The stylist, Glen was amazing with his job and gave me exactly the look I wanted. The receptionist, Sonam was extremely welcoming and approachable and one could hear her smile, through the mask. This exceptional combination of stylist and manager has put an end to my hunt of an above average salon.

To be fair.. about the after sales service.. your nail polish was good and fixed in an excellent way and nice style with Jasmine.. the keratin service was very bad with Glenn who refused to fix the obvious defect and his style was never nice in dealing with The client.. I would not recommend it in your salon

Glenn did my hair and I was very pleased with his professionalism and good advice. Would recommend him for all hair treatments and styling.

Value for money, used Groupon. It needs more space in hairdressers room though. Probably will come again.

I would like to recommend Madina for her great work for the pedicure service she did for me.And Priya as well, however one of my middle finger gel polish (manicure)get chipped on the same night so I informed their receptionist if they can re-do it the following day,she said yes , when I reached the salon she saw me and was blaming me that I didn’t not inform her that I was coming to have the gel polish fixed ( given the fact that there where no confirmation of time since she’s replying late to my messages)but I don’t see it appropriate to blame me for going back there and driving and to burn my petrol for for such inconvenient. I even told her that I can wait but she was insisting that all of their technicians are busy which I can see that they have clients. She said that it’s back to back appointment even if I wait, told her that it will only take maybe 3 mins for 1 nail to get fixed then she proudly said that okay then wait for 1 hour .Such an attitude!

I absolutely loved me experience here. Renu did my balayage for me and made me achieve exactly what I wanted. Disgusting ppl ...DO NOT COME HERE. I literally got a BURN in my private area. I was traumatized, they had the nerve to take full payment after being pretty much abused. Please I do care, don’t ever go here.It’s unfortunate that Embellish by Diya Salon is unable to accept responsibility for the abuse I have suffered by the waxing specialist they hired, she has left me with BURNS and will make sure that people have the information I wished was available to me before coming to this Salon. After the traumatic incident the senior staff only offered me water and refused to acknowledge that anything happened and you can see from their statements below that they unprofessional and inhuman. Also was told to pay 180 aed for there poor and damaging service’s. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Manager Tina was polite and super nice. So hard to find such good customer service. She coordinated with me via WhatsApp. Made the entire thing so easy. I got my hair Botox done by Rhoudel( don’t know if I got her name right , nationality Pilipino) . My Botox was done perfectly , she explained after care with such patience. I’m so happy with her service.Totally recommend her and this parlor.

Very unprofessional, they make you take a membership by taking advance payment after that they dont attend the call and never return your call.Also they dont give appointment for our convenient time, but we need to agree for their time after a couple of days.Again, they wouldnt respect the appointment time and ask for changing our schedule.

Went to this place twice and honestly not at all happy about my gelish mani-pedi. The first time I went, they dug in too deep and made me bleed. Took over a week for my toes to heal.I went there the second time only cause I used the entertainer. And before I could even tell my pedicurist to not dig deep, while removing the gelish she hurt my toes again and the whole pedicure was painful.I also was not informed about the extra money to remove gelish! I mean if I came to them and got it done the first time, they should be taking it off for free or at least tell me theres a charge and then let me decide. And secondly I wanted to get nail art done and asked my manicurist how much it was, she first said I dont know, then said only around 5dhs per nail because I asked her multiple times to check and if she was sure. Then while going to pay I got charged 15dhs per nail (not including tax) and I was just so disappointed in my whole experience I didnt even bother arguing with them.Never going back there. I personally prefer their sister branch in Oasis Mall and only came to them cause they are closer in distance to me, but not anymore.
