I came to Jeset salon to fix my haircut which I previously had did in another place. I thought my situation was helpless but Mohammed spent only 15 min and let me leave looking like a movie star. Many thanks for that. Ill be back for sure

Salman is by far the best for hair colour and haircut. He is so calm and patient ! Spends time with his clients. No rush, great style, trust him with your head!I’ve been seeing him for my color for the last few months.He is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%.

Absolutely the worst hairdresser in Dubai, unprofessional and don’t know anything about hair. I don’t recommend this salon, waste of money and time. They ruined my hair, Amjad and Suleiman are the worst hairdressers. Baha is also very unprofessional and rude.

I had a great experience last week..Bahaa my stylist was extremely nice and friendly and polite..he does understand your mood and styles accordingly..the hair wash was thorough and reception very friendly ..no complaints at all. Will do this again for sure

Appalling Service -The worst Hairdresser in Dubai!Unprofessional, Rude staff with no respect to appointments or to clients . My mum’s appointment was disregarded and they took on another client else instead, I waited for an hour and I could see that two of the staff were in the kitchen drinking coffee ( Baha, and amjad). Baha ( supposedly the salon’s director is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered, given the situation, he continued to ignore us while he drank his coffee. My appointment was with Suleiman, who took on two clients instead and ignored my appointment. Instead of replacing him with any free hairdresser ( Amjad or Baha who were Drinking coffee) at the back, they continued to ignore my appointment. I asked Sulieman why no one has started with mum’s hair his reply was “ talk to the guys, no one wants to” . I’m appalled!! I’ve never ever been disrespected in my life like this, so they want me (the client) to go and beg the hairdressers to do my hair, instead of the staff arranging for a replacement, I’ve never heard of such ridiculous request!! I can’t believe he asked me to go and ask for someone to make my mum’s hair!! I’ve never seen this in 5 stars salon, 5 stars hotel or anywhere in the world!I’m warning you ladies, customer service is non existent in this Salon. The receptionist, who was organizing everything didn’t even know how to handle the situation. They lack professionalism, ethics and most of all good attitude and behavior. I will speak to the owner about this unfortunate behavior which left me in complete shock and mum in tears. I urge management to look into their staff and their attitude and how they handle situations. I left the salon, without doing our hair as we were completely ignored and our appointment disregarded and not attended to. That was my first visit and will be my last.How can a Hairdresser like this be in Grosvenor House? I will make sure the board hears of this.Amjad, Baha, Suleiman - Being a hairdresser requires not only technique and skills but professionalism and ethical behavior which you all lack. People like you who disrespect people especially elderly people like my mother the way you did, and made her upset on her son’s wedding day, will never be respected be me or anyone. You are a disgrace to humanity and to Dubai.All your skills, if any, mean nothing without ethics and good manners. I’m not impressed at all with your disrespect for clients and I will make sure this will be dealt with.

Mr. Salman is the best and most professional hairstylist in Jet set Grosvenorhouse!He fix my hair to perfection every single time and I would never change anything. Even my daughter ask for him to do her hair too, and she is so beautiful and happy every time she get to have her hair done by Salman! The price is very reasonable too ! Make sure to book mr. I got my hair done my Salman he was pulling at my hair so hard and was not gentle and then got angry when I moved when he cut my hair he didnt even section it. I asked for a blow dry after again he didnt section my hair or use a blow dry brush and got very aggressive and then he proceeded to curl my hair. all this for 400 so expensive the only good part was the lady who washed my hair the actual haircut and blow-dry was awful DONT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I went for a wedding hair style. My wedding. I went with a picture, to show exactly what I had i mind. The hairdresser barely care, and ended up doing what he wanted despite my request. Fair enough. Left the salon disappointed but thinking maybe this different style could still look good anyway. No less than 10 min after, not moving in the cab, the hairstyle (a bun) started to all fall appart with hair coming out of everywhere. There is no word to express my disappointment (on my wedding day!!!) To : the lack of attention to my request, the lack of politeness from my hairdresser (not to mention the way they speak to their Philippino staff is just shameful) , the fact the what he did could not even remain in place. This is a shame. This is pure, pure shame and money wasted.

I love the saloon because its super clean, staff is really kind and friendly. And the stylists are amazing, specially Salman he is amazing stylist and a beautiful human being. I will continue to get the services from them and would 200% recommend to all for the hair cuts, blow dry, color and etc. Best wishes for the whole team.

Ive been going to Jetset regularly for the last 4 years. Salman does an excellent job every time (color; haircut; keratine treatment; etc.) and his blow dry is the best in Dubai! I highly recommend.

I went on Tuesday evening to Jet Set, Grossvernor House and received the most outrageous and disrespectful service ever.The stylist “Salman” had literally treated me like a dog. He was in a hurry, he was pulling my hair all over and did not style as I have requested. When I complained to the reception he came across to me and said “If you dont like something, dont come back” !I am a regular customer of Baha & Amjad @Jetset grosvernor house. Unfortunately they were not available that evening and I took the chance to be handled by Salman, who was the only one in the salon that evening.This was an absolute disaster and I think such people like Salman should be terminated from their job with an immediate effect.

It is well kept saloon, my mother goes there and she is happy. Valley parking is available in this location free of charge.
