The blow dry I had with Muhammad was the best ever and lasted for more days than I imagined. Also John was great with pricing on my straightening but puzzling and strange that the list of services and rates are not on your website or printed on a card for clarity. This would save any doubts or negative comments fm customers. Loved the pedicure by Love. Neat and clean work 🙏 .Convenient living in the hotel with an in-house salon.

Worst hair experience ever, the lady who’s working there has literally ruined my hair on Feb 2021. I am posting this now after 6 months still suffering from stupid hair highlights and wrong treatment, huge mistake going to this salon. It is not what it used to be.

My visits are always enjoyable and of high standards. The hair dressers are very professional (especially because they are Lebanese😄) They did a wonderful job on my ombre tint. The place is always clean and staff are always smiling and helpful. Make sure to check them out!

Very friendly and nice ladiesHowever in my first time and ny second time doing the gelish for my nails it wasnt a successful experience 👎. In my first time my nail color got off only after 5 days ! And the second time it took only 2 days !! .(my last vist was Monday 31.08.2020 ) I even tried with 2 different ladies . Also time consumed in nails manicure and pedi was 2 hours and 5 minutes; which is to me TOO Much ! I walked in the salon at 17.05 and left from there at 20.15 for 4 services only 😶 yes the customer service was good but the time spent 🙃 I guess they need to improve it .

Having called the previous day and been quoted a price for wash and curly blow dry I was really looking forward to having this service done for my NYE celebrations. I was quoted a range between 150aed - 200aed. Once the service was completed I was extremely disappointed to be charged 400aed... double the quoted price. Not once was I informed that I would be charged 400aed before or during the service. When enquiring why they were charging me double, the receptionist informed me it was because they used a curling tong and not a blow dry technique.Poor value and extremely unprofessional service - extremely disappointed.

I was in Dubai for a week on February 10, 2020 and visited this hairdresser with my husband. I asked how much it cost to dye the hair ombre. They said to me it cost 470 arabic dirham. I said that it was a good price. Then the dyeing started and everything was great, since I had a little gray hair the hairdresser asked me if he should dye you too, it only costs a little more. I answered in the affirmative and the lady quickly dyed my gray hair at the sink. In the end he styled my hair. I have to say he did very well aberrr. In the end my husband wanted to pay and they really said it would cost 1100 Arab dirhams. I paid and noticed that it was more than double the original price. I and my husband went back in and I asked why now it costs more than double. He answers that he dyed my gray hair twice the cost plus the style. I felt really fooled and they fooled me too. In the end I paid the equivalent of 270 euros for the visit. Rip off .. I recommend everyone to ask the final price before that, if not you calculate double or triple what has been thrown. Very bad service rip off tourists. Be careful.

Haircut was ok, but prices are way too high. Is directly in the hotel and therefore clearly a little more expensive. I had a facial haircut. But was there with my wife and they calculated for her to dye her hair twice and dye her what was the most expensive. We then paid around 1500 diram together, at the time about 375 €. I would definitely prefer to go to a hairdresser in old Dubai or in the city next time.
