Access to the beach and restaurants are all within walking distance and I’ll come back to stay again. Highly recommend.

The family and I had a great stay for more than a month at this property in Downtown Dubai with Maison Privee.The property was well maintained and all the services promised were provided. The customer service provided by the team was excellent and efficient. Kapil was very kind, helpful, and responsive - He was proactive and very curtious. We left with very good memories and made our settling-in experience in Dubai a very pleasant one.

Lovely view. The flat was decorated in style and well equipped, it had exactly what I needed. The building, however, was very old and in terrible shape. I had to call maintenance several times, and they did not always show up when they said they would (i.e. several days later!).Kapil in Guest Services was so helpful, eager to please and attentive. My interactions with him were generally very good, and he went the extra mile to help when I thought I had left something behind in the flat (when in fact I had brought it with me, sorry).I found it yucky that the company posted prices online for my flat that were much lower than what they were actually charging, and then still tried to charge me more than as advertised when I had the option to renew (which I didnt). Buyer Beware. Not a great way to build trust with customers.

We lived in mason privee for two weeks with a family with a small child. The apartments are very comfortable to stay in and tastefully decorated. They are very convenient for both walks on Dubai Marina and for hiking on the beach. Its not far to go. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops around. We also often used delivery, which is delivered very quickly and we had breakfast on the balcony with beautiful views of the city and golf courses. The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to say thank you to Mr. Kapil Kale for organizing our accommodation and helping us with emerging issues. Everything was done quickly and clearly. I recommend this place. Well come again

I had a great experience with Maison Privee as they were quick to respond to my queries and were so helpful during my stay. My sister and I stayed in an apartment in the Dubai Marina for a whole month. The apartment was big and beautiful with breath taking views. We travelled from the UK and they allowed us to check in early. The process was really easy thanks to Kapil Kale. Kapil was so kind and supportive during our stay and we were very fortunate to have him as our Guest relation executive. We plan to return to Dubai later on in the year and we will be booking with Maison Privee :)

We stayed at two apartments from Maison Prise for approx. a week. Both were perfectly located near Downtown (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mail, ...). One was in the 7th floor the other in the 25th. Excellent views, perfectly clean, modern furniture, generous kitchen. Overall a very good experience.I would also like to highlight Mr. Kapil Kale who managed our check ins and check outs, arrivals, Parking spots and so forth. He was very polite, respectful, professional and immensely helpful. Dubai is a very busy and fast city, you use a lot of services so you engage with a lot of people managing these services but Mr. Kapil stood out with his overall appearance and way of getting things done. So special thanks to him as well!

Very nice apartment with big rooms. Few minutes walk from the beach and 1 min walk from a grocery store. The staff was really nice and they really take good care of you.

Stayed for a couple of days in Shams JBR and had an amazing experience. I must say that the service provided by the staff was commendable and customized to my preferences. The Guest Relations Executive was hospitable, knowledgeable and courteous. The Five Hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Quite smooth reservation process and the GRE was very polite and helpful. The location was very convenient for getting around. They took all Covid-19 precautions extremely serious and were well equipped to handle the guests’ needs. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment provided by Maison Privee was nice and perfectly located. Also big and lightened. The highlight of the experience was Kapile, the person we were dealing with, who, depite the problem we faced later during our rent period, kept being extremely professional and nice. I had some amazon deliveries one month after we left the apartment coming in, and he tookk the time to message us and ask where he can arrange to send them, which i found quite nice too.Having said that, there was a problem of smell for two weeks in the house, and it was only after a lot of pressure and trying out so many low cost options that Maison privee found the real solution, of reactivating fresh air in the house... this we didnt appreciate, and thats why i give it 3 stars. Had they been more proactive about finding an earlier solution, i would have rated it with 5 stars. Anyway, thanks a lot to Kapile!! I hope you get Kapile on ur next visit!

What an experience. I have lived in Dubai for 5 years and never have i ever experience such unprofessional/unhelpful service from an established agency.I am not one to write reviews but i am writing this review simply to avoid anybody being in the same stressful situation as myself.We had a contract until the end of December and they moved us out of the apartment at the end of November with two weeks notice. Very unresponsive throughout this time, with no help to arrange a new apartment. Only today i have received the deposit back. Not only did they move us out early but they were non responsive and unhelpful in finding us other options. Our deposit was to be expected 7-14 days after move out. I was chasing this 3 weeks later, at the time of me asking 3 weeks later they then asked me for my bank details so they had not even processed the deposit refund.Not an ideal situation to be in the week before Christmas. Avoid booking with Maison Privee if you want to be settled and enjoy the time you are contracted to.

Absolute complete waste of time, I arrived in Dubai absolutely on top of the word, sun raining down on me, waves crashing down, designer shops everywhere I looked, thought to myself hang on this could be the best holiday I’m ever going to experience, UNTIL..... I got out of my taxi at my rental property which the agent was supposed to be meeting me to let me in, SHOCK nowhere to be seen, so I held on just thinking sometimes traffic can go against you I know that, 5 mins by goes 10 mins goes by , now I’m standing here in the boiling sunshine just simply wanting a shower, SO I ring the agent , VOICEMAIL.... try again VOICEMAIL....I thought to myself that’s itI ordered a taxi to the airportAnd got the next flight homeNever will I come back or use this company again !

STAY FAR FROM THEM.Don’t respect agreements, steal my deposit, up the price per 3, stay far from them I tell you. Bad smell in appartments, they never answer, not honnest people and a complain was deposit at the dubai police by my lawyer. They will hear about me if you had problem with them too contact me if we are more it will be better.

Dont book with these guys. A money driven relationship with no regard to courtesy... The staff are not helpful at all. Simply put, if there are options other than this company, I advice you to go with the other option.

Our experience with Maison Privee was very disappointing. They are incompetent and unprofessional. We booked three months with them and every month was a struggle in making sure our access card is activated. We were stuck outside the building several times because they constantly failed to inform the building management that we were extending our stay.It took them weeks to fix the issue. they are disrespectful and ignored our messages. We highly do not recommend them.
