Horrible customer service. I’ve been a customer for over a year and they used to be different but the past 3 times I went they’re just downgrading and deteriorating! I made up my mind after today’s visit that I will never go back. They saw how upset I was and didn’t even bother to apologize or talk to me. They didn’t even inform me that they will have one lady to do both my hands and feet. They told me they would ask another lady to help with my feet but nothing was done and no one even came to talk to me they just stared at me from far. They proved that they don’t care about customer loyalty. What was even sadder is that the owner was present at the time of this incident and didn’t even bother to take an action, if the owner reacts like this how do you expect the manager or other staff to care? Just a side note to this salon, customer service is what motivates the customer to come back , not the service in itself only. A side note to the ladies reading this, if you are looking for nail art, they don’t have specialists for this , they will tell you that they do but they don’t. If you are looking for something cheap/affordable that lasts only a day or two then this is the place to go!

Amazing Experience & Recommend to AllI go the service of gelish manicure & pedicure. It was an excellent service & amazing experience. I love the ambiance as view was excellent from 23rd floor of the building. Technician was professional. She did the service nicely & helped me in choosing the nail paint.

I tried this salon through a Groupon deal and it disappointingly is was not the best services. I got the Gelish Mani-Pedi and it was a painful experience. The manicurist was very rough and and aggressive to the point that I have blistered cuticles that’s making it impossible to get any work done.The pedicure experience wasn’t too bad but after I left the place, I’m now sporting a swollen toe. The treatment felt extremely rushed and all over the place. It was helpful having a manicurist and pedicurist work at the same time it was uncomfortable as they kept moving my hands and feet all over when it was time for the polish.The place is spacious and well maintained and the seating was really comfortable. However, the pedicure sinks my mum and I were seated near you could literally see the water pipes and chipped off ceramic of the sink that looked unpleasant.The staff were extremely chatty and would ask personal questions which sort of defeats the whole purpose of a relaxing spa session.I would recommend the foot reflexology session. That was extremely relaxing and felt amazing and definitely worth the price.Overall the ambiance was good, they sanitize the place frequently, it’s spacious and they have taken good measures to ensure a safe experience. I would just request anyone who goes there to be careful with their mani-pedi treatment because that was painful.

DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF EVERY GOING HERE!!!! the most unprofessional and poorly trained hair stylists I’ve even seen in Dubai! I went in for a simple hair trim and came out with with hair that was all different lengths. And when I questioned it, they refused to agree and admit the so called hair stylist’s errors. Horrible horrible experience. I strongly insist everyone to avoid this place!!!!!

Really great service and the nail technicians were very diligent, one of the best mani pedis Ive ever had. And it was really good value. So polite, efficient and careful, what more could you want. Would definitely go again, and recommend it! Disclaimer: the place isnt fancy but for a weekly thing its perfect.

I went for classic Mani and Padi, the lady who did my Padi Risa I think is her name was amazing and she took her time in doing my toes with patient and caring for details. While the lady who did my Mani (forgot her name), was in a rush and hurt me twice and she had kind a long nails and I can feel her nails in my skin. The payment though was a disastrous experience, they told me not to buy the Groupon voucher and they will give me the same price. When i finished and wanted to pay their machine doesnt accept Apple Pay or tapping. You need to physically insert the card or pay cash.I didnt have my wallet on me so I didnt have the card or cash and I ended up buying the voucher. I wish they let me buy it from the beginning and saved 30 mins of my time.

People not wearing masks and coughing!!! Not social distancing, placing costomers right next to each other!!! Times are different now. You need a clean place to feel comfortable. We felt extremely uncomfortable

I like the place , so relaxing ambiance. They are professional beauticians. However, i paid an extra Aed 80 for removing gel colors both mani and pedi even if it was done by them from previous appointment , so expensive 😞 . I dont think i will go back as the removal i always have to pay whereas in the other salons its free if you are a returning customer and that Aed 80 is not worth it as if the removal is so effective that in 1 sec it will remove the gel colors.

One of my favorite nail salons in Dubai. The service is consistent, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean, and the price is right. You can’t ask for more! It’s not over the top fancy, but it’s the perfect spot for a last minute mani/pedi or a quick brow threading.

Too good pedi cure and massage

I have been the manager Marilyn her client since 2014/2015 and have been following her from her last salons to this one. I come every 1 or 2 weeks for threading, waxing, eyelash extensions and acrylic manicure, gelish pedicure. Marilyn is more focussed on her managerial duties and doesn’t do lashes anymore so I trust Mabeth now and she is my go to for lashes and threading/waxing. I am very happy with their service, they always accommodate me when I message Marilyn. And the prices are very fair too! I would definitely recommend.

My eyelashes were done by a very professional technician who provided me with a quiet ambiance to help me relax during the 2-hour job.

I had a hair spa here and realized a simple shampoo at home is better than the hair spa hair. I had pedicure but the lady couldnt cut the in growth of nails. I felt I dumped my here.. Would never return.

If you’re looking for a place to make your nails, this salon is definitely NOT a right choice!!!Have done my nails there today and it looks just horribly! Master who did my nails was unprofessional and was even giving me some behavior! Imagine! I just simply asked to keep shape of my nails the same as it is which is never happened! When I told her that I don’t like the shape which she did, that lady started to look unhappy and whole treatment was sighing! Common! I’m a customer and I have a right to say whether I like service or not!I’m super not happy with the service provided!P.S. they charged me extra 40 AED for removing of my previous gel on nails...

Also heynhave promotional offers of 40% on Sunday Monday and Tuesday thats so amazing .I was extremely happy with my stylist Alex for the balayage colouring on my hair and chalani for the over all accompany to make 3 hours was not boring to have spent. Alex takes the best care of you and your styling and she tries all her best to make it perfect. Any one looking for an amazing people to change your look you can reach them out . The worst spa ! I went to do a manicure and it was a bad idea! They didnt event put my hands in hot water! She told me we cant ! And she leave half of the cuticule! She wasnt sweet at all! And once she put the top coat the vernisg made some bubbles! I wont go anymore to this spa!
