If there was no start I will definitely put it as a score for this place ! Me and my family took a villa which we told it was private and new ! When we arrived the villa was old and the swimming pool was not private! The. The Ac in the second floor was barely working in the second floor and the rooms was totally unclean which is sooooo unhealthy due to the current pandemic ! Ignoring a lot of issues in the toilet !Then When I ask the team to fix the Ac at least The maintenance guy told us this issue was there long time ago and it will not be fixed ! Which means this they where trying to fit us in any villa regardless of the quality of it ! It’s so unprofessional and in acceptable ! On the top of that one of the team members ( in Nasma company ) was telling me you can leave and come back next week for another villa ! Which was not a solution at all and it was so Un-respectfull to us as clients ! Definitely am not coming back to this place !اسوا مكان ممكن الواحد ياخذه و اسوا معامله ممكن الواحد يحصلها من طاقم عمل ف شركه ! ببساطه اخر مره افكر احجز في هالمكان او اي مكان اخر تابع لنفس الشركه !

The best accomodations with the best hospitality and services! Highly recommended!

It was a very relaxing getaway for us. We enjoy the view from the patio to the marina, watching the sun sets. Everything is so close to the hotel, just a 5 minutes walk to almost all attractions. The maids are very friendly when we requested for extra pillows and towels.
