Complete cheating.. Dont fall in their fake offers and services..They are using some low quality hair coloring products and covencing its completely organic. The product just fades from the hair after each hair wash . They ask to buy their shampoo and conditioner for maintaining and protect from hair color loss but that too fake , still the color fades on each hair wash.Hence in hardly one month color will be gone completely . I didnt know this is what is called organic.They are not telling before we do hair color that the color will last hardly one month..!! Only once we are done with hair color and use their product we come to this situation....So guys dont get cheated with their offer and services..I did red color in one month ,now my hair looks like this..Very poor customer service....Guys I have reviewed true to my experience , by the way your staff didnt even explain to me the procedure . One month lasting hair color is just because of your poor quality hair products , not just having certificates can assure you are using organic products... Its only fake offers and services what your saloon do ..

Generally their service is good. I can say customer service is really good. But still it depends on the stylist or beautician you get. You need to exactly tell your expectation and they can execute it.I had an instance were my hair colour went really good. though I have curly hair they handled the colouring really well. The hair stylist was very insightful about how the customer should experience. But my second visit for root touch up was not really well and it ended up in a not a really good experience with another beautician. However they managed with their good customer service to compensate the dissatisfaction. The place is a bit expensive though.

I visited Blush and Curls salon recently and I must say I was impressed with the quality of the services. I got my balyage done ( note, this was the first time I was getting anything done on my hair) from their expert hair technician Roni and it turned out even better than what I had imagined. She knows exactly what will look good on you and overall the staff is so friendly and nice. The quality of the products and the services when compared to the pricing is really really worth it! The only reason i dont like this place at quasis, its summer their ac is not working, its been over two mnths and still they havent fixed it.

Danica was super responsive to my queries and a BIG kudos to Loren for the work done!Vegan products alongside great service to customers. They also advice you with your hair and skin needs.Since I have thin hair they were careful with applications and used better products to minimize damage :)Place is clean and neat. Temperature checks are always done along with sanitization - and they take appointments prior to prevent crowding.Left with a smile on my face - would be regularly visiting here now on. I wasnt satisfied at all with the service , the staff wasnt that cooperative and i left not happy at all , I chose the basic facial and it seemed as if she didnt work on my face to remove the black heads! She was working more on my acne , even when she was using the steamer it didnt cross 10 mins on my face thats why the black heads wasnt coming out ! They also dont use any tools to remove the black heads !! And when I complained they still did nothing and gave excuses that I am the one who chose the basic facial eventhough I did basic facial in many other saloon and left completely satisfied! I DONT RECOMMEND anyone to try it honestly !

Went to BnC for the first time, I had the keratin treatment after a recommendation from my friend. I was very much looking forward to it so drove from Abu Dhabi to try it out. They dont tell you that youre forced to buy their cheap shampoo and mask to maintain the treatment!! Not only is it ridiculous to buy those cheap aftercare products but they were not able to recommend any alternatives either, almost as if they had no clue about the treatment. When I refused to buy them, the receptionist hands me a consent for to sign, an agreement to say that they are not responsible if the keratin treatment does not stay. Utterly rude and unprofessional especially after spending AED599 on it!1.) How can you not guarantee the treatment?2.) How come you didnt explain that you have to buy AED200 worth of aftercare product after the treatment?3.) Why can you not recommend an alternative aftercare instead of the cheap products from Brazil if a customer does not want to buy it?I was shocked with the whole experience at the checkout.

Such worst experience ever...The good colour is just after the hair cut and hair colour and the worst pic is just after two days since the poor quality colour gets wash off soon and the bleach colour will come out so quickly...Such rude staffs and if you are of course going the first time please research yourself all about what you have to do exactly since staffs over there are really lazy to talk and clear all your doubts and queries regarding the colour you choose and about the result.The only answer they will say is ”sorry I dont know”When u ask...Really will appreciate your team if you can be more polite and friendly to your customers.Even for hair cut, you have to explain a million times what you need and need to argue to get it done.When you call for the appointment they are good and when u call to say what happened they wont be much interested and will stand only on their point and never agree its their mistake.I agree about the cleanliness and the way the receotionist welcome us.And they will be in such a hurry to finish it off...And they never clear the error that they have done.Of course, all can see I have opted for the cinnamon copper color and just in two washes the color will go and will turn to bleach color.So please please advise all if you wanna visit them you learn about the service you have to do and make all your points super clear to them before you do a service.And the silly excuse they give is its cos of your camera issue hello guys I use a nice phone... This was my first time trying the service in the salon. I did the eyelashes extension. The staff at the reception was friendly. The hygiene and safety protocol was followed.Staff Hien who did the eyelashes for me was also very friendly, meticulous at applying the eyelashes. She did a super job and the outcome was as I had just expected.. Not too heavy looking eyelashes but more of a natural looking one.I loved it.Just an advise and feedback it would be great if an eyelashes brush could have been given as a freebies to maintain the eyelashes or at a minimal costThank you.

They are posting their balayage package details all over Instagram but once you visit the salon they quote much more than the package price . Visit wasted !!!

They claim that they are organic, it seems they are not, they post one amount and they charge different and higher than what they show while advertising.My experience was very poor over here, infact they try to oversell their product which is not even good quality. When i went there i thought they have skin specialist but it seems they just have person who does facial, infact they ruined my hair after balayage, my hair is so much dry and i started having hairfall.I will never and ever go to such place who claims to be organic but they use everything with chemicals.

Hi, I went to them to do hair highlights before a month, they were not clear in communicating the things they did to my hair. The highlights already faded and Im having severe hair fall and my hair texture is dry and frizzy now and I believe it is because of the bleach they use before using the colour. I really dont know how will i get my hair back to normal!

I was very happy with the services I received earlier, which is why I went to them again for the facial, as I have sensitive skin. And I was not disappointed this time either. If there was a 0 star i would give it to them. Completely destroyed my hair. I did package of color and cut and blowdry. The hair dresser who is probably a diy did a horrible job and couldnt even give me even layers. My color did not even show up on my hair. Charged me + 100 over the 289 package saying my hair is dense which is just their way of mking money since no one wud otherwise go to their rubbish service. After i complained of not acheiving the color i asked for. The manager had the audacity to ask me for another 289 for fixing it. So totoal of 700 sumthing including vat . I would have rather gone to some famour celebrity hair stylist. Dont fall for their offers and insta posts. All fake . Trash salon.

I saw their promotion on fb nd insta for balagye, nd i went there. Firstly they charged me 500aed bcz i have long hair which they dint tell me before. Secondly they did a pathetic hair cut nd i dnt know which hair color they use. In the very first wash the all color went and i got hair fall also. I will never go there again.

I got my hair cut and colored by Salomi at Blush n curls, 2 weeks ago. I deliberately waited this long to post a review, just so i can be sure of the effects of the products that were used. Im thrilled to say that my hairs never felt better. I went in, unsure about what exactly i need. I just knew i wanted a makeover. Salomi was so friendly and understanding that she walked me through all the options. She explained the products in detail and helped me get over my anxiety. Though they dont specialize in curly hair, she was very understanding of the different hair care methods n products i use, n tweaked their usual ways to meet my needs. Salomi, youre a star!Overall, this has been one of my best salon experiences in Dubai. Reasonably priced, great quality and service. Im looking forward to going there again.

It was my first time there and I really loved Salomi’s work on my hair. The balayage came out really nice. The color at first didn’t turn up the way I wanted to as it was so bright so she toned it down and it looked great!

I have tried the the Hair Services such as Hair Color, Haircut, Wash and Blow Dry for the first time with Blush n Curls and they did a fab job. Salomi guided me very well and helped me with choosing the right color for my hair and gave me a wonderful haircut. Just the way I wanted it. I am glad I found them online and would definitely recommended them. Will definitely visit them again.
