The service is satisfactory. Suleiman is a good barber. However, its now 3 times the lady at reception (Ayesha) tried to overcharge me for services not given or she argues that as per owners instruction we charge extra if more product is used (which was untrue.). This is against Dubai Municipality rules and the charges should be as per displayed price list. Theyve lost a customer for good.

Not at all what i asked for, would not recommend

This is ultimately the worst barber shop i have ever been too. The shop does not have creams, gel, straightening creams, etc...these are the basic tools a barber shop needs for customers and the excuse i got is that super trim stopped supplying these products/tools/material to their shops..which is not reasonable at all!! In addition to that I had a really bad quality hair cut and I had to tell the barber to stop at some point not to get things more worse. I left the shop to go straight to another shop to fix whatever can be fixed. Extremely poor salon quality from all aspects.

I call before come to the place and they said yes i can still come i arrive 9:30pmThe closing time was 11:30pm, but when i came inside the staff was telling they gonna close and their bus is coming, hate it so much i spend my money in the taxi and this gonna happened. So disappointed.
