Excellent service. Excellent experience. The pick up vehicle was clean and the driver Mr. Lal Mohammad was very friendly. The Dhow was big with 3 decks and very clean. There were 2 restrooms which was good for changing clothes and other facilities. The boat had all security measures in case of any problem. The guide was very informative and was explaining everything in detail, making sure he goes to every deck and tell the people. Food was nice and they had unlimited soft drinks, water and juice. The locations they took us to were mesmerizing along with dolphins. The water was very clean and visibility underwater is very high. They also had snorkeling gear for who ever was interested and had dry towels for everyone. For those who cant swim, they had life jackets so that everyone can enjoy the beautiful location and can observe the underwater life. Will totally recommend the Musandam Khasab tour with Arooha. Everything was well planned and on time. Special thanks to Mr. Shifaam and Mr. Sagar.

Their desert safari is very badtheir drivers are not experiencedduring desert safari the drivers drive slowly if we ask to increase the speed they say that their car will get damaged and they was driving in a very low speed

The worst business partrner i found in my life. i have bad experience with this arooha tours . keeping customer fine paper as a tool to clear the old dues happened before covid 19. promising to clear by day to day between us and sales executive. but once customer fine need to pay and get status changed paper and release the visa without clearing the dues the keeping delay in status change .. daily 100 dhr fine came . we loss our credibility and good will. thanking you for the support you gave.
