Poor company!•Stayed for a month, had a fridge and freezer that did not work for 2 days which ruined all the food inside.•Washing machine that after first use, flooded the kitchen and took the company 24h to send someone out to fix it, only to find a variety of materials stuck inside the sewage pipe at the back of it.•Had a toilet that would not flush correctly for the duration of the stay, someone came to look, said he’d come back and just didn’t.Check - out - similar to every other review on here. •They try and deduct from your deposit for charges that they shouldn’t! Absolutely avoid this company at all costs

1.Manager behavior is rude and keeps personal grudge. If you ask for help he shows you muscles2. Be ready to lose big amounts of money from deposit amount3. Staff is ignorant and they ensure you that you will get full amount of deposit back . But you leave the apartment they deduct your money which is really big amount.4. Kitchen area drainage often gets block and you may have flood in your room of dirty water from drainage.5. Washroom washbasin also gets block time to time.6 . Often service will get delayed and just imagine you are working .7. Things like lamp shades may remain broken and they will not inform you. So you have to be careful.8.If you miss something while shifting you won’t get it back .9. Bed causes you back pain .10 . Even if you clean the apartment they will charge you for cleaning.11 They May charge you for sofa cleaning12 They will charge you for bed cleaning etc.13. Prices are high compared to other places.

Although lived there peacefully for around 4 months, what ruined the experience was how it ended. The staff is manipulative with how they return your security deposit and will make up reasons to deduct costs from your deposit after you have left. They will return your deposit with deductions without agreeing any of them and when asked, will come up with lame reasons. Extremely disappointed with manipulative behavior of the staff including the manager where there were clear proofs available for items provided and returned in original condition but still deducted from the deposit. They will also try to pick those items which were not covered in original video and try to explain that you damaged them. A lot of time was wasted in heated arguments until the full amount was eventually refunded since the management realized that their plan will not work.My advice to anyone thinking to rent with this company:1. Avoid2. If no choice, please ensure you have a clear video or another proof condition of every minute detail of the property before you enter e.g. each and every utensil, working condition of electronic items and kitchen appliances3. Make video of every minute detail when you leave.4. Agree the condition of every single item with the company staff before handing over the keys and have it signed by both parties in written form as proof.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !! People who have given good reviews have been lucky that they did not deal with some of the manipulative staff.

All Id like to say here is, DONT stay in their accommodation.Their rooms/studios may look nice, but their Customer service is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. Their agents are only here to mint money and will try to deduct costs from your deposits for damages that you havent even made and then blame it on you.Above that, they will not even inform you how much and why they are deducting any amount when you ask back for your deposit. In their words We dont have to inform you anything.They will apply charges of theft/missing item, and when you ask for proof of such unbelievably false allegations, they will just say item is missing so we will charge you for it.Lastly, they will randomly increase the property cost if you stay with them for more than a month, and then will FORCE you to vacate their property if you dont agree to the new hiked price, stating the owner of the flat wants to move and will then put up a new ad of the property on Dubizzle with high price.Just beware and make sure you take your deposit from them BEFORE you hand over the keys to them. Otherwise they will definitely deduct unnecessary amount without any reason. And if you get in touch, they will accuse you wrongly.WORST customer service ever.

I went to help my friend for transferring his luggage from the accommodation,i was super sock by the manager behaviour,he was very unprofessional,unrefined,i did not even imagine this kind of unprofessionalism from the accommodation manager

Had an amazing stay at this property. View from the balcony was splendid, where u can see the complete palm Jumeirah area like hotel Atlantis, Dubai eye etc.Very well connected to trams and metro and all the grocery stores are also close by. I rented an apartment with Apricus for 3 months at the Dubai Marina. I was aware of the price increase during the high season as I asked about it before renting it.I have done a video when for the check-in and the check-out. I had my deposit back, no problem.The team was very responsive and helpful as soon as I needed something. The apartment was clean, with everything I needed to live in (kitchen appliances, hair dryer, iron board,...etc).I had a nice stay, and it all went smoothly.Thank you.

Stayed at one of Apricus Apartment for 2 months. Had a very nice time there. Company and the whole staff is very professional and very very cooperative, specially Ms. Joan, Mr.Jason and Mr. Ali. Their team fixed any issue as soon as i highlighted it to them. Also I got my full security deposit back into my account within two days after i left the apartment.

Stayed with them for a good 4 months in JLT ...very nice place, clean and well designed ... also very professional behaviour, especially should mention Joan, Jason and Ali ... very responsive and friendly staff, highly recommend them ... in future will prefer apricus over star hotels !UPDATE : Ended up extending with them for another 4 months, also they returned the full deposit minus only cleaning fee. As mentioned above all their staff are very helpful inclu. newly joined staff Ripin. Also I should thank the apartment landlord Tanya and Apricus for their artistry, good collection of books though I couldnt read all.

Always make a video of the property when u move in and record every details and before you move out ask the landlord / Property manager to check the house in front of you and record the details and get a confirmation in written ( with signature ) about the deductions ( if possible record a video ) all while you are present at the property. One shall not be liable for any damage after he / she has vacated the property. Sharing my experience for benefits of others

It was such a wonderful apartment, with an incredible view. Every morning weve had breakfast on the balcony with the family. The security at the entrance is very friendly and even opens the elevator for you! Having such a view, with access to 3 different swimming pools and 100m from the beach is just great! The apartment itself is quit and includes all you need. A wonderful experience! When my family comes to Dubai we will absolutely rent this place again!

Okay since we burned the ironing board as you say we will take it because we already paid for it without you even consulting us priorly, and throw it in the garbage so that you dont fool any other people in the future.I wonder how much we would pay from our deposit if we hadnt reported or saw the broken chair, teared sofa in the living room etc.

Really very big flat - even for 4 people it would be comfortable. Great view from the balcony - possible to see Burj Al Arab and the Atlantis. A lot of cafes, shops and restaurants just close to the flat. There were not enough hangers for me in the wardrobe - I just asked and Jason brought it immediately! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Highly recommend this flat to other tourists and return there with great pleasure!

Stayed in one of the apartments managed by Apricus HH for 4 months. There were a few issues in the initial stages but the team responded promptly and rectified the issues immediately. Highly recommended

I rented from Apricus for 9 months. A lot of the short term rental agencies are scams but these guys at Apricus are legitimate and fair....what they show is what you get. Be careful with most agencies but you can trust the people at Apricus!

Be careful, i booked the flat the 3 months, they increased the rent for th 2nd month saying market price increased and they deducted 1200 dhs from the deposit, because the flat was dirty while checking out.. and they repainted the whole apartment, bill was charged on us. Be careful, as in case of hotel apartment, there are no hidden charges of maintenance..

This company is not normalI think they have some problemsI suggest to take from others

Take video of every single dust or broken piece of furniture because they will do their best to deduct it from your deposit, also the cleaners they bring to clean at the end will be from your deposit, so simply you will never get the same amount back

Stopped at Diamond 6 tower at the end of Nov 2017. Great location, walking distance to JBR, the marina Mall, zero gravity and Damac metro station. Causy enough for 3p.

Rested in November 2017. Apartment (Bay central tower) in excellent condition, everything fits the photos, everything is clean, neat! The bed is covered with clean bed linen, as well as a hairdryer, bath towels, iron, ironing board, washing machine. Anna quickly answered all the questions. On arrival, we were met by Jason, he told and showed everything. The house is very conveniently located, 3 minutes walk from the tram stop and 15 minutes. from the metro. Also, I would like to note the very convenient location of the parking space, and an unparalleled view from the window! We were very satisfied with the holiday, we will definitely return!

We stayed in Sky View Studio 19. The apartments are wonderful, everything is clean, tidy, fully consistent with the description. The evening view from the balcony is very beautiful. Efficiency of answers, meeting time for check-in and check-out at the height. Great location with respect to the beach, metro station and bus stop. There are 2 small supermarkets in the neighboring buildings, where there is almost everything you need.

We rested in the Sky View Tower (19th floor) from November 9 to 21. Great location of the apartments regarding the stop, metro, grocery stores, mall, boardwalk and, of course, the beach!We rested with the baby for 10 months. A walk to the beach took about 10-15 minutes with a stroller, in the shade of the buildings, so the distance was overcome comfortably.The apartments are clean, comfortable, everything you need for your stay is available (towels, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine (she really helped us out;), all kitchen utensils)!The view from the balcony is simply incredible !!!On the 5th floor, a clean and warm pool with soft sun loungers.Anna is grateful for the prompt communication on all issues, an individual approach and assistance in choosing a residence. Next time only to you!

We spent 4 nights at the Fairmont residence. I liked it very much. Everything fit the description. Anna was very responsive, she was constantly in touch. living room. We used the hotel’s beach, sun beds, towels and a bottle of water per person per day for free. For a holiday with children, this place is perfect. Quiet, just relax! The spacious and comfortable apartments, even better than in the photo. The grocery store is about 7 minutes away, located in the Golden mail shopping center, located directly across the street. Arriving in Dubai, now only Anna will rent a house!

Feel free to recommend the agency! We rested in February in the “marina view tower”, booked an apartment for a day, nevertheless, the agent quickly replied and we agreed on the check-in. We were met and settled on time. Big plus apartment-ra position. As for the metro, which is 7-10 minutes to the beach by unhurried pace. The apartment is clean, white towels and a full kitchen, which was very important to us.

They planned a vacation in Dubai, but for medical reasons they had to refuse. Anna showed phenomenal responsiveness.
