Great apartment and very responsive and helpful team at GuestReady. Excellent location and convenient for supermarket, pharmacy, hotels/bars and restaurants within walking distance. Taxis to downtown (mall/restaurants) only 10 mins /$5 each way.

We loved our stay here. It was super clean and comforable. The location is really amazing - you have everything nearby - the beach, a clean pool with a life guard, grocery shops and tons of fun things to do within a five minute walk. We have little children and it was wonderful to get settled in the place and see that the owner had even thought to provide stools in the bathroom so smaller children could reach the sinks to wash up! The owner communicates well and gets back to you quickly. The owner also gives clear information about where to park and how to check in so look for those details and follow them carefully to avoid any confusion. We highly recommend this place and are hoping it is available on our next trip to Dubai!

What more can one say that has not been said already! Location is great... 24 hour Carrefour round the corner, tram under 2 minute walk, beach under 3 minute walk, marina under 5 minute walk. GuestReady and Zahi have been great on the front of communication, helpfulness and even arranged extra crockery on request which was missing. Thank you!!

The place looks accurately like the photo. Furnishing are of good quality.They have large screen TV, both in living and bedroom.Balcony is big enough to chill and relax.The only small drawback is the bathroom a llittle too small.

Great location for the beach and shopping. Tram right across the road with easy links to the metro. Beach 5 mins walk. A 24h convenience store in the building was very handy. Very polite receptions staff monitor the entrance 24h. Would stay again.

This is a fantastic apartment right in the heart of downtown. Walkable to the fountains, burj, restaurants and a convenient grocery store right next door. Large, comfortable and a pool with a great view. My sisters and I couldnt have been more pleased.

The location is perfect: just a few minutes walking to the sea, supermarkets “All day”, “Carefour” and Marina walking. Apartments are very clean and comfortable, any questions were answering in a hour. The view is incredible - you can see Marina from the living room and the JBR beach from master bedroom.

Wow, what a joke!! Pick up the phone to the office having seen a property advertised on Dubizzle... Advertised at 13k per month (well within my budget) and I ask for a price for 6 months... Only to be lectured about how the price will vary over the period of rental (thats fine and accepted) which is not uncommon for short term rentals only to end the call never having received a price for 6 months. Im sure the owner of the property will be delighted to read this one when the yield of the next six months is not what they wanted! Good luck GuestReady I fear in these times youll need it!

We stayed in one of the apartments in citywalk with friends and it was one of best trips for us. I highly recommend they are the best.

I stayed for four consecutive months and because everything was so well prepared, really didnt have to contact the hosts much at all. However, they checked in on me without being at all invasive - and when I needed a couple of things they responded with lightning speed. An excellent place to stay in Dubai.

I visited Dubai in April for three months and got a studio. I communicated with Paul the whole time. Whenever I had a problem Paul was always ready and willing to help. It was either fine on the same day or the next day. Didn’t have any trouble at all those three months. I got so comfortable that I extended my visa at the end of it for another three months. The studio had already been booked so Paul got me an even bigger and better apartment around the same area. I would not have gotten this place if it wasn’t for him honestly. He went away on vacation for a little while and left Lisha as the person in charge. She was also so lovely. They truly are the best team and I now believe that guest ready is the best company in Dubai to deal with if you’re looking for an apartment. All my issues were sorted within hours. They made me feel like I was home. My stay in Dubai was prolonged and memorable because of them. I never wanted to go back home. I will forever be their client. I’m so lucky to have gotten and worked with the best team members in this company. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!!! You made my life so much easier. Close to everything important. Full view of the fountain and Burj. Communication in Dora ... Very efficient and fast. She is always ready to help in all matters. There were two of us in the property for a month. We had a very nice stay and really enjoyed the view from the apartment. The manager Mohammed was very helpful and was able to meet our every need. The cleanliness of the apartment was unfortunately not very good and the couch was very old with traces of mold under the cover. In addition, the noise level in the bedrooms from the street is relatively high. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare simple dishes. There is a squash court in the house which can be booked upon consultation with the landlord. The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach, many restaurants within walking distance and good road links to reach all other areas in Dubai. We had a nice stay and can definitely recommend the property.
