Cyril? Is so polite and courteous. I was impressed. I cant afford to get my hair done here but only went when they wanted models. So I can say I was happy to be treated so nicely. Two thumbs up. Oh the free cut and color totally rocked too.

Our experience has been amazing

New to Dubai. Very impressed with Kirstie as Ted Morgan. Modern, western style salon. Quality cut and colour. Priced at the top end of the market but with hair, you get what you pay for. Free covered parking near by.

Over priced with the worst attitude ever

After getting a balayage that took 3 hours that looked nothing like the picture I showed, they agreed to fix it for me the next day (this time with a different stylist). This time it took another 3.5 hours, all for it to turn out botchy in some areas (see picture attached). The whole time the stylist kept telling me to relax (in a slightly condescending tone) because she could sense my discomfort. 800 dhs and nearly 7 hours all for my hair to end up looking worse and feel in worse condition. The irony is now it looks worse than after it was done the first time.There are far better salons in Dubai with far better service, and cheaper too.
