Excellent customer service. Very nice and clean place. I was happy with my manicure and pedicure. The nail technician took a great deal of care and spend enough time to clean my nails. My friend got a blow dry and she loved it. Great deals and discounts going on.

When I came into the Salon , I was a little worried as it was my first time in this salon and Im such a picky person with my hair. Honestly, I had a great experience and DAISY did an amazing job on my hair as i wanted exactly. She took her time , was very patient and she gives a lot of good advices. I highly recommend her and will definitely come again 🙂

A beautiful beauty salon with high customer service oriented. Im very picky when it comes to hair and eyelashes. My lash technician was Princess, she did clean isolation, good eye mapping and retention so my lashes last longer for the weather in Dubai which is humid and hot. Daisy is very skilled and will work with you to achieve the hair look you want.This salon deserves a 5 star rating as the ladies here are top notch. Be generous with your tips if you go here, above and beyond service deserves gratitude. Not to mention there prices are amazing!!!

I had a great experience visiting Pout Salon this afternoon. The staff it’s lovely and everything it’s clean and tidy. I had my pedicure done by Princess, she was very attentive and she’s very good with ingrown nails.Daisy took care of my hair ( Hair mascara and blow dry) and it was really relaxing.Also they have maroccan bath and massages in their spa!I definitely recommend it. :)

My therapist was Chung and the whole experience of the Guinot facial was very relaxing, especially the massage. Cecilia is warm and welcoming and provided the necessary info. My first visit was 3 days before my wedding and I must say, it was a great experience. I love the salon interiors, cleanliness and quality of service. I came earlier than my appointment time and they still accommodated me. I didnt wait and went straight inside to get my nails done. There were only a few people inside as it is on an appointment basis so that really made me feel safe during this pandemic. I had a great deal on nail extensions with gel polish too. Pout Salon & Spa is one of the most gorgeous and customer-centric salons I have been to. Kudos to the team, management and thank you Cherry and Princess for taking extra care of my nails and prepping it to be perfect for my wedding day. Will definitely go back!

I had visited for the first time in Pout Salon, once entering I was amazed with their decor throughout the salon. It is so cute! I actually ended up spending 5 hours in the salon as I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment for moroccan bath, massage, facial, hair treatment, blow dry, shellac mani & pedi!😄 It was truly an amazing experience and such a lovely day. Felt so relaxed! The staff are so welcoming and caring. I cannot wait for my next visit! 🙌😄

This is by far the worst salon in Dubai. It is old, dirty, everything is falling apart. No AC. I watched them put clients on unsanitised chairs. Horrible horrible. What you see on Instagram in NOT what you get when you are there. I wasted my money going there for gel mani and padi and full body massage. This place is disgusting.

Amazing service! Totally happy with my manicure and pedicure results. The beautician was from India (the landlocked area at the Chinese border) and she was very efficient. Biggest bonus of the manicure and pedicure was the amazing massage chair on which I was sitting while getting my nails done. Prices are absolutely ok. Very unique interior design of this quite large beauty salon! Ill be visiting again!

My wife went here .....totally messed up the hairtreatment. Ended up with a burnt scalp!. No apologies from them and insist they did a good job. In total denial!

I was here 2 times, both times my gellish went away after 1 day only on my 2 nails. When I called to tell them about that and if I can come to fix it they said “we are fully booked”. Well I will never come to your place again. Gellish on my nails didn’t last for even 1 day... 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

She also explained me what do I need to carry (loofah)in case if I’m not willing to purchase at their salonMy service started on time and the lady did a very good job. I had the worse experience ever in this salon. I booked for highlights, root and contouring. I ended up with orange hair, highlights that we could barely see and a contouring which was not one, oh and lets not forgot about the haircut (see pictures).The instagram of this salon is filled with pictures of what the manager is doing, not her empoyees. These have absolutely no conscientiousness, and have the nerve to tell me that the color they put on my roots is my root color, that this is a contouring, that it is what i asked for.Truth is, there was absolutely no technique, and the employee was eager to go home because it was late.I will put for you what a real hairdresser did to try to make this mess looks good, but lets not forget that now its a loss of time because I have to go to the haidresser every 6 weeks to do toner because of this orange tone.Thank you Pout Salon & Spa !

The manicurist Cherry was so sweet so gentle so accommodating and so professional. I am very picky, I like my nails to be done in a certain way, she understood exactly what I wanted, And most importantly she was fast and did an amazing job.I will definitely go back again

Great Salon. Susan is a magician, you would realize her love for her job when you see a hair transformation that will blow you mind away. I was genuinely looking for a look change but was very skeptical. She altered me from long layers of blonde to a long bob read head with so much ease and confidence. The result was just absolute LOVE.

Went for the Moroccan bath service using a very affordable Groupon voucher. Spacios area and the lady performing the scrub was very good and polite. Also did a quick hair toner with Buzy who gave me exactly the colour I was looking for. Good experience overall and great value for money.

I went today and was beyond my expectation, the staff was very nice, i had this manicure girl called PRINCESS she was amazing.. the place is very safe, everyone is using mask and gloves, while they were doing my nails and feet i was sitting on this massage chair and having a coffee, what a perfect day because of you girls, thank you very much.. will see you again for sure

I had a great experience. I did classic manicure and pedicure and the nails polish it last on my nails almost 2 weeks so I can honestly say the best quality. The girls are nice, the atmosphere it’s pleasant. I will definitely recommend.

Always love getting my hair done here, the customer service is amazing but above all they genuinely care about making sure you get what you want. I wont go anywhere else, Kookie did an balayage and restyle which is soooo nice i love it. Minimal input needed from me also which is just how i like it., Theyre also always super friendly :) :) :)

Last time I had a bad experience, it was only one hair stylist to do clients hairs, I wasted my time really (2.5 hours!!)but its a nice quit place and good for relaxation

A very pleasant salon experience. Staff is very professional, and helpful. Environment is so beautiful and relaxing, you feel like you are getting pampered and ready to go! I regularly go to Pout for all my salon needs. They have everything you could need. I love that theres a separate room for waxing, threading, hair removal, and all that privacy is essential and every room is regularly sanitized and always kept clean.. Would definitely recommend

Not bad! There’s an African silent(sorry forgot her name) hair stylist there, who is not ready to do anything that might damage your hair, would love her for honesty and care she takes for your hair.

Love this salon, have had two stylists Susan and Daisy both are amazing, Daisy did my hair today, great massage on scalp when washing my hair, the blow dry was lush.The girls that did my mani and padi were also very good, especially on the feet, so smooth after, highly recommend.Doing facial this week as well, the salon is a good size, social distance is not a problem and parking is right outside. Perfect.

I have been with this place for a very long time now. Their services are amazing and i have not had a single complaint still. Front office is very cooperative and accommodating. The place is very clean and pleasant all the time. the staff goes out of their way to give us amazing service. I had my nails done once and went back the next day s coz I managed to destroy a nail, they redid it for me again without any charge.
