I needed hair color and haircut and I think Aida has done a wonderful job at it, she was patient and very quick in her work. The colour I chose was different from what I usually do, however she convinced me that it looks good and suits me. Well after wash I must say Im really liking it, the haircut was very good as well.

I visit Blush & Curls Mankhool branch almost every month & I have always had a wonderful experience. I went for my Dip & Buff Nail extension yesterday and the nail artist Linh did a brilliant job, as usual. In case you need a hassle free experience, this place is a must go. Love the staff and their work to the core !!

My hair was severely damaged due to bleach. I read a lot of good reviews about them so I decided to go try them out if they can fix my hair. AIDA did an amazing job! I would just like to share my honest feedback regarding my visit. Based on my experience, the staff werent that professional at all in terms of haircoloring, mixing the colors, or identifying what colors would match their client. As professional hairstylist, they should be able to give good advice to their customer what color would match them and they should know what ways they can do to achieve what exactly the customers want.I read a lot of positive reviews with this salon and decided to try. I wanted to color my hair blonde at first and even brought a photo of the hairstyle and color that I want.The staff told me its not achievable because I have a natural black hair. So she can do a highlights first, then after I get to decide what color I want to have.(I had asked before coming via phone call how much is the price of haircolor, and they said starts at 249 dhs.)After some explanations, I had to trust her to go with highlights first, or they call balayage.After balayage & shampoo, she asked me, what color do I want, w/o even letting me see how the highlights turned out. I had to choose the color myself w/c I chose red/purple after seeing a photo on their page, that I kind of liked.So my head was still in the rinsing basin, she already started preparing the haircolor w/c was mixed red & purple i think. Because we had to go through each colors to try to find what color was that in the photo in their page?I mean, if you were the one who did that, wouldnt you know what combinations you used? Cuz she mentioned that she was the one who coloured that girl in the photo. And how should I know what color combinations to use to achieve that? Im not a hairdresser. Weird.Finally she took me for the last process of coloring. And wow! The blonde highlights/balayage looked so bright and they looked so lovely on me! Thinking, how could she say in the first place that it wouldnt be achievable?I had this regret in my mind that she should have shown me the highlights first before mixing orpreparing the purple/red colors.In my head, I cannot tell her now to change it because its already mixed. I just quietly prayed that I will like the outcome and I dont regret this.It turned out OK but honestly it wasnt wow! 😞And I went home feeling some sorts of regret. She had just asked me to see how the highlights turned out at first, then I would have just decided to go for the blonde. Which was why I went in the first place.But this is not only the case in this whole big situation. I heard the other staff talking about the same thing to the other customer how the colors that she wants wont be achievable unless they do balayage first then color which sum up to 593 dhs in total. I felt like Ive been scammed. The results didnt justify the value at all.In addition, the trauma that my head had to endure due to constant rubbing of the staffs nails while shampooing and hard pulling of my hair while brushing. They should be more gentle because this is someones hair they are handling. I just feel like overall, there are better place to go for more professional service and value for money.

Would like to share my personal experience. Have taken Mediheel and pediheel for 249 cause I had fine cracks on my heel… but am totally disappointed with the outcome..it’s too pricey for the service given..plus my heel don’t look so cleaned up even😑..would not recommend anyone.

When it comes to my hair I am very possessive. I dont try new stuff but after like 3years, I decided to go for some new look at @blushncurlsAnd as you can see, the difference is mesmerizing. A simple dip and buff manicure turned out to be a terrible experience with the owner herself! As in all manicures, I was given a nail colour palate to chose from. I chose a very light blue from there. At this point, the nail technician casually said its sky blue..in my opinion this was her confirmation of the shade. 90 minutes later, when I compared the nail palate to my nails, the shade was at least 4 to 5 shades darker - visible difference. I informed the owner with a very simple intention to let her know the nail palate doesnt match the actual nail paint. I also said its not the nail technicians fault, just letting you know. That was it from my end. I wasnt expecting anything from her. 5 minutes later, as I was waiting for my sister to finish her nails... I get called to the reception by the owner with 4 staff with her and before I know it... theres a confrontation. It started with1 - My staff told you its sky blue - if I have to go by what is your staffs idea of sky blue why do you have a nail palate?2- one of the receptionist gave her very wise opinion that nail colours look different on different nails! not sure what that meant3 - another staff claimed the colour I chose was white, and the nail technician told me its sky blue..probably saying Im colour blind?It was very upsetting, as a customer having spent 90 minutes, not a nail paint I can easily remove with acetone and to be charged AED180 it was only fair to bring it to her knowledge! I wasnt expecting anything in return. The owner claimed to have a resolution which I didnt hear of till I stormed out. But probably listening first of all, rather than making above excuses and illogical claims, and simple acknowledgement of yes the colour is different, were sorry, well have it changed on the palate and how can we make this better for you, would have been sufficient.. I wouldnt have asked for any service recovery instead would have left as a happy customer. Theyve lost 3 of us but the owner is too arrogant to care! Just as you happily accept positive reviews, learn to take feedback with grace as well!

I am absolutely in love with the balayage and the haircut I got from Blush Curls. I have somewhere between a 3a and 3b curls (its styled in the pic though) and the hair stylist Jenny was so good with it. I have been cutting and coloring my hair on my own for years as I didnt trust anyone with my hair but now I have found my forever hair salon in UAE. Shes truly an expert and I had a wonderful experience all throughout my hair treatment. Disappointing experience this time. This is second time they booked appointment with staff who was not available when I reached. Received 4 follow up calls to ensure I was coming to salon. Made me change date of service as staff was not available on the day and time I had requested. First time they made me wait for an hour and second visit they could have made staff available however it was very obvious they didnt consider it important as staff was doing service for salon member.

Worst experience.I have been there first time yesterday and that will be my last time to.I was there excatly on the time of my appointment, to get my hair and nails done as there were some promotional offers they were promoting.I have asked them million times of there any other extra charges apart from what is mentioned on the promotional offer and VAT, then didn’t mention much about it.When I reach there the hair specialist comes, very unprofessional. Needs training definately.The offer was for 289 and the final amount was 500+. This is cleating.I didn’t go for it because of the price and I got upset with the behaviour of the hair specialist and the receptionist.Then I did my nails , dip and buff nail extension.Finishing was not great.Unhappy and dissatisfied in another level.Very poor service and behavior. They don’t care about there client as I believe they have thought process that they have enough client to sustain.Horrible experience

Worse highlights ever!They screwed it up for me, i complained and they said they will fix it for me and they have just made it worse. The highlights are uneven, some area the colour looks yellow!Rude staff, especially the lady who did my highlights the first time.Manager wasnt helpful either, she just let the hair stylists deal with me, without even listening to my concerns.Never going back to this unprofessional salon!!

I was served a refreshing chilled hibiscus tea upon my arrival, it felt nice to be welcomed. I had gone for hair colour, it took some time for someone to cater but once the process began it was a pleasant experience.The stylist helped me pick the right colour for my pretreated hair. The service was good and gentle. The calm and confident demeanor of the stylist was a relief, as it seemed she knew what she was doing and was in control!The result is nice, everyones complementing! Cleanliness is the only positive. Two stars for that. Remaining service is not worth the money paid nor meets the expected standards even of local less hyped salon. Did a spa pedicure with normal facial. Facial was very average but pedicure spa was the worst. No proper filing or callus removal .Also beware they try to sell some products at higher price than available in market . Totally not recommended.

It was my first time at blush and curls mankhool. The appointment process was easy....gave a ring to their landline and made an appointment, but they are also responsive on WhatsApp. I got a call and a reminder message half an hour before my appointment which I felt was professional. I had a warm welcome at the reception, they had a sanitisation procedure after that the team sat me down, gave me a refresher towel and hibiscus which was nice since the weather outside is super hot. They gave me a form to fill to understand my preferences and needs, after which the skin therapist gave me some guidance on what treatment would suit my face. Lemima did an excellent job explaining and the treatment was very effective. Cromo aroma treatment really was a nice experience. My hairstylist Ronessa started to work in the Al quasis branch and told me that the products are good quality so I decided to try the skin treatment at the mankhool branch since its close to where I stay. I will definitely be a regular client. Thank you Blush and Curls for the wonderful experience!

Heard that BNC is good for doing hair treatment but my daughter was not satisfied with the colour she got .The one which she showed to the staff and the colour her hair tuned out is entirely different .so disappointed with that other than that all other services were really good ..

It’s been a year that I’m visiting this salon. I genuinely like their services and I suggest you guys try it too as it all chemical free. I had a highly pigmented skin and don’t make me start with the hair fall issues ( literally made me 😤). Now my skin is much better( hardly any pigmentation visible) as i feel it can breathe again and it’s so relaxing with their aromatherapy facial treatment. It’s a MIRACLE happened to my hair after doing their famous hair fall treatment sessions.Long story short —-> Don’t think twice, pamper yourself and see the rest!

Had an amazing pampering time at Blush and curls. Went for the hair repair and nourish treatment with the neck and shoulder massage (offer package). Honestly I was expecting the massage would be for not more than 10 mins but it went on for about 20mins. Aida, my therapist was superb. The place is spacious ,sanitized and very well maintained.

I got my balayages done yesterday they are super amazing, honestly i am not a loud hair colour person i always like to go for settle and natural shades and Blush N Curls( Special Mention Cristal My Hairstylist ) did that amazingly I got many compliments for the amazing job they did.Gals do visit them they have amazing offers going on at the moment, its the best place for all the services they are super clean and following social distancing measures too. Loved the service, my sister and I did Gel Polish Application!I have been getting my nails done from them since 2-3 years now and would highly recommend everyone to visit.Also, they ensure proper sanitization is done and temperature check. So feel free to go as they’re maintaining the COVID-19 rules.

The dip and buff nail extensions I got are absolutely beautiful. It took a while however, my nails look great and the nail technician was very precise and professional and did justice to the design I wanted. Looking forward to try out other services too.
