Holidayz In Retreat is what you call promises less and deliver more. The package we took the Cruise and land holiday package from them. Initially we were not convinced due to various other not so genuine options in the market. However, all our doubts were laid to rest with the cruise experience and the land holidays we availed. We had the best experience possible. We took the Cruise Mediterranean option and 2 days land holiday in Barcelona in a 4 star hotel absolutely loved it. Thank you team Holidayz In Retreat. Will recommend others to come to them for world-class cruise experience.

The location of the hotel and the overall experience was really something you have to go and experience for yourself! The service and hospitality the hotel provided were excellent. The support that Holidayz in Retreat gave was very helpful because it cleared all our issues and gave us a very good experience. We would definitely recommend this to a friend and will definitely work with Holidayz again.

Our first experience cruising ever was in July 2019 with Royal Caribbean in Italy and it was a beautiful experience.Honestly speaking we had a fabulous time. The ship, (Rhapsody of the seas) is good, the staff were pleasant, helpful and polite. The ports of call were gorgeous and embarkation/disembarkation were very smooth. The food was excellent!!!. Regarding the service and cleanliness, beyond wonderful!You will never get disappointed!

I have taken a package from their company fpr a family tour of Turkey (4 nights and 5 days) inclusive of Air tickets, hotel bookings and airport pick and drop in Istanbul.The package also included one days private tour of places with a tour guide.I am very happy with their services and the kind of support provided by the staff as we changed our plan couple of times.The staff is friendly and they try their best to provide excellent and comfortable services.I would surely like to recommend people to book their family trip with them because of the range of hotels and places they offer.Special thanks to Miss Fatima for assisting us even when we were in Turkey.

Till now I am waiting to get my holidays which was paid with my hard earned money.In response to your comment on my first review, please note that it was promised as prepaid holidays valid for life from the sales team. Else no one will waste it. Secondly, when you are running a business, and you have earned the amount, you owe not only the holidays but also the great service .You have not done any favours by just responding to the request for holidays by email. The way you are writing to me clearly reflects that. Please note that the confirmation of holidays which was done in 2020 which was not availed due to lockdown everywhere because of covid should be valid in post covid period after the lockdown is finished as promised by you.I am still waiting for either the complete holidays or refund of my hard earned amount.

They have very bad service, they are gud with you until you pay them the amount after that you will not get the service also. They will charge huge amount for the tour plan which they also do not have in hand will look for it after words you pay and when you request for cancelation and refund they will take you for a ride. They will never answer any call. NOT RECOMMENDED for any one.

We ( my wife & daughter) had been to Seychelles and had a god experience in terms of Hotel stay , Airport transfers and half day sight seeing and overall holidaying. The hotel Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay resort can boast of very good family environment with all the facilities of resorts and room services are comparatively fair taking into consideration the area and number of chalets . Holidayz in Retreat ( Jestin & CCR) had been continuously following since we had reached the Hotel in order to take actions in case of any inconvenience. The Airport transfers services were smooth and Jean Paule was very helpful and had provided good services during sight seeing although at that time the weather was not good . Hope to have good services also in future from Holidayz & Retreat both before the tour and during the tour.

Being members of Holidayz in retreat, we have taken a holiday at Flamingo Beach Resort, Umm Al Quwain. Indeed we had an overwhelming time at this resort which is very seemly for a day or two at the beach. A lovely, relaxing and comfortable place. It is cean and nice. My kids enjoyed the pools very well and we too enjoyed both the pool and the beach as well.Thanks to Holidayz In Retreat team for the arrangement and support.Looking forward to coming back soon.

We booked land and cruise holiday and chose the Mediterranean line . it was a great experience and the hotel booked by holidayz In Retreat in Barcelona was the best as it was well connected . The cruise had so much activity to do and was well organized. The whole trip was child friendly as well .

We had an amazing time in Scotland and Wales during our recent visit to UK. Tour organized by Holidays in Retreat in Scotland to Loch Ness, Sterling Castle and Whiskey distilary with our driver/ guide Ian, who gave us insite on great history of Scotland. Our stay in Cross Hill house resort in Scotland was excellent. It was very convenient to explore the city as the train station was 2 minutes walk from the resort. Country side in Wales with Tim & Helens Old Vicarage Dolfer was an added spice. We enjoyed their hospitality. Thanks to Holidayz in Retreat and Jestin our coordinator for everything.

It was wonderful time at Mercury Grand hotel, Jabel Hafeet, Al Ain, Children enjoyed various games and activities.July, August 2019We enjoyed our holidays in Europe, there was seven night cruise. It was filled with lots of activities for everyone. Kids club, teens club, theater, cinemas, swimming pools, Jacuzzi etc.Food was great on the cruise, continental buffet, fine dining etc.There was a surprise birthday cake from the Costa Cruise for our son who turned 18 on the ship.The cruise was provided by Holidays in retreat and it was excellent.We had land holidays and the hotels provided in Milan, Venice, Lucern, Geneva were great and centrally located.The Holidays team responded promptly whenever required during the holidays even out of the office working hours.Well done and many thanks to Holidayz in retreat team.

I stayed at Golden Tulip , RAK as a complimentary stay being a member of Holidayz In Retreat . It was a wonderful experience with my family. We got a full board option with access to natural hot spring, all well arranged by Ms.Arti .Thanks to her for that.The hotel, staff and its location near the mountains were all excellent. Planning for a cruise trip coming June. Expecting same level of service from HIR.Yes ! gone through the Royal Caribbean cruising experience. It was a wonderful feel to cruise in deep ocean with a star class ambience and amenities. The cruise was so much engaging with a lot of indoor events like salsa sessions for couples and much more dance and music shows. It was strenuous as well doing adventurous sports like rock climbing , surfing etc.,Thanks to Holidayz in Retreat customer service for their dedicated arrangements.

We had an awesome trip to Turkey. The stay and airport pick was arranged at Istanbul and Cappadocia at a short notice. The cave hotel in Cappadocia was simply wonderful. The owner at the Cave hotel was very hospitable. She drove us to Gerome air museum and Derinkuyu Underground city . She had cooked a delicious complete dinner , served on rooftop. It was a unique experience.Though it was Eid Holiday, there was prompt response from the staff at Holidayzretreat when we called from Turkey to resolve some issues.. Highly appreciate the commitment.However unlike what I expected, the company does not plan the whole trip. It just books the hotel and one airport pick up and drop and a city tour/ cruise.Thank you Holidayzretreat for making this memorable trip.

Just know that they are also a company with enough clients that they also can be busy and some delay in response.We had our cruise and our 10 night stay and it was wonderful. As alway, every trip will have some unplanned hiccups (not HIR fault) which is quite normal. Any issues even during the travel, HIR person is a just away by Whatsapp to revert and support or advise.They supported us with the city tours and advices the options with its pros and cons so we could take the best decisions.The cruise was simply superb and if you are merging your land tours and cruise together.. keep the cruise at the last part, so you can relax better.Every hotel that HIR suggested was good with greaT customer support.Except Cervara park (among the list below) I would recommend every hotel1. Mare Hotel, Savona2. Cervara Park Hotel, Rome3. Hotel II Mercante di Venezia, Venice4. Quark Due Hotel & Residence, Milan5. Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel6. But a month ago, i went to them and they build a bit of confidence back in me. When this package (by artstone retreat) was sold to me, i was told that i can book any hotel, in 3 star rating all over the world and i can book anytime. But in June 2018, when i tried to book hotel to Georgia, they said i have to select from their partner companies and that this needs to be done 3 months in advance. They apologized for the mis-information and gave me a full board local stay for the discomfort. I met one their customer team last month to plan a cruise and i intend to use their services for the cruise later this year. As of now. they are a good and legit company, but can improve their customer service support a bit more.i was worried, but now satisfied after i went to meet them. I had family stays at RAK at Double Tree by Hilton & Accacia Hotels. Both the stays were wonderful and we love the stay and the support by HIR.Hopefully This review will be updated after i finish my cruise later this year.

I have paid them a huge amount and they dont respond. Options given by them for the amount paid shows that they want to take 80% of the amount as profit and give service for only 20% of the amount. I wud strongly recommend not to invest a single penny with them. They never fulfill what they say. Before taking Ur money.

I would suggest people not to trust them as we have been cheated by them.. they show you big dreams and do fraud with u.. they made us pay the amount and after that they phones are off n their office has closed.. all we were given was a one night stay for the big amount that we paid..

We had a good One week trip to Singapore & Malaysia. Its was a good trip and the Hotels and transport where provided and assisted by Holidayz in Retreat. Even when we had arrived late to Singapore airport the Cab driver was still waiting in the Airport with the name board to drive us safely to the Hotel. As it was our first visit, holidayz in retreat customer care staff had suggested us city tour & Hotel which was located close to the metro and within walking distance of the Heineken music hall. Hotel is clean, modern and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay here.Thanks to Holidayz in retreat staff for the support throughout our holiday.. 👍👍

Just another trapI have decided not to go for any holidays companyWhenever you want just pay and go .....Very very bad and disappointing experience ,Sales team will commit every thing , they will even show you the available cruise for booking the package and when you go for actual booking they will give you alternatives with small cruise companies , they want to change your entire travel plans as per their convenience.They have very mean strategic plan not to give any benefits.when you dint have leave , based on the availability with alternative irrespective of money you paid for some specific plans.I am struggling for committed package and not even returning the money, Bad communication from customer care

Please dont buy any package from them. They are a complete scam. Their sales team will hold seminars and will give you false promises of 4-5 star hotels but when you actually try to book the hotels, they offer you really bad options of hotel where you cant even think about staying.My money is stuck with them from past 2 years and they are refusing to refund and not even giving me any good options for hotel stay. please dont even think about buying anything from them. Their customer service people are rude and not helpful. Fatima shouted and hung up on my face. Aarthi Manoj- she is supposed to be customer manager in dubai branch- not helpful at all. They never call back.we were promised a package of 2 adults and 3 kids and at the time of signing we told them that our 2 kids are above the age of 12. they said no problem you will be provided 2 rooms for that in charge of 1 night. I have that in writing, now whenever I try to book room with them they tell me that since kids are above 12 years they will charge me for 2 nights for booking 2 rooms. They are cheaters. please dont sign up with them. they will not give money back and will not deliver what was promised.

Systematically trap/cheaters, they will promise many things but do not provide those, Do not make any sort payment in advance. Get everything what they promise is documented and stamped and have their Trade license prior to make any payment.

After having attended the presentation we have opted for an Emerald membership with a plan to visit Europe combining land and cruise next year. My only prayer is to stick to what you have offered at the time of presentation by having a coordination with your personnel at the customer service. It will only add to your credibility that is essential for the future.

I was very unfortunate to buy a cuisine package with Holidayz In Retreat, sales team sounded very promising but at the time of booking it’s very disappointing to know the hidden clauses. Sales team will promise u everything inclusive and when ur doing the booking with customer service will say it’s not included.I was unhappy, so converted my holiday to land holiday to make the holiday package worth. Yet I still had to pay for the tour every request was exclusive the package. Had to make thousands of calls, messages and email on sending booking request for a specific date & request.I found lack of assistance in every communication. I still thank Arti customer service for providing me the package which I assumed would be a fake agency. Something better then nothing.

Literally they will make you a stupid for a real cost of $100, they will charge you $1,000 and so on and so forth. After sales service is really terrible, either no one will attend your call or will take ages to get a reply on your email.If you guys want to book a hotel, you can do it by yourselves, or if you want to go for a cruise, you can always research and have it booked directly to the cruise companies. Sharing is caring, hope no more victims will get into their trap. In our case, we simply pray that soon you’ll get your fortune the same way.

I am a Diamond member since 2017 and have used Singapore cruise as well as land holidays with Holidayz In Retreat .We have had a wonderful experience till now and many more years to go ......I would recall 1 such incident where in we reached at the hotel in Lucerne last year in 2018. They not only gave us a centrally locates fabulous property and to our pleasant surprise a bouquet of Red Roses was waiting for us at the reception along with a greeting card wishing us on our anniversary and also a heart shaped cake was waiting for us in our junior suite room.Hats off to the Customer care team !!!!!!!!to have carefully thought about this gesture while booking for us and making it a point to wish us.This has really made us immensely happy and grateful and we strongly recommend to availPackages from them.ThanksJinesh De Silva

Very very bad and disappointing experience ,Sales team namely shahab and guru kirat will commit every thing , they will even show you the available cruise for booking the package and when you go for actual booking they will give you alternatives with small cruise companies , they want to change your travel plans based on the availability with alternative irrespective of money you paid for some specific plans.I am struggling from last 3 months and they are not giving me committed package and not even returning the money, cc lady are very bad in communication and they dont bother to hear what customer is talking.They are trained to just speak the recorded statements , never get into clutches of these people , no one from senior management will ever try to talk with you and resolve the paid.We have paid our hard earned money for family recreation but they are not bothered .They have not even given committed gifts which were welcome gift with be package.Sales team has stopped picking the phone also.

Guys this is complete scam fraud .Please do not buy any packages from them .It’s complete fraud I have attended their presentation actually it’s not a presentation it’s just trying to fool innocent people by using attractive offers and using mind tricks.Just to take money as they always start their campaign at the time when people wants to go on vacations so their trap can work easily.Guys be aware do not buy it’s simply fraud.

Experience with HIR is good, they are very supportive and take quick actions on requests. Sometimes a follow up is required but when they consider they make sure Job is done. Hotels selected are nice and pleasant. Overall, good experience!

The short staycation in Wyndham Hotel was absolutely a memorable one. The room given to us for 3 was very huge and facilities like pool and gym are something we really enjoyed. There were times that the reception had no answer but all the staff were friendly, breakfast was very good and the hotel is just walking distance to jbr the walk and blue waters that we had a fun time in the evening time. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!

My experience with Holidays in RetreatWe all need a vacation to get out of the shackles of work stress every once in a while but most of the times, planning a vacation itself is a stressful task. From flight tickets to Hotel reservations to day to day itinerary...it all just adds to our already overloaded To Do list.All this changed when I opted to approach Holidays in Retreat for planning my recent vacation to Sri Lanka.I just had to tell my travel destinations and what kind of activities I am interested in...and they took over from there on.Although I booked the flight tickets myself, the hotel reservations, intercity travel and sight seeing was all organized by them.The hotels were classy, comfortable, and scenicThey were very sweet to even arrange for a wheelchair for my mom who was having trouble walking for too long.I recommend choosing Holidays in Retreat for having a value for money experience without going through any stress of detail planning and research. Although getting a booking confirmed was not so straight forward but once done the experience at the hotel (pearl Beach resort - umm Al quwain) was nice. I contacted the hotel directly and requested to arrange a surprise cake since it was my anniversary and the hotel arranged it perfectly.

This was great tour with lot of flexibility and freedom to be your own. Thanks to Holidayz in Retreat for giving wonderful opportunity and to make our dream come true by exploring Switzerland .The entire trip was well done and I really liked that we were able to tour on our own timetable.The city of Zurich is beautiful and the tour shows all the highlights of the city in about 4 hours. We saw the lake, took some time clicking pics, then the churches and then old towns, , beautiful view up the hill, then went via a ferry boat across the lake Zurich and had an absolutely breathtaking view of the alps.

Worst.They invite people saying you are selected for sth free, and they say the offer runs for just a day offer, technically this is run continuously for few weeks targetting different set of poeple falling into theor evil eyes prey, finally you would be fooled as whatever they promise you get half the value of the price you paid.. We paid 16k AED for 5 nights cruise and 5 nights land1. We got worth of the direct cruise price of 7K (half less than quoted, and other agencies or direct discussions can get you other discounts in pricing like sufficient free drinks for x number of times, 50 percent on spa, etc) during the peak period,2. Horrible hotel with worst complimentary breakfast ever we have witnessed in life.. That too teduced for 3 days, as we used 6 nights for 7 k direct pricing..3. After several followups and visit to their Deira office (office does not give an impression of travel agents if you visit) you wait to see the lady in cabin, I bet they would keep saying as they did to us that all topline cruises are booked for their number they blocked in advance, which means they have zero or less number of purchase on topline cruises which they never disclose except bigmouth propoganda diring fancy offers in fancy hotels like holiday inn.. We ended up with no booking available for almost 1.5 years and the offer validity is just for 2 years, it is finally psychological pressure played on the mind of customers to choose that only available low end cruises with them..As long as you have more money to waste and more time to waste on followups, more energy to accept indirect stress, I peave to your choice..Technically I believe there could have been people to take it up with facts to the local courts to check law against such type of scams....Also it creares great friction between husband and wife as one who took the offer and other who rejected the offer and proved that we are totally blinded by such open scams...Please list the benefits provided for 16K if the Cruise is ~7k(direct from their website) and hotel is such a cheaper one (such small rooms not comparable to quality of those nice budget hotel ever we have booked and stayed) with horrible breakfast which kids dint prefer to eat for next 2 days. I prefer scrutiny all the papers I have.. They only mention Royal Caribbean, Disney top line cruises when they sell. One other benefit is local one night stay in list of UAE resorts or hotels for which no reply except will get back.. It is already indefinite period... I prefer it is handled professionally..I even encourage myself to check the civil laws in UAE if any applicable for such cases where it doesnot tally for what is promised...One day guided tour mentioned is all about the ticket we received for river cruise (what does it mean by guide then?) which is totally absurd way of selling..

This Fraud company, there is fraud in their company name also (Holidayz in not the real Holiday inn ) People going for their presentation just ask the staffs valid emirates ID, they are all in visit visas, it is same like as country club, AED:26000 package they will give for 13000 but need to take the same time, one day offer!!!! only for the presentation day!!! every day my friends getting calls for invitation.

We recently used our complementary stay in Flamingo Beach Resort organized by Holidayz In Retreat. It was organized well and our stay was memorable. Its a great place as a staycation. Looking forward for more pleasant and memorable holidays organized by them.

We took hotel booking to MARJAN ISLAND AND RESORT in RAK.For the first time we took the hotel booking from outside and we couldnt have been more HAPPIER.The booking was on time, response was absolute , and without much ADO we were able to enjoy our holiday.Thanks n cheers to HOLIDAYZ IN RETREAT.....Will definitely book our next holiday with them....

We had a very good 12 day trip to Thailand. It was a good trip and the Hotels and transport where provided and assisted by Holidayz in Retreat. The city trips where also given by them which too where very amaizingly organized. Even when we had arrived late to samui airport the Cab driver was still waiting in the Airport with the name board to drive us safely to the Hotel. I am thankful to Holidayz in Retreat to provide us a good service and to continue the same in future. Thank you for making our trip very wonderfull and memorable.

We had been given a one night stay at the Radisson hotel in Al Ain. We had initially made a booking and then had to amend it for a later date. This was professionally handled by Arti Manjoj who was very accommodative and patient with us. She assisted us all the way and her responses were prompt and professional. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We are now looking forward to two cruises with them, which hopefully turn out to be the same splendid experience. They will call themselves apart of Haolidys Inn for building their trust on you ( fake ). They impress you with pretending to be in gines book of world record which is not true..., please don’t trust them. Try to browse their company website before going through any process in addition check their company license and emirates Id card of the staff.Please don’t spend your money on them.

Google should provide Negative Stars option.They dont even deserve a SINGLE star. Yesterday, they called me for the gifts and ask me to come with family and spare 40 min.I visited and they took 3 hours to present CRASH/CRUISE deals. When I refuse their deals they said OK BYE! No gifts. Seriously ????It is not about taking gifts but the commitment, they are professional thugs, what you can expect them when they are trying to loooooooooot you.How can somebody decide to pay 13K AED within 3 hours, when you dont have any kind of knowledge about their company and cruise.

I bought a membership months ago after corona started I had financial problems and wanted a refund I visited their office and the security they had closed the office and went away.

We are a member of HIR , we just had a 1N complimentary stay at Smart Line Bin Majid and we had a great experience. The food , the view, and the service — everything was awesome , thanks to HIR. Now we are planning to have our 7N cruise next year and looking forward to receive the same outstanding service from HIR. Cheers!
