Waste of time, dey dnt value peoples time, after reviewing I was called for the interview d wen I reached dey took my resume n said dey r still in a process of resume collection once it done dey will shortlist the candidate d call for interview. Pathetic experience, playing with candidates emotions who are already stressed in process of searching jobs.

I was having alot of trouble searching for the perfect visit visa plan to have my family from India come to the UAE. Most agencies were making false promises about getting visa when there was a travel ban and trying to charge hidden fees but Regal is the only travel agent that had been realistic about when I would actually get the visa. Received my 90 days Dubai visit visa through Regal tours. when they requested me to write a review, i am more than glad to do so, since i have received what was expected even before the promised time.

Reached out to Relal Tours to secure 14-days visitor visa. They wanted to charge 2x more that other agencies just because of my nationality. I did told them the covid restriction is lifted for my nationality and even show them the eVisa that my friend secured a few weeks ago with the same nationality. However, they still want to charge 2x more for 30 day visitor visa. When I asked why? they just say special approval is required for your nationality with no logical explanation. While I believe Regal Tours is a reputable agency, they are banking too much on their reputation. Therefore, I went ahead and secured my visa using another agency with no issue.

On their website they claim to be fastest to get visa in 2 days, First i payed them 1300 AED, after waiting 12 days they told me to pay extra 500 AED to get a special approval if i want visa,which i denied because it seems like scam and suspicious .I asked them to give me refund,they told me to refund but i still havent got my refund yet.They reply so fast first time you query about visa services just to get fees but after payment they take days to response.Attached picture proof of email of them where they are trying to get more money from me.Avoid them at all,i think they are taking advantage of the Pandemic to extract money from people.

I would suggest all to call different travel agencies to compare prices before going ahead with these guys.Their prices are nearly double than the market price for issuing visit visas. I searched them through google, but found them very pricy.
